We received lots of updates and photos, and he was in excellent condition when we returned, he’s previously had anxiety issues that resulted in other problems when we’ve left but he was fully comfortable with Natalie! She also did an excellent job with home care, we will be booking her again!
Maria and Omar were an absolute joy to work with. We recently lost our other dog so this was our first time away leaving our Great Dane alone and we were very nervous to do so. They came over before to meet our giant pup and asked all of the insightful questions. Our nerves instantly disappeared. During their stay, they communicated and asked any questions that came up. When we got home, our dog seemed disappointed to see us because he was hoping it was his new friends. I would use them again and again!!
Natalie was wonderful! We needed someone last minute for during our wedding weekend after our dog got sick. She was so easy to work with on scheduling, and our sometimes nervous dog loved her! She kept our house neat and clean and we had peace of mind during a busy weekend!
Our first time using Luke to watch our pups and everything went well. They seemed relaxed when we arrived home and the house was in good order. Luke sent pictures while we were away and showed up at our meet and greet and orientation appointment right on time. He is friendly, respectful and diligent. Will hire him again when needed!
I highly recommend Jenny- she was a pleasure to work with and made sure Fern, my pup was well taken care of!! Fern was so comfortable with Jenny she didn't want to leave, and she came home as calm and comfortable as if she had been home the whole time I was away. It was nice to travel and not worry knowing Ferm was in great hands and Jenny checked in daily putting me at ease! If you love your pet, let them stay with Jenny and they will thank you!!
Brandon took care of our black lab during our wedding at the venue during the reception. Our dog instantly loved Brandon, and he was very thorough and detail oriented in terms of baloo's care, understanding his preferences for treats and was extremely kind to him and us. Communication was 10/10. Additionally, Brandon was very personable and all my wedding guests complimented his politeness, ease to talk to and how great he was with baloo. I am very protective with baloo and am nervous with newer people watching him, but Brandon was so great and I didnt worry at all!! I would 10000% recommend him.
Mckinzie was great! Excellent communication and felt super comfortable leaving our pups in her care. Came home to a spotless house and happy dogs! Mckinzie went above and beyond to make sure they weren't left alone too long. I know the dogs are looking forward to having Mckinzie stay again!
