About: Hi, I’m Rosie! I’m an experienced animal caregiver and I am very passionate about providing safe, loving care for every pet. I’ve known since I was little that I wanted to work with animals, and this opportunity allows me to continue building that path while I’m in college. Through my previous job, I gained hands on experience and a strong understanding that animal welfare always comes first. I’m committed to making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies! Since I’m currently taking college courses I am usually online finishing assignments but since I am online I make sure to keep my schedule flexible so I can provide reliable, attentive care for your pet. I’m always happy to communicate and find times that work best for you! Safety and trust are my top priorities during walks and drop-ins. I always ensure collars, harnesses, and leashes are secure before walks and stay aware of our surroundings to keep your dog safe and comfortable. As for drop-ins, I carefully follow your pet’s routine for potty breaks (or ensuring a clean litter box!), feeding, fresh water, and playtime. I double check that doors and gates are secure before leaving and treat your home with respect. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands!
“Rebecca was so professional, communicative, and on-time for all of the drop-ins I asked her to do! I will most definitely come back for any future care needs.”

“Our Rover sitter was great! They were reliable, took good care of our dog, and kept us updated during the drop-in visit. We came home to a happy pup and would definitely book with them again. Thank you!”

About: In addition to having my own dog, I've provided care for family and friends’ dogs for over 8 years. Further, I am a therapist and have completed over 2 years of “Canine Good Citizen” therapy-dog trainings with my dog, so I feel comfortable using reinforcement-based training techniques with dogs of all ages to help increase wanted behaviors. I live for my dog’s happiness and love doing anything that brings a smile to his face, including walks, hikes, and playdates. Please consider allowing me to provide your dog with enthusiastic love and attention, in addition to time with my pup if your dog would enjoy company. I currently work 3 days a week: on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. As a result, each week I have 4 full days available (Thursday - Sunday) to spend time with your babies! Thus, I am available for dog walks, cat visits, and boarding on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. For boarding, I would need your pet to be picked up by Sunday evening. For boarding and dog walks, I have one very friendly dog to keep your pet company! Within my home, I allow pets on all furniture, so your baby will be allowed to rest on various comfortable surfaces. I also have separate rooms in case pets require solo meal times. If pets wish for outdoor time (other than during walks), I have an enclosed balcony with a raised, waterproof pet bed.

“Stephany is kind, reliable, and professional. She cleaned up a litter mess and also just made sure the litter boxes were clean and not just emptied. It’s that extra effort I really appreciate. My cat is also pretty picky, has hidden from a lot of Rovers but she loves Stephany’s kindness!”

About: I am the daughter of a vet tech and a farmer. Having worked on my family's farm, so I have extensive experience taking care of a variety of animals including cats, birds, chickens, pigs, and horses. I also have experience fostering and rehabilitating feral cats. Although I have less experience taking care of dogs, I have watched dogs numerous times for friends and family before. I am excited to learn more about dog care as I hope to have a dog one day. I work a regular 9-5 job remotely on Mondays through Fridays, so I am generally free evenings and weekends, or I can physically be at the pet's home as long as there is a secure and reliable WiFi connection. I play tennis regularly on Thursday nights, but otherwise my availability is pretty open. I will mostly be caring for animals in their homes. I will respect the animals and the homes and follow all instructions to a "T." I am happy to send pics and videos and any updates via text or email :)
“Darla was great! This was our first time leaving our two kittens and she made them feel so comfortable and loved during our trip. Highly recommend for any of your pets!”

“Leah is amazing! She’s been doing occasional drop-in visits for our pups over the past few months, and we are so grateful for her. Her communication is excellent, and she always leaves thoughtful notes and the best photos, which we truly appreciate. Our dogs clearly love her. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and caring sitter. Thank you, Leah!”

“I had to alter times and our reservation a couple of times and Sydney was gracious and flexible . It was our first time working together and I hope we can do this again soon .”

