About: I have adored animals my entire life. I grew up with a small cockapoo named Zoe who passed away a couple years ago at 16. I adopted my own dog, Teddi, April 2023! Having my own dog has taught me so much about being a loving, hands-on caregiver. In addition to raising Zoe and my new puppy Teddi, I’ve spent many summers rescuing and fostering litters of feral kittens. Living in our home, I focused daily on socializing and caring for these litters until they were ready to be adopted by loving families. I partnered with a local animal shelter not only for the opportunity to help kittens, but also to be part of their dog program. I spent many volunteer hours walking and playing with all different sizes and breeds of dogs while they too waited for adoption. Working with both dogs and cats has helped me become an empathetic and enthusiastic caregiver. I have developed the skills necessary to handle the challenges that different animals may present, and love each one wholeheartedly as they are. My new puppy suffers from some separation anxiety so I am well equipped on how to care for and support dogs who miss their owners. She also has allergies so I also have some experience with how to cater to different food preferences! Friends and family have also depended on me for help with their pet care over the years. I am experienced in walking, bathing, feeding, playing, and all of kinds of care practices. Whatever your pet(s) needs, I’d love to take care of them and treat them with love and attention. Currently, my schedule is open and flexible for pet care. I live in Boulder, have a remote part time job and am taking remote online classes at CU Boulders business school. My days mostly revolve around taking care of my dog Teddi. I have plenty of time for walks, hikes, going to parks, etc… I am excited to care for your kiddo during the day or stay over with him/her as needed in your home. I would also love to have your fur babies in my home. Teddi loves other dogs and would be happy to help host!

About: I’ve been pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and family since I was a pre-teen, including overnight care. I grew up with dogs along my side, but I also have plenty of experience with cats, rodents, and chickens! I’ve cared for many animals with anxiety and understand some pets may take significant time to bond with. I am a CU Boulder student with availability on weekend and weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings, and holidays since I am not enrolled in summer courses. Your pet(s) will be my top priority. I provide reliable care to make sure your pet(s) is happy, healthy, and comfortable in their regular environment while you’re away or busy. This also means taking care of your home during overnight stays and keeping you regularly updated.

About: I'm new to dog walking but have always worked with all kinds of animals, both pets and at farms. I'll give your pet exclusive attention as this is just a side gig for me to explore Boulder and have some fun outside time :) Work's been slow so I've decided to try this out. Evening walks are what I'll try to prioritize, sometimes mornings, and rarely mid day walks if I'm not at work. I can't keep pets at home (apartment rules) but be sure that they'll get all the attention they need as this is a new experience for me and I won't treat it as a chore or strict business :)

About: I have been pet sitting for 8+ years and grew up with two wonderful dogs of my own back home! I absolutely adore animals and love experiencing the outdoors with them! I am ready to offer your dog a loving and caring home to stay in or come to you for your needs! I look forward to hearing from you! I am currently available 24/7 to care for and play with your pups and then during the year will have some classes but will come home in between! I am able to take your pet out as many times as requested/needed and can offer a loving home with roommates who cannot wait to have a pup in the home!

“Tonnie was awesome! From the minute we met her at a meet and greet, I felt comfortable leaving my dog with her. Archie loved his walk and we felt safe and comfortable knowing he would be in good hands. Thanks, Tonnie!”

“Great job keeping me informed and taking care of my dog Rose 💕”

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was a kid, and our family had a revolving door of fosters, rescues, and other pets in search of a home. While this has mostly been dogs and cats, I have experience taking care of a wide variety of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, lizards, tortoises, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, rats - pretty much anything you’d be allowed to have in your home! I love working with pets of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. From a play date in the park to emergency vet visits, from mealtime routines to administering medicine, I know that each pet has certain things to make sure they are loved and cared for. I’m happy to work with you to make sure all of your pets needs are met :) I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I am able to be present whenever and wherever your pets need me! On occasion I travel for work, but I always have that updated in my availability schedule way in advance. For me, it’s the perfect way to take a mid-day break, get a new “office,” and spend some time hanging out with your furry friends! Because my schedule is flexible, I can make pet care a priority at different times of day, so if you need a constant presence, check-ins every few hours, or medication at a certain time, I’m happy to make it work. One thing I really prioritize is good communication with you as the pet owner so that you feel comfortable and can build trust with me. For some people, this may be photos or text check-ins, while others may need FaceTimes or phone calls to make sure their furry friends are all taken care of. My work schedule is very flexible and I am more than happy to meet whatever needs you have so that you can go about your day! When we meet, I make sure to take thorough notes for what pet care your pets need, even if you have written instructions prepared. That way, if something goes wrong, I have a backup of emergency numbers, medication locations, or other needs of your pet. I don’t have pets in my own home, but I have a fenced in yard and am happy to take them outside or to the local park for walks on-leash.

“Madison is great. She did what was asked of her and my dog Nutmeg enjoyed being walked by her. 10/10 would ask her to walk Nutmeg again. I highly recommend Madison. She’s very knowledgeable about pet care.”

I think they would be great to work with other animals as well.”

She really goes above and beyond in her duties texting me regular updates on what the dog is up to, taking the dogs on hikes up in the nearby parks, and even remembering his favorite toys to play with. I truly trust my dog in her care and cannot recommend her enough for someone looking for a responsible and loving pet sitter.”

Mary Hardin H.
“Mary H. is a very responsible and loving pet owner and caretaker! She has years of experience with large and small dogs, bully breeds, and is a cat mama herself to the fluffiest, silliest, orangest boy! She is knowledgable, punctual and snuggly. She makes an amazing companion to all animals and I trust her with my own each time!”

Emily J.
“We love Emily! She regularly cares for our two rambunctious, large breed dogs - one of them is quite nervous and can be slow to accept new friends, and the other has medical needs, requiring twice daily medication, special food, and other accommodations. Emily handles it all with ease, and both dogs jump for joy when she comes in the door. She is responsible, kind and caring, communicates any issues or questions to us promptly, and when she stays overnight, she leaves our house cleaner than she found it. We had a winter storm delay our return trip at one point and Emily was quick to respond in helping us make backup arrangements for our dogs. We are so grateful for the love and care she gives our babies, and the peace of mind we feel when we travel.”
