About: I've been a dog sitter for over 5 years. I have cared for pups of all kinds, from tiny Chihuahuas to big lovable Great Danes! I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I always treat them with patience, love, and respect. I myself have a labradoodle at home who is a total goofball and so lovable. Whether it’s going on long walks, playtime, or just hanging out and giving belly rubs, I’m happy to meet your pet’s unique needs. I also have experience caring for dogs with special routines including giving medication and sticking to specific schedules. Your pet’s happiness, safety, and comfort are always my top priority! I am a full-time college student. Pet care fits perfectly into my flexible college schedule! I love spending my free time walking, playing, and caring for pets whenever I’m not in class. With that said my schedule is very open during the day with long breaks in between class. I also have Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday-Sunday totally free! I care for pets in their own home where they feel most safe and comfortable. I follow their routines, keep their space clean, and make sure they feel loved, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 13, primarily caring for cats and dogs. My experience includes dog walking, feeding, playtime, administering basic routines, and cleaning litter boxes. I’ve especially worked with older cats and dogs, so I understand the extra patience, attentiveness, and gentle care they often need. I also have two cats of my own back home, giving me firsthand experience in daily responsibilities and expectations of being a pet owner. Because of this, I’m very mindful about my care towards your pet! I’m currently a second-year, first-generation student at CU Boulder, balancing school and a Work-Study position. I’m generally available Thursday through Monday after 1 PM and can be flexible with advance notice. When I house sit I treat every home with respect, focusing on your pet while you’re away. I understand leaving your home and furry friend to a stranger can be worrisome so I do my best to comfort your pet and keep your space the way you like it.

About: I’ve been in love with dogs since I can remember, and my favorite type of work/volunteering has always involved them. When I was 15 I started dog sitting for my family friend, I watched and walked little Johnny twice a week for almost 2 years while his mom was out doing errands. After that, I started volunteering at the LoveJoy Foundation, an animal rescue in California. I walked dogs, cleaned crates, and even helped with vaccinations once a week at adoption events! My time at LoveJoy was one of the most rewarding experiences ever, and it taught me how to work with different types of dogs and different behaviors, including neurodivergent and disabled pups. I have a family dog of my own, sweet Montana, who will always be my best friend no matter how far apart we are. Montana is a bit older now, so we mostly enjoy hanging out on the couch together, but in his prior years I loved taking him on hikes, to the dog beach, and really anywhere that I went. I also have a crested gecko named Axel! I’m currently a junior at CU Boulder, so I do have school during the week but only for about 2-3 hours each day, most of the time I’m home to care for a pup! I absolutely love being outside here in Boulder, it’s too beautiful not to be, so walks and adventures are plentiful! I have a large house for your pup to roam around, but if it’s preferred that he stays in a crate during the day I can accommodate that too! My yard isn’t fenced, but we would have a lot of outside time at the park and on walks exploring all corners of Boulder. I do have experience dog sitting in client’s homes, I know that some dogs are probably more comfortable staying in their own home!

About: I have been around dogs for as long as I can remember and have always loved spending time with them. Over the years, I’ve gained a lot of experience caring for dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Being around dogs has always come naturally to me, and I genuinely enjoy giving them attention, exercise, and companionship while their owners are away. I am currently a student taking online classes from home while also working a part-time job, so I spend a lot of time at home and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, care, and companionship throughout the day and make sure they feel comfortable and well looked after. I live in a house with a small yard and am across the street from a small park, with a much larger park only a few blocks away, which is great for walks and outdoor time. I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for by giving them lots of attention, playtime, and regular potty breaks or walks. Since I spend a lot of time at home, pets will rarely be left alone for long periods and will always have someone around to keep them company and stick to their normal routine.

About: I've lived with dogs my whole life and absolutely love them! I love being outdoors as well so this is the perfect job for me! My family got a dog about 10 years ago and I trained her to sit, stay, and come. I love being around dogs and I hope to meet yours! I have a super open schedule this summer, and I will most likely be able to walk your dog any time you want. Occasionally I will have morning soccer practice from 7 AM- 9:30AM but please reach out to me with any times you want me to cover, and I will get back to you as soon as possible. My dog has had a lot of training to become a good walker, so I know how to work with dogs of all walking levels! I'm patient, and respectful with dogs as well.

“I’d never used the app before but loved how easy it was for Sam to keep me updated both times he visited to walk our dog. Our dog is an old boy and can be a little defensive at times, and pretty slow-moving, but Sam was super patient with him. Sam walked him for a full 30 minutes and from what I can tell, he just let our dog take it slow, sniffing (and peeing on) all the things along the way, which is his absolute favorite thing to do. I’d recommend Sam for sure, and will ask him back if we ever need help with our pets again!”

