About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! I've spent over a decade caring for pets and volunteering at animal shelters, and I love getting to know each animal's unique personality and figuring out what makes them feel comfortable and happy. Over the years, I've cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and more, including senior pets and pets with medical or behavioral needs. At the shelter, I've taught classes on handling small animals, trained new volunteers, and worked as a camp counselor teaching kids how to safely interact with animals. I've also received extensive training in animal body language, behavior, and safe handling. I grew up with dogs and a rabbit and now have two cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets while you're away. My apartment won't let me have any more pets, so I'd love the chance to give yours some extra love and attention! About: I have volunteered at shelters for a long time and I am both a dog and cat lover! I have a dog and cat and absolutely adore them. I have worked with cats taking care of them, and dogs walking them and cleaning up after them. I am a full time student but my schedule does leave time for me to be able to watch pets. I am pretty open for scheduling as well. I am the primary care taker of my dog, meaning I usually feed her and take her for walks along with playing with her. My cats I usually am the one to play with and snuggle.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 13, primarily caring for cats and dogs. My experience includes dog walking, feeding, playtime, administering basic routines, and cleaning litter boxes. I’ve especially worked with older cats and dogs, so I understand the extra patience, attentiveness, and gentle care they often need. About: I’ve had 1-2 dogs at a time in my house growing up and lived with a cat for a year. I’ve taken care of lots of animals from house pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, etc) to farm animals like chickens. I love all animals big and small, old and young. I’m currently a college student at CU Boulder but most of my classes are spread out and start later in the day. This will give me time to let your animals potty and time for me to hang out with them! My home is an apartment, so I don’t have much room for a large dog. If needed though a cat would be fine and a small dog as well!

About: I'm a student a CU looking to make some extra money while taking some time off. I love all animals and have had many pets growing up as well as my own dog, Stitch, and aquarium fish! I have taken care of others pets of varying species who were owned by friends, roommates and through rover. I do have a main job so sometimes my availability fluctuates but I am very open in communication with my specific availability. I have also had experience with elderly pups, post surgery and have had pre-med/animal medical training from my school training, though I will adjust for higher rates with higher care animals. About: I have had a dog since I was five years old, so dogs are a big part of my life. I love dogs very much, and growing up I was responsible for walking and feeding my dog every day. Because of this, I have a lot of experience with different breeds of dogs. During my time at the vet, I helped to keep the dogs calm during visits and walked them at night when they had to stay overnight. About: I work from home 4/5 days a week and have full availability for house sitting, multiple daily drop ins/walks. I have experience pet sitting for both dogs and cats, and I have personal experience taking care of cats, birds, fish and bunnies. I'm also a huge plant enthusiast (I currently have ~50 houseplants)! About this sitter: I work full-time as a Behavioral Health Care Manager locally in Boulder. I work from home 4/5 days a week and would have a lot of flexibility with your pet's schedule. I also am available for house sitting for extended periods of time since I can work from wherever. When I am not working, I love spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, watching movies, hiking, reading, gardening, taking care of my plants, hanging out with Bella, and cooking. I love dogs, but have never owned one of my own due to it not being feasible in past living situations. I have dog/cat sat for many of my friends in both my home and theirs. I do not have any breed preferences, but do not feel comfortable with very large dogs. I would like to know if your pet is up to date on vaccinations, flea and tick preventative, and heartworm preventative. I would like to know if your pet has any medical issues that I would need to attend to, medications that they take, or if they have any special routines/behaviors that I should look out for. I would be able to spend time with your pet before work in the morning, throughout the day and during the evenings. I am usually home most weekends as well. Meet my pets I have one cat, a 5-year old void named Bella. She adopted me back in December from the Longmont Humane Society. It took her awhile to warm up, but she has settled in to life with me, and loves to play, "hunt" birds, nap and she fetches too! :) I work from home, so I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule. I am available to house sit for extended periods of time due to flexible work from home schedule. I would be available for multiple daily check ins if necessary (up to three/day). When caring for pets in someone else’s home, I treat their space and routines with the same respect and care I would give my own. I take time to learn each pet’s unique needs, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, medications, favorite activities, and any special instructions from their family. My aim is to create a calm, comfortable environment so pets feel safe and loved while their owners are away. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and companionship while maintaining their normal routines as much as possible. I am organized and keep a clean environment, which I would extend to your home as well. I am happy to send regular updates/photos and keep the communication open with owners during their time away so that they are confident that their pet is being well taken care of.

About: I currently have a dog, and have been cat and dog sitting for years! I’ve been a dog walker, a person too drop in to check on your pet, and someone who will stay with your pet to make sure they feel just as comfortable without you there!
