“Lindsay was incredibly helpful with our dog. We came from out of state for a wedding and weren’t able to meet Lindsay beforehand. She sent lots of updates during her walks with tucker and was very communicative throughout the entire planning process. Will absolutely use Lindsay again when we’re in the area and would recommend her to anyone in boulder!”

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have six years of professional experience caring for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. Whether I’m helping a friend, family member, or client, I treat every pet with the same love and care I would give my own. I am certified in Dog and Cat First Aid through the American Red Cross. Pets in my care get plenty of attention and exercise throughout the day! I want your pet to feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed, so I’m always happy to follow their usual schedule to make their stay feel as close to home as possible. Your pet's safety and happiness always come first. I live right next to North Boulder Park, so there's plenty of space to play and explore! I also live right by some great trails if your dog enjoys hiking. While I adore hosting social dogs, my home is also a great environment for dogs who prefer to be the only pet in the home, since I accept only one client at a time. I'm happy to accommodate multiple dogs from the same household, though!
About: I’ve had pets since I was a little kid and I love being around animals. I got my dog 7 years ago and have loved raising her! I’m currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule. So I have a lot of free time to take care of your pets! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I create a calm, loving environment by using gentle handling, close supervision, and consistent routines. I build trust by taking the time to get to know each pet’s personality, keeping you updated with messages and photos, and treating your pet like my own.
About: I've taken care of animals since I was in highschool, starting with my parents' dogs when they were on a trip, as well as family friends' pets in the neighborhood. I think the compassion that I bring to the job is what sets me apart from other sitters. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I dedicate every ounce of love and effort to any task I am assigned to. I have also been exposed to cats and dogs of all ages. I am flexible when it comes to scheduling and will specialize care if any adjustments are needed. I am a full-time student at CU Boulder, but my day-to-day schedule has gaps, allowing for me to take care of your pet. I have availability in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Weekends have a ton of room for flexibility. I am more than happy to discuss scheduling to best fit the needs of your pet! I am flexible as to how I can provide care. I am completely understanding of how crucial routines are for some pets, as well as individualized needs, so I will always respect any instructions provided. I am incredibly patient and flexible!! My apartment complex does not allow pets, but I am more than happy provide care in your home.
“Tina was amazing with Loki while we were away for the weekend. She’s obviously been around dogs with different dispositions, and was comfortable with our big, nervous pup. There was a glitch with another caretaker having Loki on a walk when Tina arrived to be with Loki. When Tina couldn’t find Loki, she contacted me immediately then talked to our neighbor to see if she knew where he might be. She did everything perfectly! I will definitely ask Tina to help again and highly recommend her to others.”

About: Growing up, I have always been surrounded by pets. I currently have five dogs and two cats at home, so I’m very comfortable with all types of animals. I’m a student at the University of Colorado Boulder with a flexible schedule between classes, which allows me to take dogs on walks, hang out with them, or spend time with them based on your preferences. Neighbors often rely on me to help take care of their dogs, trusting me to provide attentive and responsible care. Please feel free to reach out if you’re interested! I’m currently a student at CU Boulder with a very flexible schedule. Since I’ve completed the majority of my requirements, I have no classes on Mondays and Wednesdays, and only 1-2 classes on the other weekdays. I’m also free on weekends, which gives me plenty of time to take care of pets. Between classes, I’m available to walk dogs, feed them, or simply spend time with them to make sure they’re comfortable and happy throughout the day. I care for pets by making sure their needs are met based on the specific service requested. At home or at the client’s place, I provide regular walks, feeding, and plenty of attention to keep them comfortable and happy. I also make sure their environment is safe and clean, and I follow any special instructions from the owner regarding medication, exercise, or behavior. My goal is to create a calm and positive experience for the pets, whether it’s a quick visit or longer care during the day.

“Jacqueline was great with our 3 crazy dogs!! She played great finding games with them for mental and physical stimulation and was very communicative and great to work with! Will absolutely book her again.”

“Lisa was absolutely wonderful with my dog and cat! She was consistent and thorough with her home visits and with sending photos each time. She gave my dog lots of exercise and both of my pets lots of love and attention. I highly recommend Lisa and I will definitely be using her again in the future!”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and currently have an 8-year-old yellow lab named Daisy. Growing up with three dogs has given me years of hands-on experience walking, feeding, playing with, and caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I’m passionate about pets’ happiness and wellbeing and love spending time outside with them, whether it’s a walk, a game of fetch, or some extra love and attention. I’m a third-year student at the University of Colorado Boulder living on University Ave. I’m free every day of the week and very flexible with my schedule, so I can easily fit in walks, drop-ins, or daytime care. While I can’t host pets in my house, I’m more than happy to walk/exercise your pet and/or give them all the care and attention they need! I treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure they feel safe and loved at all times. I follow owners’ routines closely to keep pets comfortable and happy. I’m reliable, responsible, and attentive—your pet’s wellbeing and safety will always be my top priority!

