I live in Congress Park and am surrounded by two very lovely parks I can take dogs to. I have a reliable car and home as well. I currently visit two dogs 3x a week and am available to take on a few more. I am very active and have worked in public health and renewable energy. I have owned an older dog until she passed away and have CPR training.

Monica did an awesome job caring for my cat while I was on vacation for two weeks. She’s so responsive and followed discussed directions. She was also flexible with feedings when my cat was being picky. It was great peace of mind to know my pet was in good hands. I’ll definitely rebook!

Monica was so kinda and gentle when she first met my dog. Louisa can be stubborn about walking and Monica accommodated to this and spent the full time giving her attention and care since Lou didn’t want to walk. Monica sends detailed report cards with updates and lots of photos. I always find these to be fun to read, especially when I’m missing my girl during the day. This gives me confidence she’s in good hands!

Schedule
I currently work part time but stay very active by going to the gym or Pilates daily. After losing my childhood dog I have cared for since she was a puppy, I try to spread love to other animals. I do not have any pets of my own and choose to occupy that facet of my life by caring for others. I’m available most mornings and afternoons.

I have a fenced in yard and own my own home. The floors are hardwood but there are lots of carpets for paw grip. There are no pets or children in the home. When at a client’s home, I am very meticulous about locking doors and turning on alarms. I also do not wear shoes indoors
