About: I have grown up with cats and a large golden retriever, and have always pet sit and dog walked for the neighborhood. I have also watched dogs overnight and for full days. I have a pet of my own and will treat your furry friend just the same! I have recently moved to Boulder and have full availability. I am willing to work around your schedule as needed, including weekends and early morning or nights. I am comfortable with all types of demeanor in animals, from shy to rambunctious. I will follow all directions/medication needs if needed. I have experience working with 3lb-80lb + dogs.

About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! I've spent over a decade caring for pets and volunteering at animal shelters, and I love getting to know each animal's unique personality and figuring out what makes them feel comfortable and happy. Over the years, I've cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and more, including senior pets and pets with medical or behavioral needs. At the shelter, I've taught classes on handling small animals, trained new volunteers, and worked as a camp counselor teaching kids how to safely interact with animals. I've also received extensive training in animal body language, behavior, and safe handling. I grew up with dogs and a rabbit and now have two cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets while you're away. My apartment won't let me have any more pets, so I'd love the chance to give yours some extra love and attention! Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just having someone nearby, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I'm a graduate student, so my schedule looks different each day, but is more flexible than the typical 9-to-5! I build pet care into my weekly routine and have availability throughout the day. I'm happy to work with you to find times that fit your schedule and your pet's needs! About: Hi there! All my life I have been an animal lover and for the last 8 years I have raised my own dog, and taken care of other dogs for families I used to babysit for. I can fit in any lifestyle your pet has, whether they are active or a stay-at-home. I can fit any accommodation as I work from home, love to exercise (so your dog would get plenty of it, if need be), and I'm incredibly flexible and will be normally free to help you more than not. At the same time, I raised my dog since she was a puppy so I do have experience with younger, more energetic dogs and overall I would simply love to help and treat your dogs like family. About: I’ve had pets my entire life, including cats, dogs, and for the past two years I’ve lived on a farm where I have gained experience caring for many different types of animals. We also double as a kitten rescue, taking in lost and abandoned kittens from newborns through teenagers. We bottle-feed, raise, and care for them until they are healthy, grown, and ready to be adopted into loving homes. I am extremely passionate about healthy and safe animal care and ensure that in my work. I am a college student and recently moved away from home and my farm, and the first priority on my list was getting back into work with animals. Being at CU I am occupied in the mornings and late afternoon. Anywhere between 11am-1pm I am free in between classes, and anytime after 4/5pm at night. I care for pets with patience, attention, and lots of love while making sure they feel safe and comfortable in their environment. Having cared for cats, dogs, reptiles, and a variety of farm animals, I understand that every animal has different needs and personalities. I’m comfortable following feeding schedules, providing fresh water, cleaning up after pets, giving them exercise and playtime, and keeping a close eye on their behavior and well-being. Through helping my mom run our farm and caring for rescued kittens, including newborns, I’ve also learned how important it is to be gentle, responsible, and attentive to each animal’s individual needs.

I grew up with many varieties of animals among the years and numerous cats and dogs. I have always been a huge animal lover and can't wait until I have the property and space to home more friends! Until then, I am eager to meet others' animals and help take care of them and give them lots of love! The very first thing I have always done at new people's houses with animals is greet all of the animals. I am a highly energetic individual with a strong eye that seeks to pay attention to the needs of other beings. I am looking forward to hearing from you and your pets I make my own scheduled so I am highly flexible and available for caring for your pets! I have two cats and a fish that I give lots of love and attention daily - and looking forward to caring more for other animals too! I do not have a home space in which I am capable of taking in others animals currently, but I take care of the pets at the owners home this same way! First thing when I get home is to greet my pets and give them attention and love. I play for a little and then check to see the water bowl is full (and for my cats that the food is also - I know dogs are on a schedule). With dogs, I would regularly schedule times to take them out for walks - and make sure I match them for however they wanna walk! (Slow, adventurous, running a little faster) I make sure that I have plenty of plastic bags and treats to take with on the walk. I do not like to leave dogs alone for more than 2-4 hours. I love interacting with animals and giving them lots of attention!

About: Hi! I love dog sitting, and I look forward giving your dog all the care, exercise, and attention they deserve while you are away. My dog Tommy and I love making new friends and we look forward to meeting your dog soon! I have had dogs for 10 years and have spent many years dog sitting on Rover and for friends as well as fostering dogs for animal rescue organizations. I love to go for walks and spend as much time with the dogs as possible. I can adapt to any exercise requirements your dog may have. I spent many hours training my dog as a puppy so I know how important maintaining good habits are. I am happy to maintain any structure you use at home for your dog and to maintain the training you have given them. My dog Tommy is half lab half golden. He is very friendly and likes to have friends around. Tommy and I offer house sitting in your home as well. He is very polite and good in the house! Please reach out with any questions you may have. I do require a meet and greet prior to booking. I take my dog for walks in the morning and evening with a bathroom break in the middle of the day. We also incorporate playing and training and sometimes walk on local trails or go for hikes. I abide by any rules your dog follows when they are with you. My dog is free to go anywhere in the house during the day (although he usually hangs out with me!), and he stays in my room while I am out of the house.

About: I love animals but I unfortunately travel too much to have pets. I understand that pets need attention and care which is why I don’t have one for myself but I would love to support other pets and make sure pets are getting the care they need. Im like the cool aunt for pets. I grew up in a house with lots of cats and dogs and have done a few dog siting jobs here and there. Your pets will be in great care with me. I’m great at walking! Just finished walking 2000+ miles from Mexico to Canada. I’m currently working at Snowbird and have very limited hours at the beginning of the season. I should have lots of days off available to provide care. I am aware of safety when walking I will make sure your pet is not close to the road or any danger. I will also make sure your pet doesn’t get away. Growing up I had a dog that loved to run away and I’m very aware of how dogs/cats can be when getting out of the house.

About: Hi Rover subscribers, I have lots of experience with dogs and have my own 60lb dog that I've trained and love to take care of. I've taken lots of dog and puppy training classes when my dog was younger and learned a lot about dog body language, proper leash techniques, and many other skills that make engaging with and walking dogs successful. While you leave your precious pet in my care I can guarantee they are going to get lots of love and attention. Pets deserve lots of love and I understand when work is busy they may not get all the attention they need and I would be happy to provide that extra care.
