About: I’ve had pets my entire life, including cats, dogs, and for the past two years I’ve lived on a farm where I have gained experience caring for many different types of animals. We also double as a kitten rescue, taking in lost and abandoned kittens from newborns through teenagers. We bottle-feed, raise, and care for them until they are healthy, grown, and ready to be adopted into loving homes. I am extremely passionate about healthy and safe animal care and ensure that in my work. I am a college student and recently moved away from home and my farm, and the first priority on my list was getting back into work with animals. Being at CU I am occupied in the mornings and late afternoon. Anywhere between 11am-1pm I am free in between classes, and anytime after 4/5pm at night. I care for pets with patience, attention, and lots of love while making sure they feel safe and comfortable in their environment. Having cared for cats, dogs, reptiles, and a variety of farm animals, I understand that every animal has different needs and personalities. I’m comfortable following feeding schedules, providing fresh water, cleaning up after pets, giving them exercise and playtime, and keeping a close eye on their behavior and well-being. Through helping my mom run our farm and caring for rescued kittens, including newborns, I’ve also learned how important it is to be gentle, responsible, and attentive to each animal’s individual needs.

About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! I've spent over a decade caring for pets and volunteering at animal shelters, and I love getting to know each animal's unique personality and figuring out what makes them feel comfortable and happy. Over the years, I've cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and more, including senior pets and pets with medical or behavioral needs. At the shelter, I've taught classes on handling small animals, trained new volunteers, and worked as a camp counselor teaching kids how to safely interact with animals. I've also received extensive training in animal body language, behavior, and safe handling. I grew up with dogs and a rabbit and now have two cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets while you're away. My apartment won't let me have any more pets, so I'd love the chance to give yours some extra love and attention! Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just having someone nearby, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I'm a graduate student, so my schedule looks different each day, but is more flexible than the typical 9-to-5! I build pet care into my weekly routine and have availability throughout the day. I'm happy to work with you to find times that fit your schedule and your pet's needs! Whether you need drop-in visits or overnight petsitting, I'm happy to provide the type of care that works best for your pet. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine, respect your home, and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and care they need. I prioritize safety, communication, and getting to know each pet’s individual needs.

About: I absolutely love dogs. All dogs, period. I have a deep understanding of each dog's unique needs, quirks, and preferences, and I make sure to give a tailored experience that goes beyond routine tasks. I strive to create a home away from home for your dogs and make sure they are comfortable as well as you. I currently work in the early afternoons with two days off during the week with full availability. I am an early bird and can be there for your dog as early as 6:30am until about 12:00pm. Safe Space: Designate a specific area or room for the pet, providing them with a sense of security. Exercise and Playtime: Engage in regular play sessions and take your pet for walks or provide a secure outdoor space for them to explore. Social Interaction: Spend quality time with your pet to prevent loneliness and anxiety. Provide toys and enrichment activities to keep them mentally stimulated. Emergency Plan: Be prepared for emergencies by having a first aid kit and knowing the location of the nearest veterinary clinic.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 13, primarily caring for cats and dogs. My experience includes dog walking, feeding, playtime, administering basic routines, and cleaning litter boxes. I’ve especially worked with older cats and dogs, so I understand the extra patience, attentiveness, and gentle care they often need. I also have two cats of my own back home, giving me firsthand experience in daily responsibilities and expectations of being a pet owner. Because of this, I’m very mindful about my care towards your pet! I’m currently a second-year, first-generation student at CU Boulder, balancing school and a Work-Study position. I’m generally available Thursday through Monday after 1 PM and can be flexible with advance notice. When I house sit I treat every home with respect, focusing on your pet while you’re away. I understand leaving your home and furry friend to a stranger can be worrisome so I do my best to comfort your pet and keep your space the way you like it.

Current graduate student looking to destress and feel the love from your pet best friend! Safety is always my number one priority, but having fun is a close second. Where else to enjoy dogs and nature than in the beautiful Boulder Colorado? I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats (2 loving cats back home) for as long as I can remember. Being patient, I also enjoy reinforcing commands and tricks! I can’t wait to meet your fur baby! :) I go to school part-time and Mondays and Fridays I have completely off! About: Hi Rover subscribers, I have lots of experience with dogs and have my own 60lb dog that I've trained and love to take care of. I've taken lots of dog and puppy training classes when my dog was younger and learned a lot about dog body language, proper leash techniques, and many other skills that make engaging with and walking dogs successful. While you leave your precious pet in my care I can guarantee they are going to get lots of love and attention. Pets deserve lots of love and I understand when work is busy they may not get all the attention they need and I would be happy to provide that extra care.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and other pets since I was 10. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and check in on their pets. I’m dependable, patient, and genuinely love spending time with animals. I make sure every pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. I am currently a full time student without a flexible schedule. About: I’ve been in love with dogs since I can remember, and my favorite type of work/volunteering has always involved them. When I was 15 I started dog sitting for my family friend, I watched and walked little Johnny twice a week for almost 2 years while his mom was out doing errands. After that, I started volunteering at the LoveJoy Foundation, an animal rescue in California. I walked dogs, cleaned crates, and even helped with vaccinations once a week at adoption events! My time at LoveJoy was one of the most rewarding experiences ever, and it taught me how to work with different types of dogs and different behaviors, including neurodivergent and disabled pups. I have a family dog of my own, sweet Montana, who will always be my best friend no matter how far apart we are. Montana is a bit older now, so we mostly enjoy hanging out on the couch together, but in his prior years I loved taking him on hikes, to the dog beach, and really anywhere that I went. I also have a crested gecko named Axel! I’m currently a junior at CU Boulder, so I do have school during the week but only for about 2-3 hours each day, most of the time I’m home to care for a pup! I absolutely love being outside here in Boulder, it’s too beautiful not to be, so walks and adventures are plentiful! I have a large house for your pup to roam around, but if it’s preferred that he stays in a crate during the day I can accommodate that too! My yard isn’t fenced, but we would have a lot of outside time at the park and on walks exploring all corners of Boulder. I do have experience dog sitting in client’s homes, I know that some dogs are probably more comfortable staying in their own home!

About: I have two big labs of my own and love caring for dogs! I’m open to any type of dog (big, small, loud, quiet, shy…) I am a student at CU, so I work around classes for pet care. Please send me a request and I will do my best to be there! I offer walking, drop in visits, and pet sitting. I can either have your dogs at my house when you need them out of yours (preferred), or am happy to come over to sit them. I do walks as well, from 30 minutes to an hour. I can walk them locally or take them to trials- whatever you prefer! Your dogs will always have water and be ready to rest up after our walks!

About: I love dogs (and cats!) of all personalities and especially love being active with them, such as going on hikes or jogs, playing fetch, or simply hanging out at the park. I love getting to know each animal's unique personality and learning what makes them them! I am available outside of the following hours: 2-4:30pm Monday-Friday, 5:30-7pm Mondays and Thursdays, and 4-6pm on Wednesdays. Other than these times, I am free to be booked! I have a large, fenced in yard with no other pets, which is great if your pet has trouble around other animals. I also live very close to North Boulder park! And when I am caring for your animal at your home, I am mindful of private spaces and boundaries, and I always make sure to entirely clean up after myself.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and frequently take care of pets in my hometown, I recently moved to Boulder for school and have plenty of time and energy to care for pets here :) I’m a student at CU boulder but I have a very light schedule this year so I’m only in class for about 3 hours a day, I will happily spend the rest of my day with an animal :) I have no other pets and i am right Nextdoor to a fenced in dog run, my apartment complex is very pet friendly and everyone that I’ve met here is very respectful of other dogs.
