About: Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life, and I treat every pet like they're part of my own family. I understand that every dog has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, so I take the time to get to know each pet and provide personalized care. Whether your dog loves long walks, energetic playtime, or quiet companionship, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I'm comfortable following detailed care instructions, administering basic medications if needed, and keeping you updated with regular photos and messages so you always know how your pet is doing. As a college student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable and attentive care. I make time for timely check-ins, walks, play sessions, feeding schedules, potty breaks, and plenty of affection throughout the day. I prioritize consistency so pets can stick to their normal routine, helping them feel comfortable and reducing stress while their family is away. I also provide regular updates with photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I carefully follow each owner's instructions regarding feeding, exercise, medications, and daily routines. I pay close attention during walks, use secure leashes and harnesses, and make sure pets are always in a safe environment. In your home, I respect your space and keep everything clean and organized. I believe in building trust with both pets and their owners through reliable communication, patience, and compassionate care. My goal is to create a calm, loving environment where your pet feels secure, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
“Tess took wonderful care of our cats while we were gone for a long vacation. She sent amazing photos and went above and beyond bringing in the mail and communicating details. Thanks again!”

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life. I am familiar with all personalities, sizes, ages and happy to meet them where they are at. Let me help make them comfortable while you’re away! My work schedule is flexible and when I’m not traveling for work, I’d like to spend my time helping with your pet, whether it’s walking, dropping in and keeping them company. I have a fenced in yard and if my dog gets along well with yours, I’d be happy to watch your dog in my home.
“Donovan was wonderful!! He was super flexible with our schedule and really really nice and understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong weekend and had to change things last minute on him! Our dog has special needs and he was more than willing to accommodate for her! Thank you again! :)”

About: Hello fellow pet lovers!! My name is Natalia, I am a college student in psychology looking for some quality time taking care of whatever furry (or not furry) companion you have! I am originally from mexico so I am fluent in both English and Spanish in case you have a Hispanic fella :) I have experience babysitting with families with dogs, and grew up with a big dog of my own so I know all about what it takes to properly care for the big guys too. I can administer medication and also go take the really active fellas on runs. I’m a college student but I don’t currently have a job so the only thing on my schedule are my classes. I’m available all throughout weekends and in the evenings most weekdays, but I can also be very flexible and tweak my schedule to accommodate yours I am very aware of what happens around me so I can react quickly to anything that happens. Grew up with a big dog so I’ll be able to handle any size of dog.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe and live on their pets. I have experience with training puppies and providing senior dog care. My dedication and love for animals ensure they receive the best care possible. I’m a college student with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to fit pet care around my classes and daily routine. I’m happy to plan walks, drop-ins, feeding, and quality time around your pet’s normal schedule, and I’ll always communicate clearly about my availability. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I’ll follow any instructions you leave, keep up with their normal routine, and make sure your home is treated with respect. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and in good hands.

“J'Ana has a lot of love for dogs, and is trying lots of things to stimulate my aussie. She's been just wonderful, and I really appreciate her techniques with dogs, and how quickly she responds to requests for visits. We hope that we will have her as a long time sitter for our dog.”

“Sofia did a great job of taking care of my two cats. She followed all of my instructions and even went beyond what I asked. She kept me updated and my cats looked perfectly happy in all the pictures she sent. Highly recommend.”

“Lali is amazing and incredible at what she does. My super shy shelter cat warmed up to her right away and definitely missed her after. Lali is also extremely communicative, thorough, and reliable. We felt like our cat was in great hands and would definitely book her again!”

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 13, primarily caring for cats and dogs. My experience includes dog walking, feeding, playtime, administering basic routines, and cleaning litter boxes. I’ve especially worked with older cats and dogs, so I understand the extra patience, attentiveness, and gentle care they often need. I also have two cats of my own back home, giving me firsthand experience in daily responsibilities and expectations of being a pet owner. Because of this, I’m very mindful about my care towards your pet! I’m currently a second-year, first-generation student at CU Boulder, balancing school and a Work-Study position. I’m generally available Thursday through Monday after 1 PM and can be flexible with advance notice. When I house sit I treat every home with respect, focusing on your pet while you’re away. I understand leaving your home and furry friend to a stranger can be worrisome so I do my best to comfort your pet and keep your space the way you like it.

“Crystal took care of our dog and we are pleased that all went smoothly. Even though we had family members coming and going during Crystal’s appt times everyone knew Crystal was taking care of Tess and to let that be. TY Crystal for working with our crazy schedules!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have helped care for them from when they were puppies through adulthood. Over the years, I’ve helped with daily walks, feeding, playtime, training reinforcement, and making sure they get plenty of attention and exercise. I’ve also helped care for dogs belonging to family members, which has given me experience with different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. Growing up with dogs has taught me how important patience, consistency, and understanding each dog’s unique personality is when caring for them. I’m currently a graduate student doing research, which gives me a fairly flexible schedule and allows me to accommodate walks throughout the week. I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors, so fitting dog walks into my daily routine comes naturally. Whether your dog needs a quick walk, regular exercise, or some extra attention during the day, I’ll work to provide reliable and consistent care. When caring for pets, my priority is always making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I understand every dog has different personalities, energy levels, and routines, so I try to adapt to what works best for them. Whether in your home or out on walks, I focus on keeping pets safe, giving them plenty of attention, and following any instructions or routines you provide to ensure consistency and trust.
About: I pet-sit frequently for family and neighbors and it brings be joy that they entrust me with there pets. I grew up with two large dogs, a family cat, and eventually a cat to care for on my own. I learned to care for elderly dogs when mine grew old as well as knowing the discipline of a cat for myself. I am a college student. Over the summer I have a morning class from 9-10am Monday through Friday, but besides that my days are open. I hace a fenced in back yard from my previous dogs as well as a friendly neighbor dog who likes to run alongside the fence (on the other side) when there is a dog in our yard. I live in a one story home which gave easier access to elderly pets.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Colorado University
Tess was wonderful with our kitties! One of our cats can be skittish but she warmed right up to Tess and both were happy and relaxed. Tess played with them a lot and petted them and really engaged them. Tess sent fantastic photos and kept us updated throughout our trip. She is very responsive and organized and conscientious.

Juliana was a great sitter! I'll definitely have her watch my two cats again. My cats have very different personalities but both of them loved her after a week of drop ins. One of them even laid on her chest when she has only ever laid on my chest. I came home from my trip to two happy cats.
