About: Hi! I love dog sitting, and I look forward giving your dog all the care, exercise, and attention they deserve while you are away. My dog Tommy and I love making new friends and we look forward to meeting your dog soon! I have had dogs for 10 years and have spent many years dog sitting on Rover and for friends as well as fostering dogs for animal rescue organizations. I love to go for walks and spend as much time with the dogs as possible. I can adapt to any exercise requirements your dog may have. I spent many hours training my dog as a puppy so I know how important maintaining good habits are. I am happy to maintain any structure you use at home for your dog and to maintain the training you have given them. My dog Tommy is half lab half golden. He is very friendly and likes to have friends around. Tommy and I offer house sitting in your home as well. He is very polite and good in the house! Please reach out with any questions you may have. I do require a meet and greet prior to booking. I take my dog for walks in the morning and evening with a bathroom break in the middle of the day. We also incorporate playing and training and sometimes walk on local trails or go for hikes. I abide by any rules your dog follows when they are with you. My dog is free to go anywhere in the house during the day (although he usually hangs out with me!), and he stays in my room while I am out of the house.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and started helping care for pets when I was about 10 years old. Friends, neighbors, and family have consistently trusted me to walk, feed, and spend quality time with their pets. I’ve grown up with a wide range of dog personalities — from high-energy breeds like Border Collies to more independent dogs like Basenjis, as well as smaller companion dogs like Chihuahuas. Because of that, I’m very comfortable adjusting my approach depending on the dog’s needs, energy level, and temperament. What sets me apart is that I’m attentive and intentional. I don’t just “check in” — I pay attention to behavior, mood, and routine so your dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m patient with anxious or shy dogs and love engaging more active dogs with walks and play. I’m also reliable, communicative, and respectful of your home and your pet’s routine. I understand how important trust is when it comes to your pet, and I take that seriously. I’m currently finishing up my last semester of grad school, which gives me a flexible schedule for walks and drop-in visits. I’m available most weekdays in the afternoons and evenings, along with weekends. I’m reliable and consistent, and I’m happy to stick closely to your pet’s routine so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. focus on creating a safe, calm, and reliable experience in your home while keeping your pet’s routine consistent. I’m very attentive to instructions, behavior, and environment, and I make sure your dog feels comfortable and secure while you’re away. I respect your home, follow care instructions closely, and always prioritize safety on walks (leash awareness, surroundings, and your dog’s comfort level). I’m also communicative and will keep you updated with photos and quick check-ins so you feel confident your pet is in good hands.
“Mason was on time and great with Zak. He seemed very comfortable and adaptable with everything. He was charming and a good ambassador for Boulder. If we lived there we'd use him again without question.”

“Cassidy was amazing. She was so accommodating, helped us with a last minute situation which we’re super thankful for. She was very communicative, punctual, flexible, and my boy absolutely loved her and her dog Rex. She’s a keeper! Thank you sooo much Cassidy!”

About: I volunteered with the humane society for years when I was a teen, and have cared for a pet for most years of my adult life. I care for animals deeply and also have a prompt, dutiful work ethic. I am free from early morning until late afternoon to walk your furry friends! I'm a writer, so it's as important for me to get out of the house as it is your pet! I bathe my kitty in affection and get her the healthiest, best food and treats that I can find. We play when she feels like it, and snuggle all night long.
“Kristen has seemed to develop a relationship of ease with my anxious dog. She was reliable, asked relevant questions, and generally took great care of my sweet boy. I will definitely hire her again!”

“Tina was prompt and communicated prior for meet and greet as well as showing up for Callie and keeping me informed as to how the walks went. I consider Tina to be very reliable and will entrust in her again to walk/sit Callie in the future.”

