“Mary did a lovely job taking care of Kitten and sharing daily updates and photos. It was great to know Kitten was in such good hands while I was out of town. Would definitely recommend Mary for any pet sitting needs and will book again!”

About: Aside from my own pets, I have worked professionally in zoos and aquariums for the last 9 years. I have animal care experience that includes dogs and cats but also includes alligators, sharks, and stingrays. I am currently working full time but will be available for pet sitting in the afternoons after 3PM and on my weekends (Friday and Saturday). I will take the utmost care while sitting your pets in your home. Unfortunately, my living situation (small apartment in downtown) I will not be able to house your pets in my home.
“Bella was fantastic. She was a great communicator and took great care of our puppy and 5yo dog on very short notice. Would definitely reach out to her again! :)”

“Holly is kind, thoughtful, and communicative! She also sent some great photos each day she was with our cat Daisy. I would definitely recommend her if you need someone gentle to spend some time with your pet. 😊”

“Justin took great care of my dog while I was away for almost two weeks. He is extremely trustworthy and sent tons of photos and updates. I would certainly use him again!”

“Annie was amazing with my nervous dog. She took time to really let him warm up to her, and was so accommodating with what he needed to feel safe. We will definitely have Annie drop in on Chaps again!”

“Kristin was an absolute All-Star! She went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely comfortable leaving Freya in her care. We had just moved and our place was very chaotic, but Kristen was so attentive and thoughtful. She noticed we were running low on Freya’s food and even went out to purchase more for us! She also brought in our packages, kept us updated, and was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout her visits. It was such a relief knowing Freya was in such great hands. I truly cannot recommend Kristin enough. 10/10 — we will absolutely use her again and again! ❤️”

“Teagan is amazing! She let us know all was well and we appreciated all of the photos. We felt safe leaving our kitties in Teagan’s care. She was great with our senior cat who needs medication as well. Both kitties loved her. Will definitely book again.”

“Max was so great!! Had him check in on my two boys and he hung out with them and gave them lots of love and was a great communicator and I would 1000% book him again!! Highly recommend! :)”

“Mais is always flexible, communicative, and my cat absolutely adores her. I’ve asked her to watch him multiple times and will always go to her for any pet sitting needs!”

“Jade is amazing! I needed someone in a pinch and she was super flexible to work with me and my pups. They love her so much! I’ve already rebooked her and will continue to do so.”

“Emily was amazing! She took care of my cat & dog while we were away for a wedding - super responsive & shared the cutest photos, was mindful of the heat for dog walks, and generally took such great care of my babies! Will definitely rebook next time I’m in need of pet care”

“Ian did a great job taking care of my two cats while I was away for almost a month. I came back to two happy, healthy boys who were well cared for. Also great communication and pictures during the whole experience. Definitely recommend.”

“Dustin is such a great cat sitter! She’s taken care of my kitty more than a few times now and I’ll definitely keep using her. She always provides lots of details on how he’s doing and not only that, I can feel the love she has for him. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Christopher was amazing for a last minute drop in! Super communicative, friendly and sweet. Sent me pics and kept me updated, will definitely be booking with him again!”

“Mike seems impervious to even -15 degree freezing cold. I have mentioned before that I found Mike in the summer of 2020 because it was 95 plus degrees with dangerous levels of ground ozone and wildfires and I could not breathe let alone walk my kids. He rescued us back then and is saving us now during this deep freeze. Both my old boy Louie and my crazy teenager Kiana are managing the "painful paws" cold thanks to their good friend Mike.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Denver
Jacquie is a phenomenal sitter who went above & beyond for our pups! Her rover cards are extremely detailed & thorough, she takes SO many photos, and she is easy to communicate with. We felt confident our 2 big dogs were in very capable, loving hands while we were away. Thank you so much Jacquie!!

Chloe has been great with George! She’s super friendly, reliable, and communicative, and I always appreciate the photos and updates from her visits. She’s also really considerate about letting me know as far in advance as possible if her availability changes. I always feel comfortable knowing George is in good hands with her.

Eleanor was able to look after our two dogs on short notice, first with drop-in visits and then house sitting for a week. The dogs absolutely loved her, and it was such a relief to be able to enjoy our trip without worrying about them, knowing they were in great hands. This was our first time having someone house sit, and Eleanor exceeded our expectations. She took great care of both the dogs and our home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to have her watch them again. Highly recommend!!!

Diego has been watching our two dogs for us for over a year now and we would only ever trust him! He’s amazing with them, you can see their joy and excitement when he arrives in all the photos he sends! Our situation is also very unique, one of our dogs has no eyes and she needs extra help and guidance and he is so gentle and patient with her. Both of our dogs truly love him and they wag their tails so hard when we tell them “Diego is coming to see you”

Manny is great! He came by for a meet and greet and my dogs were comfortable with him right away. He asked good questions that let me know he is familiar with dogs and their quirks. He gave them a nice long walk and took lots of photos and sent an update about how it went!

Jessica has been absolutely wonderful with my pup! She’s incredibly kind and genuinely cares about building a relationship with him, which really shows in the way she interacts with him. She always sends lots of great pictures and consistently goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a typical walk. She’ll spend extra time playing with him and giving him attention, and she even took the time to clean out his water bowl. It’s clear Jessica genuinely cares about the dogs she works with, and I always feel confident knowing he’s in great hands with her. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Denver with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
