She ended up sitting with another puppy part of his stay and she sent pictures of them playing together. Drop off and pick up were smooth. “Kelli and Larkin went above and beyond with watching our Millie while we were on vacation out of the country. They watched her for five days and provided us so many pictures and videos of updates including walks, snuggles and zoomies. During Millie’s stay, she was having some stomach issues, and they were so communicative with what was going on and even went and got Millie some chicken and rice, and were willing to take her to the vet. They have without a doubt been the best and most proactively communicative/engaging rovers we have had (even wrote a card “from” Millie when we picked her up detailing her stay 😭 ☺️). They were incredibly responsive, easygoing, and made both me and Freyja feel comfortable right away. I really appreciated the consistent updates. Hilary was great with our dog! She was very accommodating for a meet and greet. She was flexible with our plans as they changed and was very understanding with our traveling and outside of service zones. She helped our pup get around on slick floors and was very caring and accommodating to his needs. He came home happy and tried so we know he had a good time. We will rebook again!
Our dog had a wonderful long weekend with Zory and Kent. They kept us very updated with many photos and followed all our instructions perfectly.