About: I’ve had 1-2 dogs at a time in my house growing up and lived with a cat for a year. I’ve taken care of lots of animals from house pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, etc) to farm animals like chickens. I love all animals big and small, old and young. I’m currently a college student at CU Boulder but most of my classes are spread out and start later in the day. This will give me time to let your animals potty and time for me to hang out with them! My home is an apartment, so I don’t have much room for a large dog. If needed though a cat would be fine and a small dog as well!
About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! I've spent over a decade caring for pets and volunteering at animal shelters, and I love getting to know each animal's unique personality and figuring out what makes them feel comfortable and happy. Over the years, I've cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and more, including senior pets and pets with medical or behavioral needs. At the shelter, I've taught classes on handling small animals, trained new volunteers, and worked as a camp counselor teaching kids how to safely interact with animals. I've also received extensive training in animal body language, behavior, and safe handling. I grew up with dogs and a rabbit and now have two cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets while you're away. My apartment won't let me have any more pets, so I'd love the chance to give yours some extra love and attention! Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just having someone nearby, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I'm a graduate student, so my schedule looks different each day, but is more flexible than the typical 9-to-5! I build pet care into my weekly routine and have availability throughout the day. I'm happy to work with you to find times that fit your schedule and your pet's needs! Whether you need drop-in visits or overnight petsitting, I'm happy to provide the type of care that works best for your pet. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine, respect your home, and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and care they need. I prioritize safety, communication, and getting to know each pet’s individual needs.

About: I have had both dogs and cats growing up. I love animals, am responsible, and understand the importance of getting your pets the care they need. I have done pet/animal care for my family as well as friends and neighbors. I am currently a full time engineering student at CU Boulder, but have my weekday afternoons free as well as flexible time on the weekends. I am looking to make pet sitting a priority and build long term relationships with pet care seeking families. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I treat every pet like they're my own by providing a calm, clean, and secure environment with plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I always follow your care instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, and any special needs or routines. I keep pets supervised, use secure leashes and harnesses during walks, and make sure they always have fresh water and a safe space to relax. I'll also send regular photo and video updates so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away.
“Victoria is responsive and dependable whenever we need her, even in last minute situations. She is great with our dog who requires a bit more care then most and we will absolutely continue to use her!”

About: I’ve had dogs pretty much my whole life, and caring for them has always been a big part of who I am. I now have my own dog, Tory, whom I adopted at 10 and is now 13, so I have hands-on experience with senior dog care, including patience, attentiveness, and understanding their changing needs. I genuinely love bonding with dogs, caring for them, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I believe dogs are truly our best friend, and I treat every dog with the same level of care, respect, and affection as I do my own. I work in the office three days a week and may be able to bring well-trained, office-friendly dogs with me when appropriate. Depending on distance and schedule, I may also be available for lunch-time walks or check-ins for dogs who are more comfortable at home. I do my best to accommodate each dog’s routine, temperament, and care needs while keeping communication clear and reliable. I follow each dog’s routine closely and believe consistency is key to keeping them comfortable and happy. I walk my own dog, Tory, twice a day and am very attentive to details like feeding schedules, exercise, and behavior cues. In your home, I will respect your space and follow all care instructions exactly as provided. In my home, I have both a back patio and front yard space, providing a safe environment for fresh air and movement. About: I have had a dog for my whole life. Our first one died at 19 years old and the second one is 5. I am now in college and really miss having a pet at home. That is exactly why I am working as a pet sitter, and it means that I will love every pet as if it is my own. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs as my first dog was a senior most of her life and I also have experience with training/dealing with puppies since I was a puppy mother of the new dog. I am currently a student at the University of Colorado. This year I have classes scattered throughout the day, mostly between 11-4, but am always available to come home in between to take care of the pets. I love animals, especially dogs, more than anything. I am excited to bond with each new pet I meet and take care of them! I will do a great job meeting both their personal needs and the needs of the owners.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Boulder
Lindsay was incredibly helpful with our dog. We came from out of state for a wedding and weren’t able to meet Lindsay beforehand. She sent lots of updates during her walks with tucker and was very communicative throughout the entire planning process. Will absolutely use Lindsay again when we’re in the area and would recommend her to anyone in boulder!

Sofia took absolutely amazing care of my dog, and I couldn’t be happier with her service! She was wonderful at communicating and kept me updated throughout the entire stay. She took such great photos, which I loved receiving, and I always knew exactly how things were going. It was clear that my dog was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I would absolutely hire Sofia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!

Campbell is awesome! She took our pooch on the longest walk he's been on in a very long time. Our dog must feel very comfortable with her to go so far, and this was her first booking with us! She was dependable and did everything that we asked. We look forward to having a long relationship with her.

Sophia was great to work with. It was clear from our first visit how much she enjoys caring for animals. She was professional, responded quickly to any questions, and thorough in her communication. I felt like she genuinely had fun being with our dogs. I look forward to working with her again.
J'Ana is a wonderful dog sitter for my dog. She takes her cues from what he prefers to do. She's also very dependable and is really good at responding quickly to my requests, which not all Rover folks do. We hope to have her come for visits for a long long time.

Honore did a great job! Quickly developed a rapport with my stranger-averse dogs during the initial meet and greet so I could leave knowing that they were in good hands. Provided complete updates for each the pets (food and water intake, the extent of their 'business' and their activity) at every visit. Sent great photos! My older dog looked like he was having the best time in all his photos, and I think he may be been a little disappointed when we came home and weren't his new friend coming to walk him! I hope Honore is available the next time we travel.

Falecia is amazing! She takes such great care of our dog, and is always prompt and communicative. We love that we get photo updates when she comes for a walk. She also looks out for our house by bringing packages inside which we greatly appreciate. Thank you Falecia!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
