About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 10! My friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to take care of their pets while they were out of town. I also have a dog myself! I am currently a student with only two classes a day, so I have plenty of time to hang out with and walk your pets. I live in an apartment that has grass and open areas right outside my door. About: I have spent a decade taking care of dogs, helping raise dogs and providing not only a pet - human relationship but an inseparable bond. Many clients of mine have hired me to train their dogs since 2015. My "bible" when raising and taking care of a dog is The Art of Raising A Puppy. I practice non violence and calm tones while caring for all dogs while positively re-enforcing good behavior. Understanding your dogs needs is first and foremost what I will pay attention to. I spend most of my time outside and on trails with my Husky who is friendly, gentle and gets with all dogs. Your dog will have a fun, playful and outgoing stay with me. We will take long walks, go to the dog park, go for a run along the river or in Forest Park. The trails to Marquam and Council Crest are two blocks from my home and take my dog (and other dogs) there frequently. I cater to all needs of all dogs and am very responsive if you have any questions or concerns during your pup's stay. I have a yard and back deck with plenty of space and opportunity to play. I currently work remotely and have plenty of time to look after your pup, as well as take them on adventures on the local trails if the dog is up for it! sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
