I have cared for small and large dogs, as well as cats and their homes over the last five years. I have special experience with homes that have dogs of different breeds and sizes, as well as cats that live in the same home together. I also have experience with indoor and outdoor plants and flowers. I have sat for homes and pets in all four seasons, and have experience with how to care for them in many types of climates.

I've known Emily for several years and when we needed to find a dog-sitter she quickly came to mind. She is fun, flexible, and caring. We knew our dog would be in good hands. Recently Emily stopped by and our dog saw her again, and he was extremely excited....a good sign! You can trust Emily to take good care of your pet.

Schedule
I work from home two days a week, and in office 3 T-Th. I have flexibility, and am available for many different types of needs.

I care for each pet as if they were my own, and gently introduce myself to them upon meeting to build trust (and sometimes sing to them). :)
A typical day
When boarding, I live one block from Sloan's Lake and take dogs for walks around the park and lake. I start the day off with a walk (or no walk if they are more of a stay at home type of pet or a cat), feed them, and will be around for most of the day on my remote days (Monday & Friday). If the pet(s) enjoy a pet park, I will take them early evening to socialize and play fetch with them. I finish off the day with interacting with them and chilling down for the night. Pets are welcome to sleep with me in bed!
