Both the cats and the home were better when we returned than how we left them - she followed the pet care instructions to a tee (including one cat that needed daily medication), sent lots of photos and updates, and even brought in mail/tidied up around the house. She went above and beyond to brush the cats and spend quality time with the energetic kittens. She was a good communicator, reliable, and trustworthy and I’d book her again without hesitation.”

She arrived early and the pups took a liking to her immediately letting us know she really is a "dog" person. The pups usually stay home with our local sitter but due to the craziness of the times we wanted them with us. This is our first time using Rover and it was a great experience. Emiliana did an awesome job taking care of our dog, Maisey as well taking excellent care of our home! She was very responsive to my messages before and during the stay. Maisey got lots of walks and Emiliana sent messages about how Maisey was doing and photos and videos which we loved receiving. This was the first time we used the Rover service and Emiliana made it a very positive one for us. We look forward to having her take care of Maisey in the future.
We really appreciate the care and attention that our dogs (and house, and plants) got while we were away for four days. We returned to happy dogs (who appeared completely unstressed) and a neat and clean house. Even the front walk had been swept of all its spruce needles and cones--and we hadn't even requested that. Ziggy was perfect!! Pictures were sent routinely, ensuring I was never nervous at all. Ziggy also to deal with a broken AC unit in very hot weather— and did so gracefully. My pup seemed to LOVE Ziggy, and I felt completely at ease with her in Ziggy’s hands. Absolutely recommend!!
Katrina (Mary) was so patient, kind, and caring with our dogs, as always! Our boy can be quite anxious, and she went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe, comfortable, and at ease while we were away. It gives us such peace of mind knowing both of our dogs are in such good hands with her. She also takes wonderful care of our home and treats it as if it were her own. We highly recommend her!
Chloe was nothing short of PHENOMENAL! She was so diligent with providing updates with plenty of photos and she took the absolute best care of my senior baby. It's so hard to feel good when leaving my aging boy, but Chloe truly went above and beyond when it came to his needs. He was so happy in all the photos and was so content when I returned. Also, the house was in great condition (pretty much as I had left it) which was so sweet to return to after a longer time away! I will undoubtedly be a return customer with Chloe-- she's the best there is!
Thank you Patrick for taking a short-notice booking to watch our buddy Haku. We found him napping in his kennel when we got home, so it seemed like he had a nice chill day - total opposite of when we pick him up from daycare. Even though it was a quick trip, it made being away much less stressful as well. Hope you'll come back!
Liz was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of our dog while we were away and gave us complete peace of mind. Her communication was excellent throughout our trip, and we really appreciated all of the pictures and updates she sent. She handled Nova’s medications, made sure she got plenty of great walks, and was incredibly patient with her. Nova can be very anxious and takes some time to warm up to new people, so it meant a lot to us to see her become comfortable and trusting with Liz. It was clear that Liz took the time to understand her personality and make her feel safe. We came home to a happy pup and a clean home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely trust Liz with Nova again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and communicative sitter.
Cheyenne is the best! My place flooded the morning I had to leave and she took it in stride. She communicated with me about the clean up process and of course Bear. When he had an upset stomach from the stress of the situation she adjusted to his food needs and kept me informed me of changes she saw. It was such a relief to feel like my home and Bear were in more than capable, caring hands so I could focus on my trip without a significant amount of extra concern. I highly recommend Cheyenne!
