About: New to Rover, but long time, dog sitter and walker, I’ve had dogs since I was a kid and have experience with dogs of all ages, including having a great time with my 15 lb terrier, Bartlet! He loves other dogs so if you’re looking for boarding, he will be a great pal. I can't wait to take care of your pup! I work from home and dogs will always have affection and care with regular potty breaks and playtime. While I don't have a fenced yard, I live really close to the dog park if you'd like me to take your pup over there and otherwise regularly take walks through our neighborhood. My home is full of toys and dogs who stay over get regular walks, treats, and cuddles. If your dog wants to join me on (very slow) runs, I'd love to have their company too!
“Emma was great! She checked in my cat while I was gone and gave great updates and followed all of the instructions provided. She even set up a time to meet my cat ahead of time which was very nice of her. Definitely recommend.”

“Kim was fabulous! She impeccably tended to my kitty Luna's needs and gave her love and affection while I was away. I really appreciated the daily pictures and the notes she sent me during her visits with Luna. Highly recommend!!”

“Nina is such a sweet sweet person. Our three Lab mix dogs just love her. She allows them to give her lots of kisses when she comes for her drop in visits. We’ve hired her on several vacations off island and with no doubt we know our boys are in good hands. She always sends us photos of our boys on every visit. What we really like about her is she comes and does what we ask giving them their breakfast, clean up poop, fill water bowls, gives them a treat before leaving and especially taking them out to the front yard so they can get some exercise time. Thank you Nina for the GREAT job taking care of our boys. 🐶🐶🐶”

“Margie was so great with Rocky. She was communicative and clearly loves dogs. She is attentive to details too. She is a dog lover. Highly recommend her. Will use her again for sure. Already booked her for this coming week.”

“Kristen is very patient with my dog, who can be a bit wiggy on walks when he sees other dogs. She is very experienced, and therefore, knows how to handle him. I'm very appreciative of her style and experience.”

About: I love cats and dogs through and through! I grew up with cats and kittens, have fostered several dogs, and raised a german shepherd/husky mix from puppyhood. I care for your pets like you would - whether that's couch cuddles or long walks. I am strong and active, so a great fit if you have a larger, more active breed. I am also comfortable maintaining your pet's commands and training. I've been pet sitting consistently for the last two years in the Boulder/Denver area. I run my own business online in the women's health space so I can set up shop wherever I am. I'd love to have a furry coworker for a few days. I am happy to maintain any training, commands, or rules you have with your pet. Let me know what your pet is accustomed to, and I'll do my best to be an extension of you!
About: As a huge dog lover, I've taken care of many dogs, both my own and for friends and family, since I was in middle school! We just lost our dog of 11 years, and I would love to board and walk other pooches in the near term. We have a fenced in yard, and live close to hiking trails. Also have lunch-time availability for walks and drop-ins. I'm a tech professional and avid trailrunner/backcountry skier who works from home, so I can provide lots of attention and walks. I love near Bobolink trail and have a fenced in yard! Your pet would be the only dog in our home at a time (unless previously discussed). We have a very dog-friendly place with a fenced in yard.
“As always, Carly is fantastic! She is great with my two cats and she's thoughtful and kind in every way. She is generous with photos, care notes, and updates. I love how Carly loves my cats and gifts me with peace of mind. Thank you, Carly!”

About: I have been taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember! I had my own dog for 14 years so I understand the patience and attention pets need through each stage of their life. This reaches from a playful puppy to gentle senior care. I have also pet sat for numerous families, making sure each pet has felt safe and comfortable! I’m currently a college student with a flexible schedule. I’m available for dog walks early mornings on the days Monday, Wednesday Thursday, and Friday and anytime after 5pm each day! On weekends, I am open after 4pm as I work in the mornings. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making them part of my routine! As a dog walker, I make sure each walk is safe, active, and tends to the pets needs! This ranges from a slower pace for older dogs or a more active and playful walk for younger and energetic dogs! I’m careful about following any instructions that the owner provides for me!
“Maria was the perfect sitter for my cat! She was very thorough with daily updates and I returned to a healthy and happy kitty and an apartment that felt cleaner than how I left it. I would absolutely recommend Maria to anyone looking for drop in visits or any other service.”

