Service Policies • Meet & greets are owner-attended and typically 15–30 minutes (any service such as 1-hour pet care will need to be booked and paid as a daycare service). • Bookings & payment are handled through Rover; any add-on requests may require an updated booking. • Drop-off & pick-up timing: I’m happy to offer a ±1 hour window around the scheduled time pick up or drop off time; extended time may require a price adjustment. • Care scope: Services focus on pet care; training, grooming, or household tasks aren’t included unless discussed in advance. • House Training: “House trained” dogs assumes dogs are reliably house trained (business are done outdoors). If the pet requires a pee pad or has frequent indoor accidents, this will incur additional fees for clean up and supervision. Please provide supplies if needed. • Health & behavior: Please share any medical or behavioral needs ahead of time so I can provide the best care possible. • Communication: All messages stay within Rover; I’ll share updates during the stay and respond as promptly as I can. Photos will be provided daily. • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation last minute may acquire a cancellation fee per Rover’s policy.

My dog spent 2 weeks with Paige and Pepper recently and we are so grateful it was the perfect fit! We loved the daily photo updates and it sure eased our minds. Paige was so patient and kind with our nervous dog. She also offered advice with his feeding and grooming challenges and we appreciate it. Thank you so much Paige and Pepper!!
Paige was responsive and caring, and she kept us updated with cute pictures of our happy pups. We felt like we were leaving our dogs in great hands and would absolutely ask her to help again!
Was very welcoming! My first time using rover so I was quite nervous but Paige kept me updated, sent pictures and made sure Nova felt comfortable! Will 100% rebook.
Paige was really nice and caring. She took care of our 5-years-old golden retriever for 9 days, sending pictures to us everyday that showed how comfortable our dog was at her home. When our return flight was delayed due to winter storm, we had to extend the stay twice for another 3 days. Paige accommodated the requests without any issue. I highly recommend Paige to take good care of your critters and would book again without hesitation.
