“Chadd took great care of our dogs during our two week trip, providing regular updates in the Rover app at our requested interval and managing a complication very professionally. When we had a leak spring up, Chadd contacted us promptly and worked with one of our family members to facilitate repairs. The dogs were clearly well-loved and received appropriate food and exercise in our absence. The house was perfectly clean and he even took care of washing the bedding. I highly recommend Chadd and plan to book with him again in the future.”
