I asked a lot of questions! They reassured and validated all my feelings about having a puppy and sending him to them. They sent me pictures and updates all day/night when they had Teddy and made sure I was always in the loop with how he was doing. They even helped initiate some training and had him going in the carrier not scared which was a huge win! They played with him all day and took beautiful pictures that I now cherish. Su L is a great caregiver. From the start he was very communicative. His home is very comfortable and he even has supplies such as water bowl and dog bed. He has a calm demeanor and our girl Mila immediately felt very comfortable. He sent loads of updates showing her on a walk and in his yard and lounging in the home. I highly recommend him! We had to book someone to watch our dog last minute while we had an appointment nearby and Eri was available. Our dog seemed to enjoy his time with her and she sent photos and updates that reassured us that our dog was in good hands. This was our first time using Eddy, and after a meet and greet we felt comfortable with him instantly. Winnie had the absolute best time — running around the fenced-in yard with the other dogs and truly living his best life. Eddy was incredibly communicative throughout the stay and sent us plenty of photos, and Winnie was smiling in every single one. It made us so happy knowing Winnie was happy, well-fed, and being so well cared for while he was there. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off was also so appreciated and made everything incredibly easy. Eddy made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. Highly recommend!
Jie and her son Ethan were amazing! Snoopy loved both of them and enjoyed going there. He met them once for the meet and greet, and when we went back to leave him there, he ran to the house and ran right in. He made himself at home. When we came to pick him up, he was very happy and well taken care of!
