About: I trained my dog, Brady, to be off-leash and a great friend. I can help puppies with simple training while on leash or assist your older dogs with patient sniff walks. I work full time from home, but want to help neighbors who cannot always be home. I am available to assist in the afternoon before you come home from work or later in the evening if you decide to have dinner later than expected. I am respectful of your rules and will always be on time. Your pets needs are my concern. I take the time to get to know each dog’s unique personality and pace, making sure they feel safe, seen, and relaxed on every walk. With gentle handling, consistent routines, and plenty of praise, I build trust through calm energy and attentive care, just like you would.
“It was hard to be away from my cat for a week, but I felt so much better knowing Jordan was looking after her! She sent great photos the whole time and very nice updates as well! Will definitely be rebooking the next time I travel!”

“Kayli was great! She kept me updated on my kitty by sending pictures and communicating with me everytime she dropped by my RV. She was also willing to meet my cat ahead of time so that she would be less shy around her when I wasn't around. I will definitely ask for her again in the future to watch my cat! Thank you!”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, and have done a lot of overnight sitting/dog walking. I’m also super active so if pets need some extra exercise, that’s great. I’m super reliable, and a division 1 student-athlete so I have great time management. I’m home from Duke for the summer, so I’m almost completely flexible to fit in any pet care into your schedule! Happy to come by any time and go for a long walk, run, or whatever you need. I’m very comfortable with taking care of pets in the comfort of your home. I understand that different homes have different rules, and am very respectful of the different needs of each home. My main goals are to keep BOTH you and your pet happy.
“Becky took great care of my senior cat. She followed medication and food instructions carefully. My cat was happy and calm when I got home, so I know Becky provided ample play time and pets during her visits. She also took out our trash and brought the mail in which was very appreciated.”

“Jessica is awesome, she is my go-to person for all my pet related needs, I am a repeat customer. She watched my 3-month old golden and took great care of him for a few hours. She gave him plenty of exercise and snuggles. She’s great with my pups and very responsive & dependable. Her communication is fantastic. I highly recommend her!”

“Alyson is the best!! My cat is afraid of everything and she is so kind and gentle, always gives him the love and reassurance that he needs. I’m a repeat customer and will book her in the future without hesitation. 100% recommend her!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats all my life with my family, and happily care for them still. I’ve even volunteered at the Boulder Humane Society to provide extra care to those who need it most in my community. I’m a recent graduate on summer break with another job where my availability varies. I start up school in the fall and will have weekends and some time after classes to care for your pets! I’ve always had dogs on the bigger side and am not scared to crate a dog if needed. I am capable of handling all sizes of dogs and cats and always aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment for them!
“Heather helped with my senior dog, making sure he was medicated while I was away. She was great about making visits on time and updating me on the status of the dogs. Excellent work.”

“Delane took great care of Chewy! We sent through a super last minute request for Christmas week and she was very gracious and communicative throughout the whole process 🙌”

“Juan was a pleasure to work with for my short 2 day trip. Punctual, communicative, respectful and all around a nice man. I believe my dog Max enjoyed his care. Definitely will call on him again; I highly recommend him. I am happy to have met him through Rover!”

About: We’re a family of four who loves caring for dogs. We have 2.5 acres, a fenced in yard, and give lots of TLC. Walks around the neighborhood and on trails too. My husband and I work from home and love going on walks. When the kids are home from school they dote on the animals a lot too. In the house, your dog is welcome to go where they please & feel most comfortable…which is often right by us. Feel free to bring their own dog bed or any blankets that remind them of home. We board no more than 2 dogs at once, and often it’s just one. The house is still a home. And your best buddy welcome anytime!
About: I’ve grown up with dogs constantly in my life. I’ve taken care of them from when they’re puppies all the way to when they’re a senior. So no matter how young, old, big, or small I know I can take proper care of your dog! I’m free for most of the day and night from 8am-10pm. I have no obligations throughout the summer so I’m free to pet sit whether it’s a weekday or weekend. I will make sure to follow your instructions for your pet to a tea. Whether you need your dog in a crate at a certain time or if there’s a section of your house you need blocked off from your pet I’ll be sure to oblige. I will also guarantee a completely pet safe environment with no hazards for your pup!
“My wife and I needed to book an extra day outside our original scheduled times and Jennifer did not hesitate at all to help us out with an additional day. She is extremely friendly and will definitely be reaching back out to her in the future. Thank You, Jennifer!!”

About: For most of my life, I have been a dog mom, and I understand how crucial it is to know that your dogs are well cared for while you're gone. I'm here to assist you. After retiring from my corporate job, I've decided to follow my passion for animals. I have spent over a decade caring for the dogs of friends and neighbors. I am certified in animal massage and have been a volunteer at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley since 2016. I can't wait to meet you and enjoy some wonderful time with your four-legged companion! I have availability during the week and weekend to engage with your dog. This can be walks or a hike during the day, a playdate with my dogs, a basic training session, or just 1:1 cuddle time hanging out on the sofa watching our favorite show. The safety and well-being of your dog is top priority! We will find what works best for you and your dog. It can be a walk, engagement, basic training, canine massage, a play date, snuggle time...whatever meets your dogs needs that day.

Curtis is amazing, he communicates well and as often as the situation may demand. H e figures out what to do without bothering , but keeps you informed as to what is going on. Curtis cleaned up our pups's vomit the other night, and told me where it occurred so I could give the floor extra attention. Our pup is currently under the care of our vet. Cutis performed some pre-approved grooming on Winnie. Curtis is always up-beat and pleased to help.

This is the 2nd time I have used Emily to watch my guys while I have been away for an extended period of time and just like the first it was great. My guys were very happy and comfortable with her, which means a lot to me. She sent a TON of pictures and videos while I was away of them which really was appreciated so I could see how they were doing. She is my first choice for pet sitting when I need it.
Danielle was great with Rumi! She was very responsive and spent quality time during our meet and greet, which I really appreciated. Rumi is a senior dog, and Danielle was very caring and attentive to his needs. She was also flexible with timing, which made everything easy. I felt very comfortable having her care for Rumi and would absolutely book with her again.

Christina is the best Petsitter ever! She has an incredible love of animals and it shows in how quickly they bond with her, and how reluctant they are to say bye. She is well-versed in dog training and has been helping us with puppy breaks and training while we’re at work. Truly talented, reliable, communicative, and a joy to have as a Petsitter and pet advisor to us.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Louisville with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