About: I’m a responsible, caring, and attentive pet sitter who treats every pet like my own. I prioritize safety, communication, and making sure every pet feels comfortable, happy, and loved while you’re away. As a student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide plenty of attention and care to pets. I’m available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends, making it easy for me to accommodate walks, drop-ins, house sitting, and other pet care needs. I’m organized and dependable, and I make sure pet care fits smoothly into my weekly routine while still giving each pet the time and attention they deserve. Whether caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and any special instructions. I also make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and exercise. My goal is to make every pet feel happy, secure, and well cared for while their owner is away.
About: I’ve been in love with dogs since I can remember, and my favorite type of work/volunteering has always involved them. When I was 15 I started dog sitting for my family friend, I watched and walked little Johnny twice a week for almost 2 years while his mom was out doing errands. After that, I started volunteering at the LoveJoy Foundation, an animal rescue in California. I walked dogs, cleaned crates, and even helped with vaccinations once a week at adoption events! My time at LoveJoy was one of the most rewarding experiences ever, and it taught me how to work with different types of dogs and different behaviors, including neurodivergent and disabled pups. I have a family dog of my own, sweet Montana, who will always be my best friend no matter how far apart we are. Montana is a bit older now, so we mostly enjoy hanging out on the couch together, but in his prior years I loved taking him on hikes, to the dog beach, and really anywhere that I went. I also have a crested gecko named Axel! I’m currently a junior at CU Boulder, so I do have school during the week but only for about 2-3 hours each day, most of the time I’m home to care for a pup! I absolutely love being outside here in Boulder, it’s too beautiful not to be, so walks and adventures are plentiful! I have a large house for your pup to roam around, but if it’s preferred that he stays in a crate during the day I can accommodate that too! My yard isn’t fenced, but we would have a lot of outside time at the park and on walks exploring all corners of Boulder. I do have experience dog sitting in client’s homes, I know that some dogs are probably more comfortable staying in their own home!
About: Hi, I'm Andi! I’ve been a dog person for as long as I can remember, and for 13 years I had my own dog by my side. I raised him on my own through all kinds of homes and lifestyle changes, from apartments to houses, with big yards and with no yard at all so I know that every dog (and owner!) has their own routine, personality, and needs. Over the years, I’ve also regularly cared for friends’ and family members’ dogs, both in their homes and in mine. I genuinely love having a dog around the house, and enjoy the company, the personality, the walks, and even the little quirks that make them who they are. After losing my own dog, I’m not quite ready to make the commitment to bringing another dog into my life permanently. But I’ve realized I’d love to fill that space by welcoming other people’s dogs into my home and giving them the same kind of care and attention I’d want for my own. My goal is for your dog to feel comfortable, safe, and at home while they’re with me. I’m happy to follow your usual routines, whether that means lots of walks and playtime, a cozy spot on the couch, medication or special instructions, or simply plenty of companionship. I know leaving your dog with someone else can be stressful, so I want you to feel confident that they’re in good hands and that they’ll get plenty of love while you’re away! work from home four days a week, so I’m home with plenty of flexibility throughout the day. On the days I go into the office, I’m typically gone for about four hours or less, so I’m home more often than not. I’m an early riser and am very used to starting the day with a dog’s morning walk. I also have easy access to grass for quick potty breaks throughout the day, in addition to regular walks and playtime. Even on weekends, when I might go for a run, hike, or bike ride, I’m generally home for most of the day working on projects or relaxing. Overall, my schedule gives me plenty of time and flexibility to give dogs attention, exercise, companionship, and plenty of opportunities to get outside. I take pet safety and comfort seriously and want every dog in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I’m attentive to each dog’s personality, routine, energy level, and any special instructions from their owner. My home is clean, comfortable, and dog-friendly, with easy access to grass for potty breaks and plenty of opportunities for walks, exercise, and companionship. I’m home most of the time, so dogs aren’t typically left alone for long stretches. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, including feeding, walks, medications, and house rules. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you know your dog is happy and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 13, primarily caring for cats and dogs. My experience includes dog walking, feeding, playtime, administering basic routines, and cleaning litter boxes. I’ve especially worked with older cats and dogs, so I understand the extra patience, attentiveness, and gentle care they often need. I also have two cats of my own back home, giving me firsthand experience in daily responsibilities and expectations of being a pet owner. Because of this, I’m very mindful about my care towards your pet! I’m currently a second-year, first-generation student at CU Boulder, balancing school and a Work-Study position. I’m generally available Thursday through Monday after 1 PM and can be flexible with advance notice. When I house sit I treat every home with respect, focusing on your pet while you’re away. I understand leaving your home and furry friend to a stranger can be worrisome so I do my best to comfort your pet and keep your space the way you like it.
About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! I've spent over a decade caring for pets and volunteering at animal shelters, and I love getting to know each animal's unique personality and figuring out what makes them feel comfortable and happy. Over the years, I've cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and more, including senior pets and pets with medical or behavioral needs. At the shelter, I've taught classes on handling small animals, trained new volunteers, and worked as a camp counselor teaching kids how to safely interact with animals. I've also received extensive training in animal body language, behavior, and safe handling. I grew up with dogs and a rabbit and now have two cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets while you're away. My apartment won't let me have any more pets, so I'd love the chance to give yours some extra love and attention! Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just having someone nearby, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I'm a graduate student, so my schedule looks different each day, but is more flexible than the typical 9-to-5! I build pet care into my weekly routine and have availability throughout the day. I'm happy to work with you to find times that fit your schedule and your pet's needs! Whether you need drop-in visits or overnight petsitting, I'm happy to provide the type of care that works best for your pet. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine, respect your home, and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and care they need. I prioritize safety, communication, and getting to know each pet’s individual needs.
“Tonnie was so great! She showed care through taking initiative to ask me some questions and went above and beyond in feeding my dog bc I forgot to put his food out. All was excellent. Would have Tonnie again!”

