About: Hi! I'm a dependable and passionate pet sitter with a lifetime of experience caring for animals. I grew up around both high-energy dogs and elderly dogs needing extra assistance. As a pet lover myself, I understand the importance of regular exercise, patience, and lots of playtime. Whether your pet loves long walks, outdoor adventures, or simply relaxing at home, I'm happy to match their unique personality and routine. Aside from needing to care for my own dog, my schedule is essentialy entirely free for the remainder of the summer. I have no issue waking up for early sunrise walks, to late night strolls at any hour. My schedule is highly malleable l, and made to fit for the best possible care no matte the occasion! I know how important it is to trust someone with both your pets and your home. My goal is to provide a calm, safe, and familiar environment where your pets can feel comfortable while you're away. I take the time to learn each pet's routine and personality, ensuring they receive the care, attention, and exercise they're used to. I'll also keep you updated with regular messages and photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy, healthy, and in good hands.

About: Dogs are the best! The love they give us is unlike any other. I started taking care of dogs in my teens, and have done it personally and, on and off professionally, for the last 40 years. Would love to hang with your dog inside, take them hiking, on a walk, or just chill with them. I'm flexible and can work with you in your home or mine. I've lived in the Boulder area for 20 years and am happy to help you, your family, and your dog in any way I can. I am also happy to care for your beloved cat, although I can't host in my home, I would be happy to look after them in yours. I'm currently working from home, pivoting in my career, and have a very flexible schedule. I'm available on weekdays and weekends, days and overnights. Can only host smaller dogs at my apartment currently, or I'm happy to take care of them in yours. I wouldn't feel right cooping up a larger dog at a smaller place. If I'm caring for your dog at my apartment, my neighborhood has 26 miles of walking paths that are perfect for a short, or very long walk, whichever your dog prefers. About: You know when you’re out in public and your dog unexpectedly rushes straight over to say hi to a random (specific) person then needs to be physically pulled away even after they got the attention they wanted? For some reason, I’ve always been that random but specific person. Sometimes it feels like dogs suddenly materialize in front of me or like their “hello” is really more of a “it’s about time you got here!” Dogs (and cats, for that matter) also tend to insist on cuddling up next to me instead of their usual pick when I visit their homes (and I’m certainly not complaining). I currently only have cats, but I grew up with three dogs (a chocolate lab, a miniature schnauzer, and a Pomeranian) and have learned how to love both in the ways they want me to love them. What I love most about dogs is how pure they are. We all appreciate their undying loyalty, of course, but the sweet, unconditionally caring emotional presence that dogs carry themselves with is one of the things that makes life worth living. I consider non-human animals to be people too, and dogs are definitely among the best non-human animals. I would be just as excited as your dog(s) would be to make a new friend! My availability is flexible in general but particularly in terms of the time of day. I have a circadian rhythm difference that makes my sleep “schedule” change throughout each week, so if I’m given sufficient notice (48 hours), I’m easily able to modify my waking hours if your pet has time-sensitive needs. As mentioned in my bios, animals seem to naturally see me as a Disney princess. However, even though I’m very confident that I’ll get along with your pet(s) without any issues, their friendship is theirs to give, not mine to demand. Their needs are my top priority (and would be even if I weren’t petsitting); I recognize that some animals need lots of time and space to truly feel safe, and giving them that time and space is the only way to create a mutually comforting environment. Even if your dog/cat actually is insatiably social and unfailingly affectionate, I want to be sure that I get an idea of any individual boundaries or strong preferences beforehand so that I’m able to treat them with the same respect and care that I would a human person. As far as dogs and cats that want lots of love and affection, I am happy to give and share it! My cats sleep with me most nights and I often have one on my lap or next to my leg throughout a given day. Either way, I’ll follow your pet’s lead.

About: Have had multiple dogs for my entire life, completely understand how much pets are a part of the family, and will treat them as my own while you are away. I work full time, however have always loved taking care of pets. As I am work from home a majority of the week, I will be able to take care of them with great care. Although I live in an apartment, there are accessible places to go to the bathroom and there are numerous trails just a short walk away.

About: I have been sitting through Rover since 2021 and have truly enjoyed spending time with so many pets! I've sat big dogs, little dogs, cats, fish, and sugar gliders! I feel that through Rover I have excelled in adapting quickly to a variety of pet's needs. I’m currently living in the Boulder/Longmont Colorado area and am open to book sits around north Denver. I just moved here from Orlando Florida. When I lived in Orlando, if I had spare time, I liked to drive rescue transports for ORCA, Greyhounds in Motion, and Orlando Pet Alliance. If you have suggestions of rescue transports I can drive for in the northwest Denver area please let me know! My current work schedule is working remotely, so for any house sit requests, please ensure there is space for me to set up my laptop and take work video calls. I’ll have studying to do in the evenings and on the weekends so your pets can keep me company while I do schoolwork ☺️ I'm good at adapting to you and your pet's needs! I'll give them love, care, and attention if they want it, but will respect them if they prefer not to be pet (we all know those cats 😄)

About: I’ve been taking care of pets (from dog-sitting, to dog-walking, to simply caring for my own dog daily) my whole life! I grew up with a big 110 pound lab and have always been a dog lover! I have supported many people throughout my community such as family-friends, co-workers, and people here on Rover by walking, feeding, and playing with their pets while they’re gone! I always make my goal to help make your pets as comfortable and happy as possible while you are gone! I’m home in Colorado for the summer, working at a clinic, which should allow me to take your pups out in the morning, during my lunch break and at night after work! It will also allow me to spend the night and make sure your dogs are safe and comfortable! I love playing outside with dogs, whether that entails going on a walk or playing fetch in the backyard! I will also prioritize making sure that your pet is safe and happy - meaning I’ll feed him/her on time, take them on good walks to help get their energy out, and can put them in crate if that’s what you usually do! I am very flexible and want to keep a stable environment for your pet!

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, and I’ve never met a dog that doesn’t love me and that I don’t love. My rates are flexible- just let me know and we can work together to figure it out! If there are other small pets in your home I’m happy to care for them as well, I have experience with tons of small animals, from chameleons to chinchillas! I am a full-time medical assistant monday through thursday, so I typically will only take overnight jobs over the weekend in order for me to be able to spend as much time with your fur baby as possible and for my work schedule to not interfere with their care. I will make sure your pet gets lots of love and affection while you’re away. I will play with them and walk them as much as needed.
