“If my pup could talk, she’d tell me Jenna is the best friend she’s ever had! I loved the pictures and notes from the walk. Jenna will definitely be our go-to from now on! 😊”

About: I have been taking care of dogs ever since I was little. Family and friends come to me to stop by a feed and cuddle with their pets. From big to small, I have given medication to dogs that needed it, I have cared for dogs that have no teeth and dogs that are partially blind. I currently have a pretty open schedule so I have plenty of time to care for and provide all the cuddles for your pet. However, I am unable to dog sit on major holidays. I always want your pet to feel comfortable so I don't pressure and allow the dog to come to me first. I am able to crate a dog if needed and can administer medication if needed. I can take your pets on walks as well as play with them at a dog park if one is around.

“Laura is so wonderful! She let me know right away when Otto was having bowel problems while on her walk with him and kept me updated and reassured. Appreciate her always!”

“Mikeyla did great with my dog, who can be a little resistant to walking with anyone other than me. She got her out in the middle of her long day, which was exactly what my dog needed. I will be happy to use Mikeyla again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Broomfield
Laura is amazing with my dog! My dog takes awhile to warm up to new people so I was surprised how fast Luna bonded with Laura! Laura's communication is top notch and she leaves the best summaries after their walks together. She's always timely and doesn't skip out early (as has been the case with other Rovers). She quickly became my top choice to care for my dog. I full heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for someone that you can trust and count on to take care of your pets.

Robin was so kind, professional and great with our dogs. We lucked out with a last minute request and she was able to make it happen and even visit ahead of time to meet them. She was prompt with communication, sending us updates and photos every day. Would be happy to have her again, it’s safe to say the dogs agree :)

Rebekah was great! She was prompt with communication, always gave updates and photos. She was great with our dogs, walking them and even brought them to the dog park. Our two dogs were happy pups when we came back from our trip, we’re so grateful for Rebekah’s help!

Riley is excellent at communicating, and helped us out with a somewhat last minute request for two walks in one day. She was kind enough to do a meet and greet beforehand, asked great questions, and gave a detailed review of the walk after. Highly recommend Riley!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
