About: I have been petsitting since 2014, as of recently taking a break from my full time corporate job. I have open availability for whatever you have in mind - for the same cost of a kennel or less, your dog can stay in his environment while you are away, with plenty of company/outside time/exercise as you see fit. Happy to take long walks if needed. Your pup is also welcome to stay in my home if you’d prefer as long they are ok with other dogs/cats! Open availability, full time care. If housesitting I’m happy to spend majority of day with your pets, however will need to leave a few hours of day to take care of my own. I have a fully fenced in wooded yard and two of my own dogs who are ready to play. They are supervised at all times if outside.

About: I’m Leo. Your dog will get walks, play, photos, and real company, not an empty house. I won’t only do these things because they need it but I’m happy to. I go hiking or biking almost every day. All sizes. I’ll follow your routine. You get updates the whole time. Request a meet and greet and we’ll go from there. I bet ill love your dog more than they love me. I’m a sophomore living on the Hill in Boulder. Most days look the same, which is good for dogs. I walk to campus for about an hour of class in the morning. Then I come straight home. I make lunch, take your dog out, hang on the floor with them, throw a toy, or just let them nap next to me while I study. That stretch in the middle of the day is a few hours, so they are not sitting in an empty place waiting. Afternoon class is one to two hours. Same thing after: walk home, another outing, water, treats, and time together. Nights I am home. Your dog will not be alone for more than two hours. If they need a mid-day walk, extra play, or just someone in the room, that is already built into how my day works. I’ll treat your dog how I’d want mine (really my mom’s) to be treated. I'm happy to give you access to my Amazon Alexa so you can see and maybe even interact with your dog. My place on the Hill is set up for dogs first. Doors stay shut, trash is put away, cords and anything chewable get picked up before a guest arrives. If I have your dog, they are not loose in a room I have not already checked. I do a meet and greet so we both know the vibe before any overnight. I follow your rules on food, crate, meds, and where they sleep. I do not leave them loose with the front door or windows open. When I leave for class they are either crated if that is what you want or in a safe closed-off space, and I am never gone more than two hours. Trust for me is simple. You get photos and a short update when I get home and when we go out. If something feels off I tell you right away instead of hoping it blows over. If you also have a cat, I keep them separate from dogs unless you say they already live together. Litter, food, and a quiet room stay theirs. I do not force handling. I let them come to me. The goal is a calm house, not a chaotic one. I live alone in an apartment, so I’m happy to have your pet as a buddy.

I’ve been a lifelong pet lover and have had the pleasure of sharing my life with all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, birds, and even livestock. Unfortunately, I recently became petless after my old girl passed away. This has left my love for pets homeless and I would love nothing more than to give it all to your babies. Cuddles, belly rubs, a good hike, maybe a little mud and a bath and of course some yummy treats, I’m here for it all! Whether your pet is a professional couch potato, an enthusiastic adventure buddy or just needs a little extra TLC, I have the experience and enough love to keep up with them. I’m currently working as part of a wildlife rehabilitation internship. I’m still in the first stage, so I only need to be there about 20 hours a week, which gives me lots of flexibility. This means I can work my internship schedule around what your pet needs! Early morning feedings? Done. Middle of the night potty breaks? Done. Need a midday nap buddy? Done. I’m open to both weekdays and weekends and with 24 hours’ notice, I can usually adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s needs. Your pet’s routine is important and I’m happy to work around it whenever I can! My first priority is making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible because I know that consistency can make a big difference when their favorite person isn’t around. This all starts with the bond I work to form with them from the moment I become the stranger invading their territory. I’m not just there to feed, walk and clean up messes. I’m there to make sure your pet doesn’t feel scared, abandoned or stressed while you’re away. I want you to be able to leave knowing that they’re not just being looked after, they’re being loved. About: Hi there! All my life I have been an animal lover and for the last 8 years I have raised my own dog, and taken care of other dogs for families I used to babysit for. I can fit in any lifestyle your pet has, whether they are active or a stay-at-home. I can fit any accommodation as I work from home, love to exercise (so your dog would get plenty of it, if need be), and I'm incredibly flexible and will be normally free to help you more than not. At the same time, I raised my dog since she was a puppy so I do have experience with younger, more energetic dogs and overall I would simply love to help and treat your dogs like family. First thing when I get home is to greet my pets and give them attention and love. I play for a little and then check to see the water bowl is full (and for my cats that the food is also - I know dogs are on a schedule). With dogs, I would regularly schedule times to take them out for walks - and make sure I match them for however they wanna walk! (Slow, adventurous, running a little faster) I make sure that I have plenty of plastic bags and treats to take with on the walk. I do not like to leave dogs alone for more than 2-4 hours. I love interacting with animals and giving them lots of attention!

I have a senior dog (Princess) who prefers to be an only child! I can stay overnight with your pet or check in multiple times a day. I am available to house sit Thursday, Saturday & Sunday. If you’re in Boulder, I can house sit any day of the week and do drop-ins throughout the day. Monday-Friday I can do drop-ins and stay overnight if you are in Boulder or the Boulder area. Friday-Sunday I can stay overnight and be with your pet/s full-time in or outside of Boulder. I listen to what your pet needs, whether that be some space or love/cuddles.
