About: I’ve had pets my entire life, including cats, dogs, and for the past two years I’ve lived on a farm where I have gained experience caring for many different types of animals. We also double as a kitten rescue, taking in lost and abandoned kittens from newborns through teenagers. We bottle-feed, raise, and care for them until they are healthy, grown, and ready to be adopted into loving homes. I am extremely passionate about healthy and safe animal care and ensure that in my work. I am a college student and recently moved away from home and my farm, and the first priority on my list was getting back into work with animals. Being at CU I am occupied in the mornings and late afternoon. Anywhere between 11am-1pm I am free in between classes, and anytime after 4/5pm at night. I care for pets with patience, attention, and lots of love while making sure they feel safe and comfortable in their environment. Having cared for cats, dogs, reptiles, and a variety of farm animals, I understand that every animal has different needs and personalities. I’m comfortable following feeding schedules, providing fresh water, cleaning up after pets, giving them exercise and playtime, and keeping a close eye on their behavior and well-being. Through helping my mom run our farm and caring for rescued kittens, including newborns, I’ve also learned how important it is to be gentle, responsible, and attentive to each animal’s individual needs.

About: My love for animals exceeds my love for humans. I have always been the biggest animals person and have owned every animal in the book, from rodents to fish to mammals. I have raised multiple puppies to adulthood, both small dogs like Maltese, and large dogs like pit bulls. I am a renowned hamster sitter who even had baby hamsters at one point, and currently have three fish tanks in my college apartment. Point is I love animals and would love to hang out and give your pet the best time ever! I have a lot of time throughout my day. The longest I am out of the house for pre day is 2 hours for classes occasionally, but other than that I am home and bored. Pet care would easily fit into my schedule to ensure your pet has the best experience with me. Caring for pets in my home would be very simple as I would just aim to make them as comfortable and safe as possible. In terms of pet care at your home, I would be the best house sitter. I will ensure your home will be left in the same condition or cleaner when you return, and will ensure that your pets feels as safe and comfortable as possible.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 13, primarily caring for cats and dogs. My experience includes dog walking, feeding, playtime, administering basic routines, and cleaning litter boxes. I’ve especially worked with older cats and dogs, so I understand the extra patience, attentiveness, and gentle care they often need. I also have two cats of my own back home, giving me firsthand experience in daily responsibilities and expectations of being a pet owner. Because of this, I’m very mindful about my care towards your pet! I’m currently a second-year, first-generation student at CU Boulder, balancing school and a Work-Study position. I’m generally available Thursday through Monday after 1 PM and can be flexible with advance notice. When I house sit I treat every home with respect, focusing on your pet while you’re away. I understand leaving your home and furry friend to a stranger can be worrisome so I do my best to comfort your pet and keep your space the way you like it.

About: I’ve been in love with dogs since I can remember, and my favorite type of work/volunteering has always involved them. When I was 15 I started dog sitting for my family friend, I watched and walked little Johnny twice a week for almost 2 years while his mom was out doing errands. After that, I started volunteering at the LoveJoy Foundation, an animal rescue in California. I walked dogs, cleaned crates, and even helped with vaccinations once a week at adoption events! My time at LoveJoy was one of the most rewarding experiences ever, and it taught me how to work with different types of dogs and different behaviors, including neurodivergent and disabled pups. I have a family dog of my own, sweet Montana, who will always be my best friend no matter how far apart we are. Montana is a bit older now, so we mostly enjoy hanging out on the couch together, but in his prior years I loved taking him on hikes, to the dog beach, and really anywhere that I went. I also have a crested gecko named Axel! I’m currently a junior at CU Boulder, so I do have school during the week but only for about 2-3 hours each day, most of the time I’m home to care for a pup! I absolutely love being outside here in Boulder, it’s too beautiful not to be, so walks and adventures are plentiful! I have a large house for your pup to roam around, but if it’s preferred that he stays in a crate during the day I can accommodate that too! My yard isn’t fenced, but we would have a lot of outside time at the park and on walks exploring all corners of Boulder. I do have experience dog sitting in client’s homes, I know that some dogs are probably more comfortable staying in their own home!

About: I have always loved animals since a young age. I helped raise and train a service dog for Canine companions so I am used to being in the constant company of dogs. I take the animal human relationship in high regard and know how much our pets mean to us. I have owned cats and dogs and have loved them so much and know what it takes to build a meaningful relationship. Your pet means as much to me as they mean to you because I get it! I currently am a full time student with two shifts at a veterinary clinic. My schedule is very flexible and available to allow me to help look after your pet! I have an unfenced yard that I am more than happy to walk with your pet around to do their business. I am also near a fenced area for fetch and around numerous paths for simple walks and or runs. I also would love to take a buddy on a hike so that’s also an option for exercise! We live with our cat who is very chill and okay with the other animals. I will allow for pets to be on furniture if wanted and sleep with me too! I am very flexible and open so please communicate with me and I can deliver!

About: I'm the go-to friend when pets are in need of weekend and overnight care, or simply when someone is in a pickle! I have experience with many different types of dogs and cats, young and old - walking, feeding, day-sitting and overnights. I currently have a very flexible scheduling while not working full time. When I'm not working, I love spending time outside hiking or reading in the park - perfect activities to bring a pup along! I raised him on my own through all kinds of homes and lifestyle changes, from apartments to houses, with big yards and with no yard at all so I know that every dog (and owner!) has their own routine, personality, and needs. Over the years, I’ve also regularly cared for friends’ and family members’ dogs, both in their homes and in mine. I genuinely love having a dog around the house, and enjoy the company, the personality, the walks, and even the little quirks that make them who they are. After losing my own dog, I’m not quite ready to make the commitment to bringing another dog into my life permanently. But I’ve realized I’d love to fill that space by welcoming other people’s dogs into my home and giving them the same kind of care and attention I’d want for my own. My goal is for your dog to feel comfortable, safe, and at home while they’re with me. I’m happy to follow your usual routines, whether that means lots of walks and playtime, a cozy spot on the couch, medication or special instructions, or simply plenty of companionship. I know leaving your dog with someone else can be stressful, so I want you to feel confident that they’re in good hands and that they’ll get plenty of love while you’re away! work from home four days a week, so I’m home with plenty of flexibility throughout the day. On the days I go into the office, I’m typically gone for about four hours or less, so I’m home more often than not. I’m an early riser and am very used to starting the day with a dog’s morning walk. I also have easy access to grass for quick potty breaks throughout the day, in addition to regular walks and playtime. Even on weekends, when I might go for a run, hike, or bike ride, I’m generally home for most of the day working on projects or relaxing. Overall, my schedule gives me plenty of time and flexibility to give dogs attention, exercise, companionship, and plenty of opportunities to get outside. I take pet safety and comfort seriously and want every dog in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I’m attentive to each dog’s personality, routine, energy level, and any special instructions from their owner. My home is clean, comfortable, and dog-friendly, with easy access to grass for potty breaks and plenty of opportunities for walks, exercise, and companionship. I’m home most of the time, so dogs aren’t typically left alone for long stretches. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, including feeding, walks, medications, and house rules. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you know your dog is happy and well cared for while you’re away.
