For the most part, my cat hides when he goes to a sitter’s house. At Misty’s house my cat spent sometime hiding but quickly came out and played with his toys!”

About: My dog is my top priority, and yours will be too! I’m able to take your dog on hikes, runs, and have some fun time with my almost 2 year old husky/heeler mix. Lots of cuddles, exercise, and fun time, while ensuring proper dog to dog boundaries. I have experience caring for dogs from puppies to seniors. I work from home full time, and so am able to provide care for your pets throughout the day. I am unable to care for dogs under 1 year old. Additionally your dog must be: 1) dog friendly, with no history of aggression towards dogs 2) people friendly 3) house trained 4) sleeps through the night I have a fenced yard and one playful two year old husky/heeler mix. Care can include yard play time, leashed walks, hikes, or runs, depending on the needs of your dog! I am also able to keep up with training and obedience with your dog, whether that includes reactivity, leash walking, jumping etc. A meet and greet is required before I am able to book new dogs.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have helped care for them from when they were puppies through adulthood. Over the years, I’ve helped with daily walks, feeding, playtime, training reinforcement, and making sure they get plenty of attention and exercise. I’ve also helped care for dogs belonging to family members, which has given me experience with different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. Growing up with dogs has taught me how important patience, consistency, and understanding each dog’s unique personality is when caring for them. I’m currently a graduate student doing research, which gives me a fairly flexible schedule and allows me to accommodate walks throughout the week. I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors, so fitting dog walks into my daily routine comes naturally. Rui was hands down one of the best Rover sitters we’ve ever had. We needed a sitter for our wedding weekend in Lyons, and since our venue only allowed dogs during the ceremony, the logistics were tricky. Rui made everything completely stress-free. She dropped our dogs off right on time for the ceremony, waited patiently during the service, and safely drove them back to Boulder for the night. Sophia was a great sitter for my 1-year-old puppy Maple for 10 days! Her dog and cat are friendly and adorable and Maple liked having four-legged friends to play with. Sophia sent pictures of Maple out at parks and playing and relaxing with her furry buddies almost every day. She was flexible and understanding when our return flight was delayed and we had to pick Maple up after 11pm. Maple came home tired and happy and clean and clearly well cared for.
Dana and her family were absolutely wonderful! They were able to take Bear and Molly at the very last minute for the weekend, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They welcomed them into their home and treated them like part of the family, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. The kids were so amazing with them as well! Both dogs were happy, comfortable, and clearly very well cared for. It’s such a relief to find someone you can trust with your pets, especially on short notice. I would absolutely recommend Dana and her family and would not hesitate to have Bear and Molly stay with them again. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my babies!
Simone took such great care of my pup. And it was a super last minute request on my end. My dog is older and needs special medications and she administered everything with such care!