“This was my first time using Rover and I am embarrassed to say, but I think Amy treated my dogs better than we do! I am afraid they won’t want me back! I am definitely going to be using Amy when we will be out of the house for extended periods of time! I loved the pictures and updates. I just hope they don’t run away trying to live with Amy!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my unique background, experience, and commitment to providing thoughtful, individualized care for every animal entrusted to me. I am a prior Military Police Veteran with experience working alongside K9s, which has given me a strong understanding of animal behavior, communication, structure, and the importance of building trust and respect between a pet and their caregiver. While I have specialized experience with dogs, my love and care extend beyond just cats and dogs. I have experience caring for a variety of four legged family members and understand that every animal has their own personality, needs, routines, and ways of communicating. Whether it’s an energetic pup, a senior pet needing extra patience, or another furry companion needing attention and care, I approach each animal with the same compassion, responsibility, and respect. I have experience recognizing body language, understanding different temperaments, reinforcing positive behaviors, and helping pets feel safe and comfortable in new situations. I believe every pet deserves care that is tailored to who they are, whether they need exercise and enrichment, extra companionship, medication support, consistency with routines, or simply someone who will provide love and attention while their family is away. I am also a proud owner of three dogs of my own, which keeps me active and continuously learning about proper exercise, nutrition, routines, and the importance of consistency. Caring for my own pets has strengthened my attention to detail and my commitment to providing the same level of honesty, reliability, and love to every pet entrusted to me. My goal is to give each animal the care, patience, and companionship they deserve while giving owners peace of mind knowing their beloved family members are in capable, caring, and trustworthy hands. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine, so caring for your pet will fit in seamlessly. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate a variety of routines and timing needs, whether that’s early morning walks, midday potty breaks, or evening care.I enjoy keeping dogs active with daily walks or runs of at least two miles, and I’m happy to tailor the activity level to each dog’s age, energy, and abilities. I also incorporate positive reinforcement training throughout the day, including before, during, and after mealtimes, to help reinforce good manners and build confidence.I have a reliable vehicle equipped with a dog seat cover, so I’m able to take pups on adventures to local dog parks, walking trails, or hiking spots (with owner approval). Most importantly, I’m committed to working with each pet owner’s schedule and preferences to provide consistent, dependable care that keeps both pets and their families happy. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while maintaining the routine they’re used to. I provide companionship for pets with separation anxiety, take dogs on walks to keep them happy and active, feed meals according to your instructions, and make sure they have plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. I’m also happy to clean up any accidents or messes that may happen while you’re away. I take great pride in being clean, organized, and respectful of every home I enter. I’ll treat your home with the same care and attention I give my own, leaving it just as tidy as I found it. I understand how important it is to have peace of mind while you’re away, and I’ll always provide dependable, trustworthy care for both your pets and your home.
“Stephanie checked in on my *very particular* cats while I was away on vacation. In addition to attending to all of their basic needs, she went above and beyond by playing with them, bringing in the mail, and watering my plants. Her care and support were evident in the adorable pictures she sent, which were very much appreciated. I highly recommend Stephanie for her exceptional cat care and genuine love for animals. Thanks Stephanie!”

“Susan is a friendly pet loving friend. She immediately warmed the heart of our pup and he warmed up to her putting our hearts at ease. She proved loving care to him and we could tell he was happy. I recommend her services to all.”

About: I have had 2 different breed dogs, a pit bull and a German Shepard. Our family loves dogs and appreciate their needs and care and time they need. My kiddos love all animals and in particular dogs. Let us care for them while you and your family enjoy time away. I work from home early mornings and late evenings. My day is free and open to care for your amazing dog. Since we cannot have a dog of our own for now, my kiddos will love yours like theirs. We live in a friendly and calm neighborhood where I am able to constantly give your outside time and walks. My kiddos love dogs and we get our pup fix when we get to enjoy yours :)

I cant say enough about my experience woth Jason. Just a super nice guy. My dogs absolutely loved him amd so.did my uncle. I think that's important to note. My uncle has cancer and isn't able to walk the dogs on his own. Jason wasnt just kind to my furry family. He was super kind to my uncle. That meant the workd to me. Thank you brother. You are definitely one of the good guys and will be my future go to dor care of my dogs when im out of town working
Wendy is the absolute best! I had ongoing visits scheduled for almost a year and she was 100% reliable. Her communication is excellent and she is flexible if schedules change. She is great with my dog and very attentive. Overall, I highly recommend booking with her as I’m sure your pets will love her!

It was such a relief to find Kayli before my trip abroad! She has been incredibly reliable on weekly walks when I’m in the office and then stayed with my two pups for 10 days. Kayli is warm and professional, and I was able to enjoy my trip knowing my furbabies are in good hands. She also took great care of my home and it was lovely to come home to it as I left it. Thank you, Kayli!

Noel was absolutely wonderful taking care of our dog, Ursula, during her drop in visits while we were away. She provided thoughtful updates and plenty of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our favorite part was seeing Ursula’s silly personality shine through in the pictures. It was clear she felt comfortable, happy, and had so much fun with Noel. We came home to a happy, well cared for pup and could not have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely book with Noel again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable Rover.

I have been looking for a consistent person to watch my dog and Taylor is the perfect fit!! Mello loves her so much and she takes care of him like he is her own! I came home to a happy healthy dog!! I am so glad I found taylor and will continue to book with her moving forward. Thank you so much Taylor!!

We are so glad we booked with Kayleigh to watch our dog and cat while we were out of town! She was great at following all of the complicated instructions for our anxious, reactive dog and our geriatric cat. She was even able to administer medication. She gave our dog plenty of attention and exercise, and I felt like our dog got a fun vacation as well since she was getting more playtime than we honestly provide ourselves (as much as I hate to admit). Communication was also great and it was a huge relief. I will definitely consider Kayleigh again in the future!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
