“Where do we begin...this was a hard choice when trying to find someone to watch our fur baby for 6 days. He got to know Barb and a visit to her home for a meet and great. Then another visit for half a day. He was in heaven. Barb sent photos throughout the day. He was in a good mood and not anxious at all. Then we left TicTac in her care for 6 days. So many pictures came to us. He definitely has made new friends and was cared for so well. I highly recommend Barb 🌟”
About: I have extensive experience caring for cats from kittens to seniors, including administering oral medications. This includes my own cats and also family/friend cats. I have my own rescue pit mix dog who has needed some patience to build her confidence and I’m proud of the work we’ve done together in the 1+ years together. I’ve also worked as a kennel assistant handling meal times, medication, day cares, walks, and clean up. I have always loved pets, from hamsters up to big 100 lbs dogs. I will treat your baby with love and respect and understanding of their needs. I share pet care duties with my Fiance John who grew up with dogs and cats in his household and takes care of our two cats and rescue dog with me. We both work full time but I only work 4 days a week and John works 5 days but leaves later and gets home earlier than me. I handle the morning chores including pet meals and Phoebe’s first walk of the day. John handles the second walk of the day when he gets home from work and the second mealtime then. Night time, Phoebe always gets a walk before bed and cats get their last meal. On weekends and free days off together (I always have a 3 day weekend) Phoebe usually gets a trip out to a park, trail, or beach where she can either roam and get her running in. Phoebe gets playdates often with her dog besties who live nearby. Phoebe is crate trained and we have an extra crate on hand too as needed. Currently Phoebe and the cats roam free together when we’re at work because they’re trustworthy now but if a guest comes, we can separate rooms easily and use crates. In other clients homes, I will always follow the rules of the house. Dogs and cats alike will get lots of enrichment, walks, and playtime so everyone is satisfied and comfortable.

Over the years, I’ve seen how much care Junho gives to Boki, and how gentle and kind he is with other dogs he meets on their walks. When Junho started Rover, I knew right away that I could trust him with T-Rex. My dog requires extra care and attention due to specific conditions, and Junho followed all of my instructions thoroughly. About: I have been caring for animals my whole life but have been doing it as a part-time job for the past 3 years. I love caring for animals & enjoy long walks! About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 9, and probably even younger! I grew up with a Black Lab who was the sweetest boy. I took care of him throughout his life - bringing him on walks multiple times a day, feeding him, cleaning up after him, and always playing and spending time with him. I have also taken care of my friends’ dogs whenever they were away and needed someone to check in! I’m currently in studying in college in Boston but am very flexible on weekends, along with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after 12pm once I finish classes. Zander is a solid, no-fanfare guy who knows what’s important and doesn’t get distracted. For example, Zander alerted us to a problem with our dog’s poops, which turned out to be due to an intestinal parasite she picked up from the local wild rabbits living near our house. He’s always prepared, and keeps things on an even keel. I think he’s accepted every one of our booking requests, and we appreciate him in all respects.”

About: I have had dogs for over 20 years, and have also sat for other dogs in my neighborhood. Lots of dog toys, dog beds for them to play with and sleep in. Lots of sofas and chairs. Plenty of house space to run around. I get up and take care of my 3 cats and my dog and parents dogs everyday early. I have 3 days off from main job. Each day, including my work days, I still have plenty of time to spend with the animals. Afternoon walks, and 2 evening walks. Pets are always on my daily routine, with plenty of time to spend playing with them as well. I have a fenced in yard, I have 3 dogs that get a long with others upon meeting. I have a big house, lots of gates if for whatever reasons they may need to be gated off. Plenty of dog beds for them to sleep on . :) We have gates on our deck, so there is no chance of a dog running off.

“Thank you for looking after our dogs! Ling and Ye sent lots of photos of our two midsize labradoodles on walks and getting cuddles during their stay. And they came home calm and relaxed afterwards - a sign that they were happy while during their stay. Our dogs can get nervous around large male dogs, but their dog Brody (large labradoodle) is a gentle giant who immediately got on with our dogs, but also gave them their own space. We appreciate Ling and Ye's kindness towards our dogs!”
