About: For my whole life I’ve been caring for dogs! I have experience with a broad range of dog breeds including Dobermans, Boxers, Labs, Pit bulls, and other mixed breeds. I’ve provided pet sitting services for friends and family for several years now, including extended periods with overnight stays and multiple daily check ins. Additional to caring for my own pets, I also volunteer at my local German Shepherd Rescue where I help socialize and train dogs before they’re adopted into homes. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, senior pets, anxious dogs, large breeds, and pets with special medical needs. My goal is to always make your pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable while owners are away. I’m a student in college spending my summer in Boulder and working part-time. This gives me flexible timing for pet care. I’m available for boarding, overnight stays, and daytime care, all through the week and weekends. Since I have flexibility in my schedule, I can provide lots of attention, exercise, and playtime throughout my time with your pet. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities! I live in a house with a fenced yard and no resident pets, allowing for me to provide a calm environment for your pet to enjoy. I work to maintain each pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and more. And I know it’s important to stay connected while you’re away so I make sure to send photos and updates whenever possible.
“This was my second time using Tigran. I felt like the pups were very well taken care of and loved. He sent me videos every day. Great communicator and flexible with drop off and pick up times. Highly recommend.”

Currently applying for jobs so I will be staying at home. Therefore I will have a lot of time to take care of your pets! My house has a fenced in yard that will be quick access for your pet to go outside. I can regularly walk your dog and follow any schedule as my own schedule is very flexible.
“We can’t say enough a great things and Karla and her family. Blu loved his time with them. Their response time and the pictures they sent always kept our mind at ease about how he was doing. 100% recommend.”

Can’t wait to meet your pup and give them lots of love. 💛 My job is local and hybrid so my schedule is extremely flexible which gives me and your pup plenty of time to play and go for lots of long walks. About: Hi! I’m Simone, and I’ve been caring for pets for over 16 years, from high-energy puppies to senior dogs with special needs. I treat every animal like family—whether it’s cuddling on the couch, going for long walks, or managing medications and mealtime routines. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life—I genuinely enjoy being around animals and make caring for them a priority in my schedule. Whether it’s morning walks, afternoon check-ins, or evening playtime, I organize my day around the needs of the pets I’m caring for. I work from home / have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve throughout the day. I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and routine completely. I follow all instructions closely—from feeding and medication to walk times and favorite toys. I make sure pets are comfortable, calm, and well cared for, and I do my best to keep their routine consistent to reduce stress. I also keep the home clean, secure, and tidy, and I send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I’ve been involved with animals since I was a kid and have a few different dogs since I was born. I also have a cat! I am able to care for senior dogs and puppies as I’ve had them both living in my house, and am able to administer medication or follow any special feeding/medical schedule that your pet needs! I love caring for animals of all shape and size—I know how important and special each of your pets are. I am available to walk or let out at any time throughout the day as I am finished with school. I am happy to bring your dog to a dog park in my car or to just play with them in your backyard. I’m here to make your pet’s day better and yours easier! I can easily get a dog into a crate or car if needed and I am very good with introducing myself/caring for shy, skiddish animals.
“Sebastian had such a great time getting lots of love and attention from Sophia and her family! Sophia communicates very well, and you can tell your dog will be in good hands when you meet her and the family. Sebastian loved having a doggie buddy with Ziggy and didn’t want come home! Thanks again Sophia! 🫶🏻”

“Meghan and Hakon are amazing and loved on our pups so much! It was Kinzie’s first stay away and they made her feel so at ease and comfortable in their home. Lincoln is a pro and had a blast. We got plenty of updates and photos and knew our dogs were in great hands. Lincoln and Kinzie look forward to their next stay!”

“Emily and Hector are 10/10 pet sitters! They took incredible care of our Peachy girl. She looked so happy in the videos she shared of her playing with their sweet boy Lemon. We would absolutely love for them to pet sit for us again!”

“Rui was so great! We needed a last minute sitter as we would be staying in Boulder for the night and she was happy to help us out. I got great updates and Chuck was super happy when we picked him up. We would love to book with Rui anytime!”

“Jessica and Sophie were wonderful watching our pup! We were sent many pictures and our dog had a great time playing with Sophie. He was well cared for and is now exhausted. Highly recommend!”

