Your pet’s family away from home!
I have raised and cared for dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, iguanas and fish-My own and for others. Neighbors, family, and friends trust me with their little four legged, winged, scaled or finned loved ones. I work from home with a flexible schedule so am easily able to meet your pet’s individual needs. Happy to board pets weekdays and/or weekends, holidays included. There are no live-in pets although we are animal lovers! I can work my schedule to meet your dog’s or cat’s needs. We have a fenced in backyard and plenty of space indoors to roam, yet still feels cozy and comfortable. We are offering a boarding service through our home. Your pet can be kept in an enclosed room or given free roam depending on your pets comfortability and needs.

Della gave our dog the most wonderful care! Our senior dog was nervous when he saw us packing for a two-week trip. Della worked magic with him. He had a great time with the other dogs and seemed comfortable in the home with Della and her daughter. We look forward to having our dog stay with Della again!
Our senior dog seemed to enjoy his first overnight visit! Della spent extra energy making sure he felt comfortable in her house and with the other dogs. She sent several updates and many photos. She is very friendly, organized, and detail oriented. River will be returning for a longer stay next month.
We had a great experience with Della. She handled our dog with patience, love, and calm confidence. It was clear she was experienced and genuinely cared about making him comfortable while also keeping routine. Communication was easy and reliable, and we came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog. We really appreciated her flexibility and positive attitude. Would highly recommend!!!
Della was a great sitter! We could tell Blue enjoyed his time, it’s always good when he needs a few days of sleeping to recover from such a fun week!
Della is a true dog whisperer and went above and beyond to ensure that our pup was happy and comfortable. She made communication very easy, and we recommend her 100%!
Della was fantastic with my dog. She made sure he was comfortable with the other people and pets in the house and walked me through what his stay would look like. She sent plenty of pictures and updates through his stay.

A typical day
We live in a pet friendly neighborhood so it’s easy to take dogs on walks, safe spaces to run, and leashed social interactions in the front yard and on Pearl St. We enjoy walking along the Boulder Creek Trail and frequent local parks.
