“We had a fantastic experience with Andrea. She was incredibly communicative throughout her time with our pets, asking plenty of questions and providing frequent updates. We even returned home to a detailed daily schedule of how she spent her time with our animals. Additionally, she asked thoughtful questions about caring for our home and inquired about emergency procedures, which gave me extra peace of mind—especially since we live in an area with an increased fire risk. We came home to a clean house and happy pets. I would definitely recommend having her care for your home and animals!”
“Santiago was very flexible and available when I needed a last minute booking for a sitting. Zoey had a great visit and was well taken care of. Santiago made sure to have my place spick and span when I arrived home after a long day of travel and emotional weekend with my family. Most certainly would book again!”

“Hannah was amazing with our dogs while we were away for the Christmas holiday. She went above and beyond making sure the dogs were comfortable and were fed and administered medication at their correct times. Definitely recommend.”
“Salome was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with my rescue dog and two cats. The doggie is a senior chihuahua with a rough background and she worked very well with him and his anxiety. She was respectful and did a great job house sitting while I was away. I'd highly recommend her for pet and house sitting!”

“We really appreciate Anthony taking care of our 2 dogs this past weekend. He provided great care and great updates throughout the stay. Definitely would like to have him watch our dogs again.”

“Brian has watched our Siberian cat twice now and been wonderful both times. He sent lots of cute photos of snuggling and playing and the house was spotless. He’s also just a really nice guy. Highly recommended!”

“August again surpassed our expectations. He took exceptional care of Walter, and we came home to a clean house, right down to the sheets. We received updates on Walter daily and he communicated about transitions before we had to ask. I continue to highly recommend August for your pet/house sitting needs.”

“Colleen did a fantastic job taking care of our boys. Both are pretty high needs in very different ways. One needs medication on the clock, twice a day. The other is young, high energy and wants constant attention. Colleen was stellar! We came home to happy pups and a clean house!!! She is mature, respectful, communicates wonderfully, and asks questions. We felt so confident and relaxed while on our trip knowing she was there. I highly recommend Colleen to care for your animals and your home.”

“Meghan was great with Mimo and took wonderful care of him again. We had a few unexpected issues come up at home and with Mimo’s health, and she was incredibly helpful on managing while we were away.”

“Taylor was great to work with. He is kind, attentive to the dog's individual needs (including complicated medication schedules), and wonderful with communication. I highly recommend him!”

“Connie did a great job looking after our dog Tilda and our rabbit Gizmo while we were out of town. I was extremely anxious with this being the first time leaving Tilda since adopting her with a stranger, but Connie handled it very well and was very communicative with me and listening to our wishes. Thanks Connie for taking such great care of our babies!”

“Cyra was amazing. She took care of my dog who has just returned from 3 days in the hospital — he needed lots of meds and extra care with stairs, walking , etc. She was so responsible and caring and I would recommend her in a second.”

“Georgie is phenomenal with our girl Suz. She has watched her a couple of times now, and I never worry about Suz when she is with Georgie. Thanks again for all of your help!!!!”

“Roxy was a fantastic communicator and took great care of our cat! She went above and beyond cleaning up and leaving everything exactly as we left it. We look forward to using her again!”

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 13, primarily caring for cats and dogs. My experience includes dog walking, feeding, playtime, administering basic routines, and cleaning litter boxes. I’ve especially worked with older cats and dogs, so I understand the extra patience, attentiveness, and gentle care they often need. I also have two cats of my own back home, giving me firsthand experience in daily responsibilities and expectations of being a pet owner. Because of this, I’m very mindful about my care towards your pet! I’m currently a second-year, first-generation student at CU Boulder, balancing school and a Work-Study position. I’m generally available Thursday through Monday after 1 PM and can be flexible with advance notice. When I house sit I treat every home with respect, focusing on your pet while you’re away. I understand leaving your home and furry friend to a stranger can be worrisome so I do my best to comfort your pet and keep your space the way you like it.
About: I am currently studying physiology to go into vet medicine. I spent the last year working in a dog kennel/boarding facility and have experience with large dogs, multiple dogs at the same time, and administering meds. As well as growing up with dogs I am still the biggest dog lover and would love to care for some pups :) I am a student with a very open schedule, such as availability in the morning, afternoons and at night. I do have a part-time job, I regularly work weekends for a few hours at a time. I always ensure enough play time/socializing if they’re home alone the rest of the time. If the owners are comfortable I love to take the dogs out for a hike or a run. I am comfortable with getting dogs in a crate or car as well as working with reactive dogs.
North Boulder pet parents share their Rover experiences
Lana did an absolutely wonderful job taking care of our two girls. From the moment we met her, it was clear how caring, attentive, and genuinely great she is with animals. Even with the challenges of a smaller space and plenty of puppy energy, she made both Pagosa, our dog, and Arlo, our cat, feel completely comfortable, happy, and well loved. Throughout our time away, Lana kept us updated with lots of photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was such a joy to see our girls so relaxed, having fun with their new friend, and enjoying what looked like plenty of exciting adventures and quality time. It was obvious they were getting lots of attention, exercise, and affection. Lana also took wonderful care of our apartment, and knowing everything was in such good hands made it so much easier for us to truly enjoy our vacation. We came home to two very happy pets, and we are so grateful for the care she provided. We would recommend Lana without hesitation and would absolutely love to have her care for our pets again in the future.

Santiago was communicative, thoughtful and conscientious. He sent daily updates and pictures, and it was clear our pups were well cared for. He went above and beyond during his stay — even offering to wash our puppy who had gotten dirty from walks and romping in the backyard. The house was just as we had left it, and the sheets and towels were thoughtfully washed and dried. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again!

Sarah was wonderful. She took great care of our anxious young dog and elderly cat. She was communicative, handled having to unexpectedly give our cat medication with ease, and we felt very confident leaving our animals in her care. She left our house extremely neat and clean too. Definitely recommend.

Nate did an excellent job taking care of my Bull Terrier Iggy and taking care of my home. Iggy is a bundle of energy and very reactive to other dogs but Nate had no issues with him at all. I came home to a happy pup. He washed the bed sheets, took out the trash, and was very respectful of my home. I'd recommend him for house sitting or working with reactive or stubborn dogs.
