Information Connie S. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if he/she has any food allergies, medications, likes/dislikes, funny quirks, fears, or anything! I do not have a breed preferences. All dogs need to be up to date with their vaccines.

A typical day

Usually I take the dogs on a walk around the neighborhood. Otherwise, we’d play fetch in the yard or tug o war at home. If your dog is fine off leash, I can take them to the Westminster Hills off leash dog park. It has 420 acres of land (all fenced) with a mini river and pool, so there’s plenty of space for your dog to roam freely.

Pet care experience

My passion for these furry animals started when I was a kid when I helped my neighbors look after their dogs since pets weren’t allowed at home. When I moved out for college, I helped my roommate take care of her dog (feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, etc.). Later on, I adopted a dog that I absolutely loved since she was like my first child. (She passed away now). I have experience with dogs that have disabilities, shyness, separation anxiety, aggressiveness, excessive barking, tugging, nipping etc. Dogs are just like kids. They need the right way of communication, patience, and lots of love/attention. I haven't come across a single dog I didn’t like and when I discovered Rover, it was the perfect job for me! My schedule is very flexible since my other job allows me to work from home. I am able to stay for overnights if needed. We can arrange a meeting before the booking, allowing a comfortable interaction between your pets and I. I work remote so I am able to give your pets the time/attention they deserve. Please let me know if you have a specific feeding/walking schedule so that I can continue your routine. Their happiness is what motivates me on continue what I do! Your trust and the safety of your pets are my #1 priority! • I will not invite anyone over without your consent • I will leave your place how it was left for me originally • I will communicate in a timely manner with you and send you daily photos/updates (The only thing I ask for is, if you have any cameras installed in places where privacy is expected (bedroom, bathroom), please let me know. Anywhere else is totally fine!

We’re so glad we found Connie for housesitting. She really knows pets well and cares a lot about them and taking care of them to high standards. She left the house clean and made everything easy. She accommodated us and our special needs dog and was so so sweet with our cat, too. Will definitely book again and highly recommend her.
