Alex did a wonderful job taking care of our golden child AND our home while we were out of town for a week! Phoenix made it a priority to come over a week before the trip to meet my cats and learn the ins and outs of my home. My boys are very social and definitely more demanding than the typical independent cat, but Phoenix wasn't deterred at all. In fact, the boys warmed up to Phoenix immediately! Throughout my entire trip, Phoenix was the definition of reliable. I received photo updates every morning and evening, which gave me immense peace of mind. Phoenix is communicative, responsible, displays excellent decision-making skills, and is genuinely just a delightful person to work with. Tamara was very easy to work with. My trip was a bit last minute but we were able to schedule a meet and greet soon after confirming the stay. She stayed in my home with my dog and was very respectful of my space. I was thankful to come home to a clean house, she really went above and beyond there. My dog is aggressive with other dogs, this is always my worry when leaving him alone with a new person but Tamara assured me she understood and I am thankful that there were no issues with that. Tamara was sure to do daily check ins and send photos, she was quick to respond before and during the stay as well. I would for sure work with Tamara again.