“Brad was super responsive from the beginning of the booking process to the actual service. He arrived on time, was super sweet with our dog and left informative notes. He clearly loves animals and getting out with them. I look forward to having Brad help us out again!”

“Can't say enough good things about Ona!, their schedule is very flexible and they work with me with last minute requests and do a wonderful job. My beautiful little dog is always super happy when I come home and not too too fully energetic.”

About: Hi there! All my life I have been an animal lover and for the last 8 years I have raised my own dog, and taken care of other dogs for families I used to babysit for. I can fit in any lifestyle your pet has, whether they are active or a stay-at-home. I can fit any accommodation as I work from home, love to exercise (so your dog would get plenty of it, if need be), and I'm incredibly flexible and will be normally free to help you more than not. At the same time, I raised my dog since she was a puppy so I do have experience with younger, more energetic dogs and overall I would simply love to help and treat your dogs like family. I hope we can talk soon! I'm super flexible and work from home at the moment so I basically can take care of your dogs whenever you may need it. I will certainly be more free for your dog rather than not! I will care for your pet in your home however you see fit. I do what is asked and can fit any accommodation whether your dog has a lot of needs, or simply needs a walk and some playtime. I'm happy to help however it may be!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - North Boulder
Gillian did a great job connecting with and walking my anxious dog. In fact, at our meet and greet my dog laid down and relaxed right next to her. That is so rare for him! Gillian was communicative about their walks and sent great photos. I will definitely hire her again, and highly recommend her!

We accidentally gave Chloe the wrong address, which we know was a huge inconvenience. Despite the mix-up, she was incredibly gracious, didn't give up, and made sure our dog got a great walk. We are so grateful for how she handled it, and tofu was so happy and healthy when we got home. Chloe is trustworthy, kind, and truly goes above and beyond. We highly recommend her!

Willa is so professional, sweet, and really knows dogs! Not just anyone can walk my huskies and Willa was amazing. They loved her and so do I! I asked her to come at 7:30 am and she was right on time, smiling, and ready to hit the trails. My boys were happy and relaxed when I returned. We highly recommend Willa and will see her again soon.

There are people who simply provide a service, and then there are people who become an indispensable part of your life. Ariel is firmly in the latter category. She became a trusted partner during a particularly difficult chapter while I was recovering from major surgery. Knowing that Milo was in her care brought a level of reassurance that is hard to overstate. Aerial is dependability personified, always on time, often to the minute, with clear, prompt communication and remarkable flexibility whenever last-minute changes arose. Not once did those adjustments come with the slightest hint of frustration or attitude. She simply found a way to make things work. What truly sets her apart, however, is her relationship with dogs. She genuinely loves Milo, and it’s obvious he feels the same. She has the rare combination of warmth, confidence, and deep experience that allows her to take charge naturally. Her calm, capable presence inspires trust, and you immediately know your dog is in exceptionally good hands. My gratitude for Ariel goes far beyond dog walking. She provided peace of mind when I needed it most, and for that I will always be thankful. I recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for someone who will care for their dog with professionalism, reliability, and genuine affection. Absolute Gem!!
