“Tess is awesome! We have generally had good experiences with our Rover sitters, but Tess is above and beyond. Very organized, makes sure she understands our dogs care needs, and thinks of additional considerations like wildfire contingency planning for the dog’s safety. She watered our plants and took in our mail while we were gone. Got clear updates and photos. Really appreciate Tess!!”

About: Hi, I'm Andi! I’ve been a dog person for as long as I can remember, and for 13 years I had my own dog by my side. I raised him on my own through all kinds of homes and lifestyle changes, from apartments to houses, with big yards and with no yard at all so I know that every dog (and owner!) has their own routine, personality, and needs. Over the years, I’ve also regularly cared for friends’ and family members’ dogs, both in their homes and in mine. I genuinely love having a dog around the house, and enjoy the company, the personality, the walks, and even the little quirks that make them who they are. After losing my own dog, I’m not quite ready to make the commitment to bringing another dog into my life permanently. But I’ve realized I’d love to fill that space by welcoming other people’s dogs into my home and giving them the same kind of care and attention I’d want for my own. My goal is for your dog to feel comfortable, safe, and at home while they’re with me. I’m happy to follow your usual routines, whether that means lots of walks and playtime, a cozy spot on the couch, medication or special instructions, or simply plenty of companionship. I know leaving your dog with someone else can be stressful, so I want you to feel confident that they’re in good hands and that they’ll get plenty of love while you’re away! work from home four days a week, so I’m home with plenty of flexibility throughout the day. On the days I go into the office, I’m typically gone for about four hours or less, so I’m home more often than not. I’m an early riser and am very used to starting the day with a dog’s morning walk. I also have easy access to grass for quick potty breaks throughout the day, in addition to regular walks and playtime. Even on weekends, when I might go for a run, hike, or bike ride, I’m generally home for most of the day working on projects or relaxing. Overall, my schedule gives me plenty of time and flexibility to give dogs attention, exercise, companionship, and plenty of opportunities to get outside. I take pet safety and comfort seriously and want every dog in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I’m attentive to each dog’s personality, routine, energy level, and any special instructions from their owner. My home is clean, comfortable, and dog-friendly, with easy access to grass for potty breaks and plenty of opportunities for walks, exercise, and companionship. I’m home most of the time, so dogs aren’t typically left alone for long stretches. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, including feeding, walks, medications, and house rules. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you know your dog is happy and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I’ve had pets since I was a little kid and I love being around animals. I got my dog 7 years ago and have loved raising her! I’m currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule. So I have a lot of free time to take care of your pets! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I create a calm, loving environment by using gentle handling, close supervision, and consistent routines. I build trust by taking the time to get to know each pet’s personality, keeping you updated with messages and photos, and treating your pet like my own.

I think the compassion that I bring to the job is what sets me apart from other sitters. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I dedicate every ounce of love and effort to any task I am assigned to. I have also been exposed to cats and dogs of all ages. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and started helping care for pets when I was about 10 years old. Friends, neighbors, and family have consistently trusted me to walk, feed, and spend quality time with their pets. I’ve grown up with a wide range of dog personalities — from high-energy breeds like Border Collies to more independent dogs like Basenjis, as well as smaller companion dogs like Chihuahuas. Because of that, I’m very comfortable adjusting my approach depending on the dog’s needs, energy level, and temperament. What sets me apart is that I’m attentive and intentional. I don’t just “check in” — I pay attention to behavior, mood, and routine so your dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m patient with anxious or shy dogs and love engaging more active dogs with walks and play. I’m also reliable, communicative, and respectful of your home and your pet’s routine. I understand how important trust is when it comes to your pet, and I take that seriously. I’m currently finishing up my last semester of grad school, which gives me a flexible schedule for walks and drop-in visits. I’m available most weekdays in the afternoons and evenings, along with weekends. I’m reliable and consistent, and I’m happy to stick closely to your pet’s routine so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. focus on creating a safe, calm, and reliable experience in your home while keeping your pet’s routine consistent. I’m also communicative and will keep you updated with photos and quick check-ins so you feel confident your pet is in good hands.
About: I have hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of dogs and cats, from playful puppies to shy and reactive pets. I’ve done everything from daily drop-ins to long-term house sitting and boarding in my home, so I’m confident handling different routines, temperaments, and care needs. I focus on creating a calm, reliable environment where pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their people are away. My goal is always to keep your pet’s schedule consistent and make their time with me feel like a second home. “I’m a full-time student, but pet care fits naturally into my routine. I can provide overnight care, morning walks, and check-ins throughout the day between classes. I’m home most days after 4 pm, so pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and consistency. On weekends, I am home full-time, lots of time for playing, naps, and going out on adventures if that fits into your pet's lifestyle! In my apartment, your pet can be crated or free-roam based on their needs. I live in an apartment and there are no other animals. All outdoor time is always on-leash and closely supervised, your pet and I can play at the park across the street, with lots of grass! My goal is to create a calm, comfortable space where your pet feels secure and cared for.

About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! I've spent over a decade caring for pets and volunteering at animal shelters, and I love getting to know each animal's unique personality and figuring out what makes them feel comfortable and happy. Over the years, I've cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and more, including senior pets and pets with medical or behavioral needs. At the shelter, I've taught classes on handling small animals, trained new volunteers, and worked as a camp counselor teaching kids how to safely interact with animals. I've also received extensive training in animal body language, behavior, and safe handling. I grew up with dogs and a rabbit and now have two cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets while you're away. My apartment won't let me have any more pets, so I'd love the chance to give yours some extra love and attention! Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just having someone nearby, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I'm a graduate student, so my schedule looks different each day, but is more flexible than the typical 9-to-5! I build pet care into my weekly routine and have availability throughout the day. I'm happy to work with you to find times that fit your schedule and your pet's needs! Whether you need drop-in visits or overnight petsitting, I'm happy to provide the type of care that works best for your pet. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine, respect your home, and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and care they need. I prioritize safety, communication, and getting to know each pet’s individual needs.

Lindsay was incredibly helpful with our dog. We came from out of state for a wedding and weren’t able to meet Lindsay beforehand. She sent lots of updates during her walks with tucker and was very communicative throughout the entire planning process. Will absolutely use Lindsay again when we’re in the area and would recommend her to anyone in boulder!

Sofia took absolutely amazing care of my dog, and I couldn’t be happier with her service! She was wonderful at communicating and kept me updated throughout the entire stay. She took such great photos, which I loved receiving, and I always knew exactly how things were going. It was clear that my dog was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I would absolutely hire Sofia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!

Campbell is awesome! She took our pooch on the longest walk he's been on in a very long time. Our dog must feel very comfortable with her to go so far, and this was her first booking with us! She was dependable and did everything that we asked. We look forward to having a long relationship with her.

Sophia was great to work with. It was clear from our first visit how much she enjoys caring for animals. She was professional, responded quickly to any questions, and thorough in her communication. I felt like she genuinely had fun being with our dogs. I look forward to working with her again.
J'Ana is a wonderful dog sitter for my dog. She takes her cues from what he prefers to do. She's also very dependable and is really good at responding quickly to my requests, which not all Rover folks do. We hope to have her come for visits for a long long time.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
