“Rachel did a great job taking care of Benny. Great, consistent communication and I was relieved to leave him in good hands while I was away on a trip. Would recommend for your pet sitting needs!”

About: Hi, I’m Rosie! I’m an experienced animal caregiver and I am very passionate about providing safe, loving care for every pet. I’ve known since I was little that I wanted to work with animals, and this opportunity allows me to continue building that path while I’m in college. Through my previous job, I gained hands on experience and a strong understanding that animal welfare always comes first. I’m committed to making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies! Since I’m currently taking college courses I am usually online finishing assignments but since I am online I make sure to keep my schedule flexible so I can provide reliable, attentive care for your pet. I’m always happy to communicate and find times that work best for you! Safety and trust are my top priorities during walks and drop-ins. I always ensure collars, harnesses, and leashes are secure before walks and stay aware of our surroundings to keep your dog safe and comfortable. As for drop-ins, I carefully follow your pet’s routine for potty breaks (or ensuring a clean litter box!), feeding, fresh water, and playtime. I double check that doors and gates are secure before leaving and treat your home with respect. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands!
About: Dogs and cats need extra TLC when owners must provide a pet sitter. I will nurture and treat your family member with tender loving care while you are away. My BFF, Carole and I are available 24/7. Our schedule is open and flexible to meet the needs of pet owners and to provide quality of time with pets. Whether your pet visits us or we stay at your house, we provide responsible care and a safe environment for your pet/s to thrive in. I am currently working part time 3 days a week so I have a lot of time to care for your cats and dogs. Petting your cats and walking your dogs will fill my days and evenings. Since moving to Thornton in February 2026, we are not boarding animals at our home. Unfortunately we are temporarily not doing doggy daycare as well.
“Becca was absolutely wonderful. She promptly updated me on how Niko was doing over the weekend. This was the first time I left her with someone other than my parents for a weekend and Becca really eased any anxiety I had!”

“Chanel was very sweet and responsive. Always making sure to send updates on how my kitty was doing and kindly helped water my garden plants too. Highly recommend for your pet sitting needs.”

“Best experience with a sitter on Rover! She went above and beyond, making sure he got quality play time every day in addition to walks. She gave my dog lots of love and attention while I was away.”

About: I grew up helping train and care for dogs for the past 15 years! Having a positive attitude and good energy for all animals alike! My schedule is pretty much open weekly now so there is plenty of time to play, care, and be there for all my clients pups! Have a home with a big backyard, fenced and secure for all clients fur babies! Crates, food bowls, and extra toys are available if needed as well!
“Grace took the time to come meet the dogs before her first visit. She was attentive to our dogs specific needs and even our dog who is more sensitive to new people took to her quickly. Great communicator and easy to work with!”

“Amy was fantastic with our older cat who requires medicine everyday. I wasn't worried at all about him while we were gone and she was great about communication with us! I definitely recommend her!”

“I had to alter times and our reservation a couple of times and Sydney was gracious and flexible . It was our first time working together and I hope we can do this again soon .”

About: In addition to having my own dog, I've provided care for family and friends’ dogs for over 8 years. Further, I am a therapist and have completed over 2 years of “Canine Good Citizen” therapy-dog trainings with my dog, so I feel comfortable using reinforcement-based training techniques with dogs of all ages to help increase wanted behaviors. I live for my dog’s happiness and love doing anything that brings a smile to his face, including walks, hikes, and playdates. Please consider allowing me to provide your dog with enthusiastic love and attention, in addition to time with my pup if your dog would enjoy company. I currently work 3 days a week: on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. As a result, each week I have 4 full days available (Thursday - Sunday) to spend time with your babies! Thus, I am available for dog walks, cat visits, and boarding on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. For boarding, I would need your pet to be picked up by Sunday evening. For boarding and dog walks, I have one very friendly dog to keep your pet company! Within my home, I allow pets on all furniture, so your baby will be allowed to rest on various comfortable surfaces. I also have separate rooms in case pets require solo meal times. If pets wish for outdoor time (other than during walks), I have an enclosed balcony with a raised, waterproof pet bed.
“Cassandra was great with our two boys! They felt very comfortable with her from the start. She sent lots of updates and photos and we came home to two happy dogs. We will definitely book with her again!”

