I've taken care of a wide range of animals and have developed a strong understanding of animal body language. My dog-sitting experience includes home drop-ins, feeding, walking, and, of course, plenty of pets and cuddles. At home, I’m the main one taking care of my cat, and I’ve even had to administer medicine (including pills.) I get along really well with animals and have worked with everything from tiny birds to big horses. I would love to work with you and your fur-baby! ❤️

Safety, trust & environment
When I’m taking care of any animal, safety and comfort always come first. When walking dogs I always make sure to check if the environment is safe (for example: paying attention to any other animals in the area, hot pavement, or areas with broken glass or harmful plants, just to name a few.) I stay alert to the dog’s behavior and body language so I can quickly adjust if they seem stressed or overstimulated. I also love to talk about routines or specific things I can do to help you and your dog feel comfortable and secure. Building trust with both you and your dog is super important to me! For cat sitting, I am a cat owner myself so I've learned the little nuances of cat body language. I want to make sure your cat feels respected and not overstep any boundaries. However, that being said I know how to step in and stop a cat from weaseling its way into trouble.

Hanna did an amazing job from start to finish! She took the time to meet my dog ahead of time to make sure she was comfortable with her and was super patient. Best thing about Hanna is her communication! She’s was super responsive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend her to anyone and will for sure be booking again in the future!
Hanna is an incredible petsitter. Her care, photos, and thoughtful notes put my mind at ease while on a two week trip. Most importantly, she connected with my cat in a personal way from their first meeting, and I could tell Sundance felt at ease with her. I couldn’t recommend Hanna more.

Schedule
I'm currently a college student living at home, and I’ve got plenty of free time—especially with summer coming up. I’d love to use that time to help out with your busy schedule and take care of your pup.
