It was clear he made a massive effort with Bernie. Usually uncertain around new people, she was comfortable with Garrett. After the meet and greet, we felt better about leaving her for this trip. Garrett was communicative, constantly sending us videos and photos of Bernie doing her favorite activities. Bernie is very cautious to warm up, but from the videos and photos he sent, I could tell that she was very comfortable. He tucked her under the blankets, supplied her with tons of belly rubs, played chase, and went on lots of interesting walks. When we returned from our trip, we were pleased to find the house in incredible shape. The bed was stripped, trash was taken out, and everything was clean. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and we will be working with Garrett again!”
