Phenomenal experience with Kimber and her family!! I have a very anxious dog who doesn’t typically handle new environments well, but he appeared very comfortable and happy in their home during our meet and great. He even got along well with their young child, who was very respectful and knowledgeable about boundaries with new dogs. Kimber sent me updates and photos everyday which I greatly appreciated. I felt really good about leaving Zeke in their hands for the week, knowing he was being so well taken care of!
Jill was amazing! This was my first time boarding a pup with Rover and she made me feel so comfortable and confident leaving for a vacation out of the country. Amelia was so great. Just 2 days before our trip, my doggo had to go to the ER which resulted in a bland diet for the first few days of his stay that i had to prep. I was so worried it would cause Amelia stress, but she had no issue whatsoever taking that on! She even was so great to go above and beyond and provide some extra support getting my dog to his next sitter after her care. She is very thoughtful and I knew my guy was in good hands! Im excited to have another sitter I can go to!
Jonathan was such a blessing to find on Rover! Not only is his rate incredibly fair, you can tell he cared for my dog the same way he would care for his own. Lauren and Matt took great care of Tidus for a week. She gave daily updates so I could see the fun and care she provided which made me feel at ease while I was away. I could see the smile on his face in the pictures, he looked comfortable and safe. They were very flexible when my flight got delayed and I needed him to stay an extra night. Would def let them sit for Tidus again. I picked him up this morning he’s passed out snoring now, wore out from his little vacation.