“Celia and Mark were so great! They were very flexible, kind and easy to work with, and took great care of my dog Daisy (two times). I would absolutely go back to them again. My dog loved them so much that she wanted to visit their house again when we were walking in their neighborhood...unusual for this rescue dog with abandonment issues, but the best endorsement I could ever ask for! They have a wonderful shaded yard with lots of grass, and a beautiful home. Just all-around excellent.”

“Wow! Keren is a dream. She was available last minute, shevtook such good care of our girl and her dog and ours had a blast. I can't begin to express how lucky I feel to have found her!”

“We had a great experience with Alex. He is very kind and is a dog lover. He was great with communication and drop off pickup and being flexible with our times. He let us enjoy our trip but sent a few messages and took amazing photos of our dog Chip. He was thoughtful and gave us some prints and a magnet of his photography of our cutie pup Chip. We will definitely be using Alex again. Thank you!”

“The most caring, attentive, communicative and easy going sitter I've ever had. She sent photos, status updates and when Zaya wouldn't eat (because she was so nervous to be away from home), she asked about ways to entice her to eat and successfully got her to gobble up her meals. And when my plans changed last minute, she was able to accommodate us for an extra night without any issues. Very grateful to have found a dedicated sitter I can trust so much 🥰”

“This was our second time using Lia as a sitter for our girl Sunnie. During Sunnie's stay, Lia took her to the dog park and for walks everyday. She also took Sunnie to get a pup cup on the last day of her stay. She sent us lots of updates and photos of all the fun they were having. I would highly recommend booking Lia as a sitter! She is the best :)”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Boulder
Marlow took care of my dog for 8 days at her home, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. One of the things I appreciated most was the daily updates. She sent photos and messages every single day, which meant so much to me because I missed my dog and loved knowing how he was doing. She kept me informed about his activities and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. My dog absolutely loved her large, beautiful backyard. We visited before his stay, and he was already having the best time exploring it. She also took him to the creek, which he loved! It was clear that she spent a lot of quality time with him, giving him plenty of exercise, attention, and cuddles. Her roommate was also incredibly kind and clearly cared about my dog, which made me feel even more comfortable leaving him in their care. She has a lot of experience handling large dogs with leash reactivity. My dog is a 98-pound Pitbull/Lab mix, and she knew exactly how to work with him and manage his needs confidently and safely. Her experience really showed throughout his stay. I am so grateful for the care, communication, and love she gave my dog. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and caring dog sitter!

Tigran did an incredible job watching our dogs for two days! His communication was excellent throughout the entire stay, keeping us perfectly updated and at ease. He has a great natural instinct with dogs, and it showed. Our pups came home incredibly relaxed and calm. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Tigran to anyone looking for a fantastic, trustworthy pet sitter.

Maddy is an excellent dog sitter. She provided detailed updates with thoughtful photos every day, and was very responsive in her communication. You can tell that she truly cares about animals and their wellbeing. Our dog had a great time staying with her, and we were so relieved that our dog was in safe hands. We highly recommend Maddy for pet care!

Margaret was phenomenal with our 7 month old puppy Pickles! This was our first time having Pickles stay with someone else while we were away and we are so grateful for Margaret taking such good care of her and being so flexible when our flight got delayed coming home. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Sean and Kim are wonderfully warm towards dogs, and we felt very comfortable leaving our precious dog with them. It is the best “home away from home” we could hope for. Cora was well exercised and quite content with her stay, and “forgave us” the sin of leaving her behind when we traveled much easier than usual. Will book again, big thanks to both of you!

Kaitlyn was an amazing help! She went above and beyond to ask questions and scheduled a little meet and greet with Margo ahead of her stay. She also was very communicative and responsive with updates and jumped quickly to scoop up additional needed items (forgotten by us in our hurry to leave for a trip!) Very thankful for her care and assistance.

These two were the BEST! It was my first time leaving my puppy alone overnight and she is a hyper golden! They took such good care of her, she seemed to be seriously having the best time there based on all the wonderful photos and check-ins I got! When I picked her up she slept the whole day! (Takes a lot for this to happen). Will definitely be my first spot when I need to board again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
