“Rebecca is the best sitter I have used from Rover. She clearly loves animals. She is punctual, communicates well. I felt very up to date about what was happening with my fur babies!”

“Amanda went way above the call of duty this last trip! She took care of a sick doggo and his mess while we were away. If the app didn’t cap how much I could tip, I would have tipped way more! We appreciate everything she does!”

About: I am a very active person who enjoys power walking, jogging, hiking, and helping energetic dogs burn off some energy! I also have experience with slower senior dogs and am happy to follow their lead and enjoy smelling the flowers. I’ve owned several dogs myself and have cared for dogs for family, neighbors, and partners over the years. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality, building trust with them, and creating a fun, structured environment where they feel comfortable and cared for. I work a standard 9–5 schedule during the week, but I’m available for evening walks from 5:30–9:30pm. On weekends, I have a much more flexible schedule and can offer longer walks, multiple drop-ins throughout the day, or overnight care depending on your dog’s needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent, comfortable, and stress free as possible. I carefully follow feeding schedules, walk routines, medication instructions, and any household preferences the owner provides. I also make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship while their owners are away. I treat every home respectfully by keeping things clean, secure, and organized. I’m attentive to each pet’s personality and energy level, whether that means active play and long walks or a slower, more relaxed pace.
“Susan is a friendly pet loving friend. She immediately warmed the heart of our pup and he warmed up to her putting our hearts at ease. She proved loving care to him and we could tell he was happy. I recommend her services to all.”

“I am so grateful for Michael! He is very punctual and asks all the right questions to get to know your pup! I have an older dog and he was very patient with her for all drop ins. Very communicative!”

“Amy was incredibly sweet and took great care of my cat. My cat ran right up to Amy when they first met and immediately loved her. She followed all the instructions perfectly!”

“Alyssa has been so amazing with our dogs! She started drop in’s a few times a week to spend time with our dogs while we are at work. She has gone above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable around her, even bringing treats with her to help them warm up! She updates us regularly and sends lots of pictures to keep our minds at ease. We truly feel better knowing that our doggos get to spend some time with her during the day while we are away!”

“Juan was a pleasure to work with for my short 2 day trip. Punctual, communicative, respectful and all around a nice man. I believe my dog Max enjoyed his care. Definitely will call on him again; I highly recommend him. I am happy to have met him through Rover!”

About: I’ve been around animals all my life. I would love another pet, but don’t have the time, so taking care of others when I am available would be perfect. My brothers girlfriends has asked me several times to take care of her 9 y/o pup, as well as having to take or animals that more high maintenance. All cats and dogs are babies to me no matter how old they are and deserve the most gentle care possible. I’m currently considered full time at Target, working at least 30 hours a week as well as being in college full time. I’m a double major in Criminal justice and psychology and plan to go to law school once I obtain my degrees. I like to be busy, so adding an extra responsibility would be perfect. Most of my week is full, however Sundays are completely free and I figured why not get a little extra money while taking care of fur babies. While, I will likely stick to just walking dogs. I do have a fenced in yard for any special occasion. I do have a dog, that usually likes puppies more than older dogs, but again I likely will not bring other pups into my home.
“Audra took such great care of my cats while we were away! She sent pictures each day with detailed updates, which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend.”

“Sydney did a great job. She was willing to drop in for my dogs with short notice. She was flexible and kind, and our dogs loved her. She shared pictures with both drop ins, and the dogs were visibly happy and healthy. Thanks so much!”
About: I have taken care of age ranges from puppies all the way to senior citizens that require lots of love and attention. My house is a safe place for your dog to be themselves! I am home all day and have plenty of time to go on a walk around the park down the street, as well as hang out and cuddle on the couch. I have a fenced yard and a 1 1/2 year old dog to keep your pup company! I do have a separate area of the house with doors separating upstairs from downstairs if that does not work for your pup. I also have a crate if that is what makes you most comfortable.
About: For the past 5 years, I’ve provided daily hands-on care for my two dogs, including a senior Chihuahua mix with advanced heart disease and special mobility needs. My experience includes administering routine care, oral medications, monitoring comfort and energy levels, and adjusting walks for senior, small breed, and special-needs dogs. I live 100 feet from a dog run/park as well as a large park with walking paths(see last images). My complex has a dog washing station that’s highly maintained. I’m equipped with standard and locking leashes for larger dogs, harnesses, a carrier, a stroller, and Lifting Harnesses(helps with stairs) to safely accommodate puppies, seniors, and dogs who need extra support or mobility assistance. I ONLY use 304-grade stainless steel for food and water but if your dog prefers their bowl that’s no issue. My boy peanut has recently passed away so only my dog pepper will be part of meet an greets I’m currently walking dogs full time. My schedule is extremely flexible and I’m open to complicated time frames as dogs lives can be just as challenging as our own. Just communicate your needs and I will do my best to help. I don't just sit dogs, I welcome them into my heart! I treat every pup with the same level of care and affection I would give a human family member. I have two dogs of my own who are part of the family, so your pup will have plenty of company and friends to play with. My home is set up to be a love-filled, comfortable space where your dog's happiness is my number one priority. I do have a kennel available if that is what your dog is used to or for their safety at night, but I am very open to a completely cage-free experience if they prefer to lounge on the rug or snuggle on the couch!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Northglenn
We are so glad we booked with Kayleigh to watch our dog and cat while we were out of town! She was great at following all of the complicated instructions for our anxious, reactive dog and our geriatric cat. She was even able to administer medication. She gave our dog plenty of attention and exercise, and I felt like our dog got a fun vacation as well since she was getting more playtime than we honestly provide ourselves (as much as I hate to admit). Communication was also great and it was a huge relief. I will definitely consider Kayleigh again in the future!

Taylor was amazing! She made sure our dogs got plenty of attention and was able to work us in around her work schedule. Both our dogs warmed up to her as soon as they met her and seemed like happy pups all weekend while we were away. We definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter to come to your house and would use her again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
