I asked a lot of questions! They reassured and validated all my feelings about having a puppy and sending him to them. They picked up and dropped Teddy off in a timely manner and made him feel safe during the ride. They sent me pictures and updates all day/night when they had Teddy and made sure I was always in the loop with how he was doing. They even helped initiate some training and had him going in the carrier not scared which was a huge win! They played with him all day and took beautiful pictures that I now cherish. When Junho started Rover, I knew right away that I could trust him with T-Rex. My dog requires extra care and attention due to specific conditions, and Junho followed all of my instructions thoroughly. He even sent me multiple photos and updates without me having to ask, which gave me so much peace of mind. If you’re looking for a sitter, I highly recommend Junho. He’s easy to work with, and his wonderful dog Boki will make a great companion for yours. Boki is super friendly and loves to play, but also knows how to give space if another dog isn’t in the mood.”
