About: I work from home 4/5 days a week and have full availability for house sitting, multiple daily drop ins/walks. I have experience pet sitting for both dogs and cats, and I have personal experience taking care of cats, birds, fish and bunnies. I'm also a huge plant enthusiast (I currently have ~50 houseplants)! I would be happy to water or maintain your plants while you were away as well if you'd like. I currently have a sassy little 5 year old black cat at home and she's the love of my life! I know how important it is to have confidence that your pets will be cared for when you're gone, and I can assure you I'll take care of your furry friends as if they are my own! About this sitter: I work full-time as a Behavioral Health Care Manager locally in Boulder. I work from home 4/5 days a week and would have a lot of flexibility with your pet's schedule. I also am available for house sitting for extended periods of time since I can work from wherever. When I am not working, I love spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, watching movies, hiking, reading, gardening, taking care of my plants, hanging out with Bella, and cooking. I love dogs, but have never owned one of my own due to it not being feasible in past living situations. I have dog/cat sat for many of my friends in both my home and theirs. I do not have any breed preferences, but do not feel comfortable with very large dogs. I would like to know if your pet is up to date on vaccinations, flea and tick preventative, and heartworm preventative. I would like to know if your pet has any medical issues that I would need to attend to, medications that they take, or if they have any special routines/behaviors that I should look out for. I would be able to spend time with your pet before work in the morning, throughout the day and during the evenings. I am usually home most weekends as well. Meet my pets I have one cat, a 5-year old void named Bella. She adopted me back in December from the Longmont Humane Society. It took her awhile to warm up, but she has settled in to life with me, and loves to play, "hunt" birds, nap and she fetches too! :) I work from home, so I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule. I am available to house sit for extended periods of time due to flexible work from home schedule. I would be available for multiple daily check ins if necessary (up to three/day). When caring for pets in someone else’s home, I treat their space and routines with the same respect and care I would give my own. I take time to learn each pet’s unique needs, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, medications, favorite activities, and any special instructions from their family. My aim is to create a calm, comfortable environment so pets feel safe and loved while their owners are away. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and companionship while maintaining their normal routines as much as possible. I am organized and keep a clean environment, which I would extend to your home as well. I am happy to send regular updates/photos and keep the communication open with owners during their time away so that they are confident that their pet is being well taken care of.

About: I’ve been privileged to have dogs be apart of my entire life. From having them as pets, caring for others, and volunteering for multiple shelters over the years, dogs have been a priority for me. I have deep respect for routines and instructions, can work with new born to seniors (who are just babies really), and will give them the love and attention they deserve. I am currently working on aspects of my education and have a lot of time to dedicate to pet care. I have minimal travel plans, so would be interested in a one time walk to a long term sit, and everything in between. I have reliable transportation and I’m allergic to being late. Communication and following instructions is top priority for me, so you will never wonder how your wonderful companion is doing. When caring for pets in your home my priorities include respecting your property, your instructions, and your animals needs. Schedules are followed to a T and communication including updates and pictures if wanted! Something I really pride myself on is being able to adapt and match the energy your animal needs. From extremely anxious to very extroverted, I can easily find the pace they are most comfortable with to reduce stress, build trust, and give them the love needed while you are busy!

About: I've been full time taking care of pets the last two years and previously have had my own pets since a young child. I have experience with a range of animals and personally love small dogs and cats. I've sat for elderly dogs and have experience with giving them medicine and also young dogs who need extra care and attention. I also understand and love hairless high maintenance cats as I had two of my own Peterbalds. I am fully available for house sitting / pet sitting as I work remote and have a flexible schedule. I live an organic, non-toxic lifestyle and prefer to stay in homes that are fragrance free & chemical free. I am currently nomadic so I will only offer care in the pet owners home. I will stay over at your home and I tend to keep everything really clean and I've found pets really enjoy being in their own environment.