About: I have had dogs growing up all of my life! I have a special place in my heart for dogs and I have volunteered with animal shelters and taken care of neighbors and families dogs. I am a Pilates Instructor and never work more than a 4 hour block so I have plenty of time in my schedule to help with pet care. About: I have several years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, including puppies and older pets. I’m really patient and make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable, whether they’re staying with me or I’m visiting them. I treat every pet like they’re my own, and I think that personal care really makes a difference. I’m a student at CU Boulder, and taking care of pets fits really well into my routine. I’m fully available on weekends and love spending time with dogs whenever I get the chance. Unfortunately, having my own dog doesn’t quite fit into my life yet, so I really enjoy caring for dogs through Rover. I live in a large two-story home with plenty of space for pets to play and relax. Although I don’t have a big yard, I love to go on regular walks and play outside as much as possible. About: You know when you’re out in public and your dog unexpectedly rushes straight over to say hi to a random (specific) person then needs to be physically pulled away even after they got the attention they wanted? For some reason, I’ve always been that random but specific person. Sometimes it feels like dogs suddenly materialize in front of me or like their “hello” is really more of a “it’s about time you got here!” Dogs (and cats, for that matter) also tend to insist on cuddling up next to me instead of their usual pick when I visit their homes (and I’m certainly not complaining). I currently only have cats, but I grew up with three dogs (a chocolate lab, a miniature schnauzer, and a Pomeranian) and have learned how to love both in the ways they want me to love them. What I love most about dogs is how pure they are. We all appreciate their undying loyalty, of course, but the sweet, unconditionally caring emotional presence that dogs carry themselves with is one of the things that makes life worth living. I consider non-human animals to be people too, and dogs are definitely among the best non-human animals. I would be just as excited as your dog(s) would be to make a new friend! My availability is flexible in general but particularly in terms of the time of day. I have a circadian rhythm difference that makes my sleep “schedule” change throughout each week, so if I’m given sufficient notice (48 hours), I’m easily able to modify my waking hours if your pet has time-sensitive needs. As mentioned in my bios, animals seem to naturally see me as a Disney princess. However, even though I’m very confident that I’ll get along with your pet(s) without any issues, their friendship is theirs to give, not mine to demand. Their needs are my top priority (and would be even if I weren’t petsitting); I recognize that some animals need lots of time and space to truly feel safe, and giving them that time and space is the only way to create a mutually comforting environment. Even if your dog/cat actually is insatiably social and unfailingly affectionate, I want to be sure that I get an idea of any individual boundaries or strong preferences beforehand so that I’m able to treat them with the same respect and care that I would a human person. As far as dogs and cats that want lots of love and affection, I am happy to give and share it! My cats sleep with me most nights and I often have one on my lap or next to my leg throughout a given day. Either way, I’ll follow your pet’s lead.

About: Since I was about 9-10 I’ve cared for friend’s, family, and neighborhood dogs so I have had experience with taking care of dogs outside my own home. I’ve always been exposed to dogs my whole life coming from a dog loving family. I currently have 2 dogs which I care for, feed, walk, and love 24/7!! I am currently in school at CU Boulder. I have breaks throughout my schedule so your animals will not be home at any given time for too long. Since I live a 10 min walk from campus I can easily check in even during school days!! I have 1 cat at home who has never encountered dogs so any in my home services are preferred to be other cats who are friendly. I’m totally open for in client home care with cats and dogs of all ranges!!! I will easily follow your care instructions and give frequent updates :)

I'm currently working a part time job around 8-16 hours a week and I am a full time student but my actual class time is about 2 hours on Tuesdays and thurdays. When caring for pets in a client's home, I make sure to follow their normal routine as closely as possible so their pets feel comfortable and stress free. I provide fresh food and water, take dogs on walks, give them plenty of lovin and playtime, and make sure they get any specific care requested by the owner. I also enjoy keeping the home clean and tidy, sending updates when requested. But my priority will always be the pet's safety, comfort, and well-being while their human is away.

About: Ive taken care of pets on and off for the past several years! I love being around animals and creating a home away from home for them:) I have had families rely on me to feed, bath, walk, and play with them. I personally have two dogs that I have grown up around, one is 14 and the other is 4. So I have experience handling and caring for both sides of ages both young and old. (they currently do not live with me, but with my parents). I am currently a college student, and my weeks are very open for me to be home and do work from home/create my own schedule . I am available all day, and I have time to take the dogs on walks and am home at nights. I have a townhouse in Boulder, CO. Around me I have walkable neighborhoods, and a small backyard for the dog to go potty or play! My house is very pet friendly and I have two lovely roommates who love it when we have a pet friend over to give love too!