About: I have extensive experience taking care of animals of all kinds. Growing up, my family had numerous pets which allowed me to learn a lot of skills related to pet care. I am capable of reading body language in dogs and cats and I possess the skills necessary to take care of animals whether it be house pets or farm animals. I am currently working a flexible schedule on a week to week basis. As long as appointments are made ahead of time, I can be there to take care of your pets when you need it. I recognize that all pets are different. Some may be very independent and require minimal care while others may need constant attention and a detailed routine. Regardless of your pets temperament or preexisting conditions, I can assure you that I am up to the task to care for them in your stead.
About: Welcome to your dogs home away from home! I have cared for numerous dogs belonging to repeat clients, family members, and friends throughout my life. I speak Spanish and have a dog I care for here in Madrid! Additionally, I care for my own dog Sadie who is three years old. Caring for pets is second nature to me and is an aspect of my life that I cherish. I tend to other's animals as if they are my own. I provide a safe, comfortable environment for dogs and ensure they stay within their comfort zone. During walks, I follow all traffic and city rules. If your dog is reactive, I have experience managing that and will keep a safe distance from others. I also enjoy taking dogs to parks, letting them choose their own path and explore.
“Tess was absolutely fantastic. She thought of important questions and must have really taken her time getting to know our kitty, she is usually so shy but the photos made it clear she was comfortable with Tess.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs my entire life and truly understand the responsibility that comes with it. I grew up with an English Bulldog, which taught me how to handle breeds that need extra care and structure. I’ve also spent years with two poodle mixes, giving me experience with active, affectionate dogs who love consistent routines. I take pet care seriously whether it’s following feeding instructions, keeping up with walks, or maintaining comfort while you’re away! NOTE: I don’t have any other pets in my apartment! My two family dogs live with my parents in Arizona! I am currently a student so I am available most early mornings and afternoons past 2pm! I am also available on weekends as well with a more flexible window! Your pet’s safety and comfort come first! Whether it’s a neighborhood walk or a fun hike, I keep every outing safe and enjoyable with secure leash handling and plenty of care. You can count on me for reliable communication and happy, tired pups every time. I don’t have any other pets in my apartment! My two family dogs live with my parents in Arizona!
About: I've grown up with cats my entire life and had a dog from ages 10-21, so I've had my fair share of taking care of pets! I started taking care of my friends' dogs and cats several years ago and as a current pet-deprived, graduate student, I'm always looking for any opportunity to spend some time with animals! I'm fairly flexible with taking care of your pet as I can come and care for them in between meetings during the work week or can just leave early. I can also work from home as needed. I'm typically very free on the weekends, so I'll be able to spend ample time with them, from cuddling to playing! I'll ensure that your pet's needs are catered to them - just let me know if they're more active or not, and I can make sure they have just the right amount of activity and down time. If you also provide me their feeding schedule and any other important notes, I'll follow it exactly, so it'll feel like you haven't even left!
“Mika was absolutely amazing!!! This was our first full night away from the cats in over a year and a half and one cat has stress induced urinary issues. Mika was so great with them. Sent videos and pictures and spent time playing with them! They didn’t have any stress issues at all while we were away!”

“Aviva was a great rover! She responded quickly to my request and accommodated my schedule to meet Wrigley. Both the dog and cat liked her right away when they met. Wrigley is a big dog and Aviva was able to handle him just fine.”

“Aidan is awesome! This is my first time using rover and Aidan has been great! He is very responsive and always sends adorable pictures of my pup on their walks.”

Southeast Boulder pet parents share their Rover experiences
Brian was great! Super communicative, prompt, and caring. I received photos every visit and could tell my kitty was having a great time and getting lots of play. Brian made it very easy to trust him and it was great knowing that my cat was well taken care of during my absence. :)

Emily was fantastic for watching my two cats while I was gone. She made sure that they both were fed, entertained, and had a clean box. She’s been super communicative and has been sending me updates frequently. Would highly recommend booking her to watch your cats :). I know I’ll ask again when I need someone to come in.
