Hi! My name is Emily. I've been around dogs my whole life and grew up with a 140 lb German shepherd/husky named Waldo. Since then I have taken care of animals of friends, family and roommates. I have been an active sitter on Rover since 2020 and have experience with a variety of dogs with a variety of needs! I live in a house with my partner and only take dogs (or cats) from one family at a time. We love to go on long walks and hiking if your pup is capable! I have a fenced in patio so hanging out and sitting in the sun is also encouraged! I accept drop off and pick up times 7:00am-9:00pm

Emily was outstanding. Our pup got TPLO surgery for an ACL tear not too long ago and Emily was very acommodating with Korras restrictions and making sure she got her medicine! We got tons and tons of pictures of Korra while she was staying with Emily. I could tell that Emily really loved Korra. I will definitely be booking with Emily again!
Emily was absolutely wonderful with my dogs during their 7 day stay. From the moment we met her, it was clear how caring and attentive she is. She kept me updated throughout the week with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. The best part was seeing how comfortable and happy my dogs were with her, they were truly treated like family. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would gladly trust Emily with my dogs again. Highly recommend!
Chico absolutely loved staying with Emily. She was very communicative and kind. She did a great job with my boy.
I’m always nervous to leave our little one with someone new because she’s not the simplest to take care of (medications, injury considerations, etc) but Emily made me feel at ease and then took such great care of Nubble. Also, great communication! Would definitely recommend Emily and absolutely would book with her again.
Emily was phenomenal with my pup! My dog can get a little nervous and shy when she is left alone with people she doesn’t know, but she just adored Emily and had a great time during her visit. Emily sent us photos and videos of her doing zoomies and playing. I highly recommend her! Thank you for taking such great care of my puppy!

Schedule
I work part-time as a barista and go to school online! Since I only work part-time, I have plenty of time to walk, run, and play with your pets!

Safety, trust & environment
I live with my partner in a house with a fenced in patio. We don't have any pets of our own. He helps me take care of the dogs when I'm at work and vice versa. Unfortunately, our yard isn't fenced in yet so I like to go on long walks every day with the dogs I care for and hike on the days when I have more free time in my day. If the dogs I'm watching are not very energetic, I like to chill and snuggle with them instead.
A typical day
I like to take dogs on walks and hikes! Lately, my favorite hiking spots have been North Table Mountain, and Green Mountain. If the dogs I'm watching are friendly with other pups, I like to take them to the dog park for some social time.
