Because I grew up in a home surrounded by both big and small breeds, adjusting to different dog personalities is second nature to me. I know exactly how to switch gears from playing fetch with an energetic 80-pound pup to gently cuddling a 5-pound lap dog. I understand that a dog's size often changes how they see the world, and I tailor my approach to make sure they always feel safe, respected, and loved. About: I absolutely love dogs. All dogs, period. I have a deep understanding of each dog's unique needs, quirks, and preferences, and I make sure to give a tailored experience that goes beyond routine tasks. I strive to create a home away from home for your dogs and make sure they are comfortable as well as you. I currently work in the early afternoons with two days off during the week with full availability. I am an early bird and can be there for your dog as early as 6:30am until about 12:00pm. Safe Space: Designate a specific area or room for the pet, providing them with a sense of security. Exercise and Playtime: Engage in regular play sessions and take your pet for walks or provide a secure outdoor space for them to explore. Social Interaction: Spend quality time with your pet to prevent loneliness and anxiety. Provide toys and enrichment activities to keep them mentally stimulated. Emergency Plan: Be prepared for emergencies by having a first aid kit and knowing the location of the nearest veterinary clinic.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, so I have plenty of experience caring for them and understanding their different personalities and needs. I absolutely love dogs of all breeds and sizes and enjoy spending time playing, walking, and giving them lots of attention. I’m currently studying Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at CU Boulder with hopes of becoming a veterinarian. I’m responsible, patient, and loving, and I’ll always treat your dog like my own! About: I have not had a single day, in my 21 years on this planet, without owning 1 dog and 2+ cats. I know just how important our pets are to us as they are part of our family! Other than taking care of my own pets, I have fostered cats for 10 years with my mom. This includes baby bottle kittens to senior cats. Also, I take care of my neighbors and friends pets! I’m in school but my schedule is very open so I can do any time of the days. Also my weekends are usually completely open! I have done all the basics for animals like feeding, cleaning after and taking them for walks. I have also had to feed my pets medicines if that is necessary for your pets too

I have extensive experience with large dog breeds, too (grew up with Bernese Mountain Dogs). I believe in treating others’ animals and property as I’d want someone to treat mine. If you need oral or subcutaneous medications administered, I would love to help keep your loved ones in the best health possible. House sitting engagements will leave your property as if I was never there and your pets well loved and treated with the decency all living beings deserve. Currently a parent of a husky named Thomas and three cats named Tony, Calypso, and Tut. Cats and dogs- I’ve had one or both my entire life. I use positive reinforcement training on my own. I work a set schedule Monday-Friday, so they will have consistency/stability throughout the weekdays. Rates include a drop in halfway through the day to help keep your baby comfortable. On the weekends, I’ll be available to spend the entire day with your fuzzy family members. How I care for your pets is strongly influenced by what you share with me. Household rules like crating, furniture rules, and routines will all be discussed with you and then adhered to during my stay. I also offer to bring in the mail, take out the trash, water the plants, and feed the goldfish. You know, those little details that matter.

About: My dog is my top priority, and yours will be too! I’m able to take your dog on hikes, runs, and have some fun time with my 2 year old husky/heeler mix. Lots of cuddles, exercise, and fun time, while ensuring proper dog to dog boundaries. I have experience caring for dogs from puppies to seniors. I work from home full time, and so am able to provide care for your pets throughout the day. My home is best for small and medium dogs (up to 60lbs). I am unable to care for dogs under 1 year old. Additionally your dog must be: 1) dog friendly, with no history of aggression towards dogs 2) people friendly 3) house trained 4) sleeps through the night I have a fenced yard and one playful two year old husky/heeler mix. Care can include yard play time, leashed walks, hikes, or runs, depending on the needs of your dog! I am also able to keep up with training and obedience with your dog, whether that includes reactivity, leash walking, jumping etc. A meet and greet is required before I am able to book new dogs.

About: I’ve had dogs pretty much my whole life, and caring for them has always been a big part of who I am. I now have my own dog, Tory, whom I adopted at 10 and is now 13, so I have hands-on experience with senior dog care, including patience, attentiveness, and understanding their changing needs. I believe dogs are truly our best friend, and I treat every dog with the same level of care, respect, and affection as I do my own. I work in the office three days a week and may be able to bring well-trained, office-friendly dogs with me when appropriate. About: Hi, I’m Payson! I’m a compassionate and dependable animal lover with 5 years experience caring for pets. I have an excitable and loving 3 year old springer spaniel at home with my parents and grew up with pets in the home. I (very sadly) don’t have any pets in my apartment here in Philly, so I am eager to spend time with all animals and love on them. I will ensure your pet feels safe and happy. I’m naturally organized and reliable, and I’ll keep you updated with pictures and messages so you always know how your beloved pet is doing while you’re away. We will go for long walks/ have lots of snuggles. I’m excited to meet you and see if I’m a good fit for your needs! I have always provided pet care to families wherever I have lived and am looking to do the same here in Philly. I moved here a few weeks back and am eager to meet all the lovely animals in the area. Unfortunately I cannot have pets in my apartment— so I’d prefer to come to your place for overnight stays. I am happy to care for plants and any other household needs while I am in your home.

About: I love dogs (and cats!) of all personalities and especially love being active with them, such as going on hikes or jogs, playing fetch, or simply hanging out at the park. I love getting to know each animal's unique personality and learning what makes them them! I am available outside of the following hours: 2-4:30pm Monday-Friday, 5:30-7pm Mondays and Thursdays, and 4-6pm on Wednesdays. Other than these times, I am free to be booked! I have a large, fenced in yard with no other pets, which is great if your pet has trouble around other animals. I also live very close to North Boulder park! And when I am caring for your animal at your home, I am mindful of private spaces and boundaries, and I always make sure to entirely clean up after myself.

I grew up with animals of all kinds, and spent about a year working at a doggy daycare. This combination has allowed for an ability to love your pets like an owner while being able to handle the logistics of their care like a professional. If I sound like the right fit for your pet, let's connect! I usually stay at a dogs home overnight when watching after them, and the remainder is up to both them and you. Some dogs enjoy personal space, and some need constant stimulation, so I will work my time with them around a schedule that will allow them to thrive. When watching your dog, I strive to go at their pace and meet there needs. Their comfort, health, and enjoyment are my top priority. I can do enrichment activities, lots of physical exercise, or just lay on the couch with them, it all depends on them!
