It gave us total peace of mind knowing our sweet girl was in such capable hands. Beyond the technical care, Samuel was exceptionally flexible and accommodating with our schedule, making the entire experience completely stress free. Throughout his time with her, the updates and photos Samuel sent meant the world to us. It was clear from every picture just how loved, comfortable, and pampered Sofi was. Samuel treated our dog-ter with the deep affection and gentle kindness that every senior dog deserves. What touched us most of all was watching Samuel say goodbye to Sofi at the end of her stay. Seeing him make a point to give her one last heartfelt hug before leaving was so moving and meant a lot, and showed his deep care for our pup. That level of genuine heart and care is rare, and we cannot recommend Samuel highly enough!
Ryan is incredibly responsive and we felt really comfortable leaving our dog with him. He asked all the right questions and was so glad to learn about Piper’s quirks.