About: I've always loved being around animals and have experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities. Friends and family have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and keep their dogs company while they're away. I also have a Golden Retriever puppy of my own, so I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and making sure pets feel safe and loved. I'll care for your dog as if they were my own by providing plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while following your pet's routine and any special instructions you provide. I work full-time during the weekdays (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), but I'm available for pet care in the evenings, on weekends, and on many holidays. I make time every day to care for animals and will ensure your pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I'll always communicate with you throughout the visit so you can have peace of mind while you're away. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, feeding schedule, and any special instructions so they feel as comfortable as possible. Whether I'm caring for your pet in your home or taking them on walks, I'll treat them with patience, kindness, and respect. I believe in keeping pet parents updated with messages and photos so you always know your furry friend is happy and well cared for.

About: Stay at home doggie dad. Love all pets but dogs are the best. They are our kids and they are spoiled just like a that. They are the only thing we think about. Morning, noon or night they are by our side. Our babies. Never physical punishment but they do get time outs in their kennels if they have been misbehaving. We have a very open floor plan in the house which they run around and the back door is always open for them to come in and out. The back yard is very large with trees and shrubs that they play in and around. It is a fully fenced six foot enclosed yard with plenty of room to roam or run. Last of all no neighbor dogs to annoy them.
“Leah is amazing! She’s been doing occasional drop-in visits for our pups over the past few months, and we are so grateful for her. Her communication is excellent, and she always leaves thoughtful notes and the best photos, which we truly appreciate. Our dogs clearly love her. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and caring sitter. Thank you, Leah!”

“She was incredibly attentive to our geriatric dogs needs. Great with medication management for multiple dogs, special meals for each and a semi-continent, blind and deaf dog. Would highly recommend for your pups needs! We would definitely hire again in the future!”

Rachel was absolutely wonderful with our cat and dog! Our cat doesn’t always come out for sitters (unless it’s breakfast or dinner time) and he came out and even snuggled a bit with Rachel which tells us how comfortable he was around her. Our fur kids were so well loved while we were gone and Rachel left us very detailed notes and lots of pictures with every visit! We will certainly be using Rachel again in the future and I would recommend her to anyone else!

Julianne’s been reliable, responsive and an absolute joy. Bowie heard the front door unlock the other day (an entrance we don’t use often) and stopped what he was doing to wait eagerly at the door. Quickly we realized he had started associating the door lock sound with Julianne’s arrival, and it made me so happy that seeing her is something he looks forward to.

Wendy is the absolute best! I had ongoing visits scheduled for almost a year and she was 100% reliable. Her communication is excellent and she is flexible if schedules change. She is great with my dog and very attentive. Overall, I highly recommend booking with her as I’m sure your pets will love her!

It was such a relief to find Kayli before my trip abroad! She has been incredibly reliable on weekly walks when I’m in the office and then stayed with my two pups for 10 days. Kayli is warm and professional, and I was able to enjoy my trip knowing my furbabies are in good hands. She also took great care of my home and it was lovely to come home to it as I left it. Thank you, Kayli!

Noel was absolutely wonderful taking care of our dog, Ursula, during her drop in visits while we were away. She provided thoughtful updates and plenty of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our favorite part was seeing Ursula’s silly personality shine through in the pictures. It was clear she felt comfortable, happy, and had so much fun with Noel. We came home to a happy, well cared for pup and could not have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely book with Noel again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable Rover.

I have been looking for a consistent person to watch my dog and Taylor is the perfect fit!! Mello loves her so much and she takes care of him like he is her own! I came home to a happy healthy dog!! I am so glad I found taylor and will continue to book with her moving forward. Thank you so much Taylor!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
