I am currently working part-time with flexible hours and have availability for dog walking, playing, feeding, etc. I am already a part-time stay at home mom for my cat and dog, I might as well be for others as well :)

I am unable to take pets in my current living situation because I am in a small apartment but I am able to go to other's homes, as well as dog walking. My cat is an indoor cat so I am conscious of escapees and how to make sure no one gets out that isn't allowed. My dog has to be taken out, as we don't have a backyard and are in a second-story apartment, so very in tune with timing and dogs letting us know when they need to go out. This means I also do a lot of dog walking so she is able to get out and about for fresh air and exercise!

Let me know if your dog needs any special care or has specific likes/dislikes. Please let me know if your dog gets along with other dogs/cats/adults/children. I am very cautious when walking dogs, as I have a reactive dog who is not a huge fan of other dogs. I keep an eye out for off leash dogs, as well as leashed dogs, so just let me know your dogs temperament.
A typical day
I live right near parks, paths, twin lakes, and the reservoir. A typical day for dog walking includes a walk with plenty of smells (very used to a curious dog!) and tossing the ball at the park or possibly going on a hike! I have experience with low-energy animals as well as very high-energy animals who need a lot of exercise outside the home. If the animal and owner are ok with the dog going in the car, I love to take dogs to different parks and trails!

Pet care experience
I have always had pets my entire life and am an extreme animal lover! I wanted to be a vet as a child and I grew up with two shelties, a chocolate lab, and two kitties. Once I got to college I got my first pet as an adult, my precious son Aiden, and now I have a miniature beagle daughter named Zoey. I have 13 years of experience raising these fur babies, so I am able to understand/manage animals from puppy/kitten to senior. I also have experience administering medications to both my cat and my dog (in pill or liquid form). I really look forward to caring for and loving your fur babies as well!
