My background: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have hands on experience with a wide range of animals and temperaments. I grew up volunteering at a rehabilitation horse farm where I helped care for horses, taught riding lessons, and managed a barn full of different animals. I’ve also worked with a wildlife rehabilitation center in Arizona and volunteered with Pet Helpers in South Carolina. I’m experienced with: - Large breeds (I've had: Great Pyrenees mixes, Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs, Old English Sheepdogs, Leonbergers) - Small breeds and companion dogs - Cats, including shy or independent personalities (my male kitty is a cranky old man, lol) - A variety of animals including birds, reptiles, and small mammals I genuinely enjoy being active and outdoors, so walks, playtime, and keeping pets engaged is something I love.
