“Salome was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with my rescue dog and two cats. The doggie is a senior chihuahua with a rough background and she worked very well with him and his anxiety. She was respectful and did a great job house sitting while I was away. I'd highly recommend her for pet and house sitting!”

“Nina was great with my furbies! My pup is shy of new people but he and Nina hit it off without a hitch! Nina sent lots of photos while I was away so I knew they were in good hands and I could enjoy my vacation. I have already asked Nina to watch them again for my next trip! 😊”

“Santiago was very flexible and available when I needed a last minute booking for a sitting. Zoey had a great visit and was well taken care of. Santiago made sure to have my place spick and span when I arrived home after a long day of travel and emotional weekend with my family. Most certainly would book again!”

“Chris is nothing short of amazing. He is wonderful with the doggos (an old lab mix and a corgi) and very respectful of the house. He went SO far above and beyond this time with the power outages, the locks not working, the fires. We owe you so very much, Chris, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!”

“We recently had Brian cat sit for us and he did a great job. Our cats are usually a bit shy with new people but they warmed up to him quicker than usual. Brian sent us regular updates and photos, which helped us to know that the cats were in good hands while we were gone. He also responded in a reasonable amount of time when we contacted him. Before Brian left he cleaned the house and we returned to a clean and tidy home. We think that Brian is a reliable, caring, and professional cat sitter and recommend him to others.”

“Meghan is wonderful! She accommodated our sit on very short notice and our two little dogs, who are very weird and anxious around new people, felt totally comfortable around her. She was super communicative throughout the week and sent lots of pictures and updates which was wonderful. Thank you Meghan! 10/10 would highly recommend :)”
“Andrea is amazing! She gave our elder dog and cat6 meticulous loving care and attention, and gave outr youger dog and cat love and great attention as well. She really goes above and beyond to be helpful and really cares about our pets. We are very grateful.”
“Connie was amazing with our dog! She took such good care of him and was very thoughtful looking after his needs as he is a senior. She sent videos and pictures throughout the day. We couldn’t ask for more and will definitely hope to ask her to help us out again!”
“Donovan is an excellent sitter! He made sure to have all details covered for our pup and gave us detailed updates while we were away. Would definitely book him again!”

“Cyra was amazing. She took care of my dog who has just returned from 3 days in the hospital — he needed lots of meds and extra care with stairs, walking , etc. She was so responsible and caring and I would recommend her in a second.”
“Dana was a fantastic sitter for us! For both our pups and our home. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone, and we'd love to have her back again. She's very responsible and communicates well, and our pups seemed to really love her.”

About: I've been taking care of friends and neighbor's dogs since I was 16 and I love meeting new furry friends! I am highly familiar with active dogs, young dogs, and dogs with specialty diets/feeding routines. I am experienced in dealing with dogs with medical issues, and how to deal with medical emergencies in a calm and effective manner. I am a college student at CU Boulder, and am in classes most of the day Mon-Thurs. During the weekends I am very free, and enjoy going on hikes/runs and spending time reading and doing homework at home. This makes caring for pets on weekends very easy, as I spend a lot of time hanging out at home, and spending time outside, which is good for both active dogs, and dogs who enjoy more slow paced days. In my clients homes, I place a focus on attention on meeting individual pet needs, from midnight potty breaks, to lots of active play to keep dogs intellectually stimulated. I tend to keep a strict routine (eating, walking, sleeping at the same time) for pets but I am also very flexible to unique requests for pets.

About: I have had family dogs and cats since I was young and love spending time with animals. I have experience with dog walking, dog sitting, cat sitting, and house sitting. I strive to take detailed care of each pet and follow their normal routine to keep them as happy and healthy as possible. I have a very open and flexible schedule, so I can spend all day with your pets to give them the attention and care that they deserve. I take care of pets in my client's home so that they can maintain the routine that they are comfortable with and feel safe and at home while the clients are away.
“Alyson did a wonderful job caring for Violet while I was out of town for four nights. Violet has separation anxiety and is a bit high maintenance, and Alyson took her quirks in stride. She is a very reliable, clear and kind communicator. She sent updates twice a day, often with photos. When I came back my house was in perfect order, and most importantly Violet was happy and well-regulated. I couldn’t ask for more! I look forward to booking her again soon.”

“Emily was amazing! Our pup Maple is our pride and joy so we always get nervous leaving her, but Emily took great care of her and sent plenty of pictures and updates that felt very reassuring! She was very respectful and attentive - seemed like Maple had a great time!”

“Sylvia is the BEST sitter we’ve ever had. We have booked with her several times now and I never have to worry about our pup when we’re away. She clearly enjoys caring for Ada and provides the most thorough and informative updates, including even small changes in eating or behavior. This is so reassuring and lets me know she is as attentive as we are to our dog. Plus she sends the cutest pics and I love that she finds Ada as funny as we do! :)”

East Boulder pet parents share their Rover experiences
Matthew is someone you can trust whole heartedly! Due to a faulty window screen that was not locked in place (have just moved into this new apartment) my gremlin cat escaped and Matthew handled it like an absolute champ. He was diligent and communicative the whole way through and he got my boy back safe inside. He went above and beyond to ensure that. It’s always scary when something goes wrong when you’re away from your pets, but it meant so much that he took such good care in the situation. My boy is safe and sound and probably had a few adventures out there. They still got good time to bond and play together. Thank you!! Would love to work with Matt again.

Taylor is super down to Earth and is always great with our dog Bobo. He regularly sends us updates and makes sure she gets plenty of exercise. We always have peace of mind when Taylor is sitting our dog when we plan trips to go out of town. I’m not even sure she wants us to come home when he is with her. Thank you Taylor!!

We’re so glad we found Connie for housesitting. She really knows pets well and cares a lot about them and taking care of them to high standards. She left the house clean and made everything easy. She accommodated us and our special needs dog and was so so sweet with our cat, too. Will definitely book again and highly recommend her.

Georgie was a wonderful sitter for my dog Mabel! She followed all of the instructions I left perfectly, gave Mabel lots of love and affection, and sent me many photos and updates throughout the stay! I am always a bit anxious leaving my dog with a new sitter but Georgie was absolutely wonderful and put me at ease from the moment I met her! She’s extremely communicative, trustworthy, responsible, and caring!! I would highly recommend her and look forward to having her watch my pup again!!

Die is a truly exceptional sitter. Deeply relational with animals and exquisitely attentive to details of sitting to enable an experience that is smooth, easy, comforting, safe, and enjoyable for all. My kitties gave uniquely wonderful feedback about their time with Die. They were extremely well cared for and attended to. I give Die my strongest endorsement without any reservation. Very grateful for her :)
