I work full time as a pet caregiver. My schedule varies day-to-day, and I do my best to accommodate everyone. I work within a time range (agreed on with every owner) for each walk/visit, rather than a set time. This allows me to spend more time when needed, and not zigzag around town.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs are always leashes before we leave the house. I don’t take clients on off-leash walks, or to dog parks. Safety is paramount. Please let me know if your pet is an escape artist, has allergies, eats everything on the ground, or anything else that will help me keep them safe. Weather conditions like high heat or a storm may mean we take a short walk and play inside.

Information Lisa M. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know your pet's preferences. Do they like to play with squeaky toys or balls? Do they need to sniff every tree? How are they with other dogs and cats?
A typical day
I follow the lead of each individual dog and cat (within reason). I let dogs sniff, while also trying to keep them moving. Some dogs like to take a particular route, or spend a few minutes playing at the end of our walk. Some need extra snuggles and a short walk. When it is a good fit and okay with owners, I sometimes bring along my dog on a walk. He loves to make new friends and many of my dog clients get excited to see him! He has helped shy dogs be a little more brave, and skittish dogs warm up to a new human.

Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Lisa and I was born a dog person. My family always had dogs and I have cared for my own pups for over a decade. I have five years of professional pet care experience working with all kinds of dogs and cats. I will care for your dog as my own and give you all the information I would want as an owner (and a picture, always a picture). During my visit or walk I will take my cues from you and your pet. I can provide playtime or snuggle time. We can walk up hills, take an easy stroll, or something in between. I have seven years of experience with cats and would love to check in on your kitty too! Your furry family member will have my full attention! Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
Reviews
Lisa did a wonderful job with our 2 Chihuahuas! She kept us updated with pics and texts. She has an adorable dog that got along with ours. We will definitely leave our pups with her next time!

We’ve worked with Lisa several times and she is great! So many thoughtful updates, easy to communicate with and I know my pets are in good hands. Thank you!

Finding someone you trust with your dogs isn’t easy - but Lisa made that decision effortless for us. We’ve been using her as our dog walker for the past two months, and she has been absolutely terrific. She takes our two Bernedoodles on long, thorough walks and clearly cares about their well-being and happiness. One thing we really appreciate is how many pictures she sends—it’s so nice to see updates and know they’re having a great time. Lisa is always kind, polite, and professional, and she’s consistently timely and responsive when it comes to scheduling and communication. We feel completely comfortable trusting her with our dogs and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog walker.
I’m a repeat customer of Lisa’s and she is always so fantastic with our dog Layla! Sadly we are moving across the country but if we weren’t we’d continue requesting Lisa every time - you won’t regret it :)
