About: While I haven’t owned a dog myself, I’ve spent many years caring for my own cat and understand how important routines, patience, and attention are for pets. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and always follow owners’ instructions carefully. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or giving your dog lots of love and attention, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I work a full-time schedule, but I’m available after work, on weekends, and for scheduled drop-in visits. I’m reliable, communicate well, and always make time to provide pets with the care, attention, and routine they need. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow all feeding, walking, and medication instructions, keep doors and gates secure, and pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs. I’ll treat your home with respect and care for your pet as if they were my own.

“We had a great experience with Monica, prompt and easy communication, our dog has some difficult to manage quirks and she handled him with kindness and professionalism. Excellent experience!”

About: My life has been all about animals! As a kid, I cared for medium - large dogs and found that their gentle giant like energy was so warm to have around the house. I love to spend my time with pets like I do with friends! We’ll talk about the day’s plans, & of course can’t forget those treats they love so much. Making space for the animals in our lives just enriches us more, so I’d love to meet your furry friends! I work from home most days, so I have lots of availability during most weekdays. Weekends are also flexible for me to care for your pets! I love to take long walks outside as much as I can throughout the day. Your home would be the home base for your little friend, that way they feel most comfortable in their territory when meeting me or showing me their favorite toy. When we go out for walks, safety and trust are the best things to keep around, so we’d likely go to spots that your pet is already familiar with ! Keeping them comfortable in their environment, and noticing when they’re feeling unsure is a big part of that building trust!
“Reliable, caring, friend who happens to be my dogs dog walker and my dogs' friend. She loves her special walks with Diego. I appreciate Diego being there for my dog when I cannot be.”

“Scot takes excellent care of my dogs and leaves phenomenal feedback. I always know my pets are in wonderful care with him. If you book with Scott, you know that you are in good hands.”

“Carly is simply the best. She was with my dogs and I after I had surgery and was on crutches for six weeks. She is kind and considerate and definitely goes the extra mile. My male dog has a bit of dog reactivity and she was able to see that he’s just nervous. Seriously if you are looking for great care for your pets, Carly is the one!”

“Rachel was amazing with our elderly dog & cat. She was very considerate of their needs, loving towards them, and clearly communicated with us. I would definitely recommend her service and will be using her again!”

“Isabella was amazing with my sweet fur baby!!! She’s communicative and takes the cutest photos. She’s also super responsive, trustworthy, and kind! 😊 definitely will book again. Channy loved her!”

“Todd, thank you so much for taking care of my mother Julie and Suki. You jumped in at a moment’s notice and it came through for us and I’m so grateful and appreciative you were on time professional and my mother loves you, which says a lot.😀 we will be using you in the future for sure!”

“Ezra did a great job. My lab decided to eat a towel. Ezra worked with me and the vet transporting the animal and supporting on site..using FaceTime with us and the vet to choose a path. He was calm, extremely logical helping diagnose which of the dogs was the problem with great problem solving and flexibility. He went above and beyond. I’m very grateful for his support and highly recommend him!”

Dog walking I will come into your home and gather the dog/s to take them out at the designated time, and we will walk either the path you would like me to take or a mile around; I will return the dogs how I found them and make sure to close and lock your home.

“Amanda was fantastic with Zoey! She was prompt, reliable, and excellent about sending photo updates, which made it easy to know Zoey was in good hands. She consistently gave the full booked walk time, and Zoey seemed to absolutely adore her. Highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a dependable, caring dog walker, we will definitely be booking again!”

“We have been using Bryonna to walk our pup for 30min/day during the work week and it has been the BEST DECISION EVER. It's so nice knowing she is checking on our baby each day and giving her a break from the crate! She sends us cute pictures and takes our pup to neighborhood dog park! It's apparent how much she loves animals! Communication is a breeze and she is great at accommodating our house routine.”

About: I opened my home to Rocky Mountain Puppy Rescue in 2019 and have cared for 12+ dogs & cats through their foster program. And I've only foster failed twice (aka adopted)! I choose to spend my time and energy caring for fur babies because I value them . I completed several house stays and many, many check-ins/walks through Rover since I joined in 2018. Lately, I’ve been doing doggy day care and overnight stays at my apartment, which works out perfectly with the park nearby. Hopefully my reviews speak for themselves! min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min min

Kanwala is amazing! So kind and patient with my pup who has bad separation anxiety. She is wonderful at taking such great care of my dog Toby and calming him, walking him and giving me such detailed updates. I totally recommend her. She’s reliable, friendly, caring and trustworthy.

Clare was absolutely wonderful with Denver and Luna! We felt completely comfortable leaving them in her care, and it was obvious from the beginning that she genuinely loves animals and takes their care seriously. She was reliable, communicative, attentive, and made sure both of them were happy and well cared for while we were away. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were with someone we could trust, and we came home to two very happy pets. We would absolutely book Clare again and couldn’t recommend her more highly!

- 93% of walkers can help with special care needs
- 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 97% can help with daily exercise

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
