“This was my first time hiring Ginger. I asked her to help walk my two dogs two days last week as I have a lot of work deadlines. I have two rescues, one that just arrived on December 12 and is not yet well-trained (but he's getting there!). So walking them, especially for someone new, might be a challenge. Ginger had no problem. She was loving and calm and walked them both for half hour each. They were wildly excited to see her again the second day. I will be contacting her again and I highly recommend her!!”

About: We have fostered MANY dogs with local rescues and have experience with everything from itty puppies to sweet seniors. We have a safe and happy household with the right balance of supervised play and down time. I work from home so there’s always someone around to love on the dogs. Our two dogs love having an extra friend or two to hang with. I work from home and already work around my two dogs. We’re up around 8am, they free eat but it’s easy to work in another feeding schedule. We go on a walk during lunch and play with toys and puzzle bowls throughout the day. We have a yard with lots of squirrels that need to be humbled. We’re in bed by 11pm and love a dog cuddle puddle. We’ll follow guidance from you on what works best for your pet. Our dogs free roam during the day and sleep in our bed. When we have foster dogs we kennel train them, and we think that works best for dogs in a new environment. On walks, we never greet other dogs. We keep a close eye on play until everyone is settled in. We won’t give any food or treats that aren’t approved.

Some days are busier than others but I can work with you to find times that work! I have my own pets and would treat any pets coming to stay as my own! I have a small dog and cat so any dog coming to stay must be good with other dogs and cats. I live on the first floor with easy access to a not busy street with grassy ateas and a dog park down the street. We also have big windows overlooking the street if your pet loves to sunbathe and look outside! I hire Rover sitters for my own pets so know the importance of respecting a clients home and privacy.
About: I grew up around dogs and have been dog sitting since I was a kid. I also have recent experience fostering so I have experience taking care of dogs when they’re at their most vulnerable. I can help with training, give medications, and would love to learn what your dog needs. I am an artist who works from home so my schedule is wide open and I have plenty of time to hangout with and care for your dog. I have a dog safe house and a large fenced in yard which is great for dogs to explore. My dog is friendly and loves to play but is good at giving other dogs space when they need it. I also have experience walking reactive and leash pulling dogs and know how to de-escalate a stressed pup. I understand how important routine is for dogs, and am eager to accommodate your dog’s needs exactly how you’d prefer.
About: I've had a pet every moment of my 33 years of life. I love cats & dogs & would love to help you out! I will update you with as many photos & videos as you'd like so that you can rest easy when they're in my care. We'll have a great time, I promise! I currently work two part time jobs. One of them is a hybrid remote job but I will not be home up to 5 hours on Monday, Friday, and Saturday evenings and Tuesday and Thursday mornings/afternoons. Ask me for specific times if necessary. My partner works full-time Friday-Tuesday but often only works at night. At this time, I cannot board pets in my own home. I am available for pop-ins, walks, and some day-care but if the weather permits, most of the time spent here would be in our fenced backyard. My fav thing to do is cuddle but if you've got toys, a laser pointer, etc. I love a good playtime! We have some that our dog and cat use but feel free to send your baby's fav toys and treats with them.

It will be important that your pet is comfortable around kids. My family and I live in a single ranch style home with plenty of space as well as a fenced in backyard with plenty of shady and sunny spots.

“Maria is great with our dog! We have needed a regular dog sitter/walker with recent work schedule change. Maria is very observant and gentle with our pup who has been recovering from stitches in her paw. We are so grateful you have a reliable and friendly person checking in on our fur child. Highly recommend Maria!”

“Liv has been nothing but great to us and our dog! She is our regular weekday dog walker and communicates well, is on time, and most importantly is adored by our dog. She was also great and very knowledgeable when meeting our sometimes aggressive dog. She asked all the right questions and did all the right things during the meet and greet; I was so impressed. Would 100% recommend!”

“Carson is awesome! Our pup, Ellie, can be stubborn on walking with strangers but Carson has her getting some steps in, and it is so appreciated. She always gives great updates and leaves Ellie cared for.”

“Mohammed is the best! He is so good with my pup, and is very observant and communicative if there’s anything out of the ordinary with Jack. 10/10 recommend!!”

“Evelyn followed Apt building instructions and my dog's walk routine for a week. Evelyn's schedule has changed so she is unable to continue weekly walks. I would request Evelyn's services again, if her schedule permits.”

About: I will treat your dogs as if they were mine. I am use to caring for senior dogs that need a bit more patience. With two of my own (both 13 years old) that are complete opposites, I can accommodate to different personalities. An aggressive Olde English Bulldog with a special diet and frequent allergy reactions. As well as a Chihuahua mix with acute bronchitis and a feisty, clingy personality. I know how to spot concerning behavior, give medication and soothe troubled dogs. I recently moved out of my parents house, so I am no longer caring for my childhood dogs. I have a hybrid job where I work from home a few days out of the week - but I mostly have to work from the office. At full transparency as a dog sitter, I may have to leave your pet alone for an 8 hour work day. ***Please ask for drop-ins and house sitting in my inbox - I will offer it depending on distance*** I do ask for dogs that are strictly potty trained if boarding in my home. I will diligently follow care instructions and clean up before leaving a client’s home.
Park Hill dog parents share their Rover experiences
We are so grateful to have Andrea walk our pups 2-3 times a week. She provides a great service and they love to see her. Additionally, she is clean, dependable, and provides useful and detailed notes about the walks and the conditions of our dogs. It's been awesome working with her and she has helped us out so much! We strongly recommend considering Andrea for any of your needs.

I highly recommend Andrew as a dog walker and dog sitter! I have a very big, energetic dog so I don’t leave him with just anybody, but Andrew is able to handle him and has done an amazing job looking after him. He is very kind, reliable, and my dog loves him! Thanks again, Andrew!
Heinz came over to walk Fenrir today and I must say I was completely delighted with the experience. From first intros, to the quick report at drop off, Heinz and Fen clearly hit it off. And, while less important than Fen's opinion, I found Heinz to be a standup gentleman, as well - prompt, kind, and easy to get along with. We'll definitely be calling on Heinz again soon!

I highly recommend Wesley! I needed last minute care for my pup when I was called into work - Wesley responded within minutes and came by on very short notice to bail me out of a tough spot. Excellent communicator with prompt response time. My dog can be a bit skittish of strangers but she warmed right up to him. I will definitely be working with Wesley again in the future!
