About: I am a very active person who enjoys power walking, jogging, hiking, and helping energetic dogs burn off some energy! I also have experience with slower senior dogs and am happy to follow their lead and enjoy smelling the flowers. I’ve owned several dogs myself and have cared for dogs for family, neighbors, and partners over the years. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality, building trust with them, and creating a fun, structured environment where they feel comfortable and cared for. I work a standard 9–5 schedule during the week, but I’m available for evening walks from 5:30–9:30pm. On weekends, I have a much more flexible schedule and can offer longer walks, multiple drop-ins throughout the day, or overnight care depending on your dog’s needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent, comfortable, and stress free as possible. I carefully follow feeding schedules, walk routines, medication instructions, and any household preferences the owner provides. I also make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship while their owners are away. I treat every home respectfully by keeping things clean, secure, and organized. I’m attentive to each pet’s personality and energy level, whether that means active play and long walks or a slower, more relaxed pace.

About: I grew up with cats but finally adopted a dog many years ago. Budman, a collie-cattle dog, was with me for 11 years. I also have cared for my friends and family’s dogs ranging from a small chihuahua to a labrador. As Budman’s mom, we spent a great deal of time at obedience and agility classes. I also took him through the Canine Good Citizen class and he graduated with honors! These experiences allow me to maintain your dog’s listening and training skills while I am with them, whether that is simply daily walks or longer stays. I am skilled at giving medications both orally, topically, and administering shots. I have volunteered at the Denver Dumb Friends League and Almost Home Adoptions. Lastly, I have spent over 30 years in banking, marketing, and communications. I am a consummate professional, reliable, and responsible. I will communicate with you as frequently as you need. Your dog will stay on their routine – eating, sleeping, walking, play time, snuggle time – so that they have minimal disruption during your time away. I work a part-time, fully remote position. I am available every day of the week for either drop-in visits, overnights, or 24 hour care stays. While I have two cats, my husband is retired and not only supports my pet sitting, but cares for our cats while I'm gone! We will work together to ensure that I have all of the information necessary to care for your dog (or cat or guinea pig) while you are away. My cats will remain at my home with my husband. No other animals or guests will come to your home, at any time. My primary focus will always be on the care and comfort of your pet!
