Pet care is a daily routine given we have our own dog, so walking, feeding, playing, etc., is second nature for us. I am almost exclusively work from home.

I have a tree-lined backyard and offer boarding and day care. There is plenty of space both inside and outside to accommodate the social preferences of all dogs, whether they want their own space or prefer to mingle/play.

Information Ryan L. would like to know about your pet
I don't have breed preferences, but I will have a list of lifestyle questions just to make sure I'm providing the same kind of attention/care that your dog would expect if it were you providing it.
A typical day
Walks in the woods, jogs, full-on Olympic sprinting - I'm all for outside activities! In addition to the backyard, there is a large field within walking distance of my house that I often take my pup to run around to play fetch. We also live in conservation land that has quite a few trails for the woods-lover.

Pet care experience
I'm a work-from-home professional in Wayland, MA and have looked after dogs - family pets, friends' pets, and my own - for over 10 years. Our house is nestled in the woods with plenty of backyard space for the pups to run around. Since I work from home, I'm able to be very flexible with my routine, including taking multiple walks/day. What time I save commuting can be dedicated to playing with dogs! The house has numerous rooms that can be closed off, allowing for privacy if your dog prefers it, or the ability to explore and interact with my dog if they'd like. There is also yard space all around where they can do all their business, which makes frequent bathroom breaks feasible and easy.
Reviews

Ryan is incredibly responsive and we felt really comfortable leaving our dog with him. He asked all the right questions and was so glad to learn about Piper’s quirks. He kept us updated everyday and we know she had a great time. What a relief! Ryan helped us feel relaxed enough to really enjoy our vacay time! Thanks Ryan!

Highly recommend. Ryan was great, he helped me out of a tough spot last minute and was willing to take in Theo with less than 24 hours’ notice. Communication was excellent before drop‑off and leading up to pick‑up. The property is ideal for dogs to run and play. I would definitely rebook. Thanks, Ryan.

As first time Rover customers we were a bit nervous about leaving our dog. We took our dog to meet with Ryan a few weeks before our trip, which made us feel comfortable about leaving him. Ryan took wonderful care of our wheaten terrier for the week we were away. He sent daily photos/videos of Finn and told us how things went that day. We really appreciate that he took him out for walks. If we need a dog sitter again we will definitely ask Ryan!

Bertie had a great time with Ryan. We would happily leave her there again.
