I remember taking my own dogs to kennels and feeling as if they spent most of their time waiting for me to return. When I discovered Rover, I loved the idea that pet parents could find a caring, home-based alternative—either at a sitter’s home or in their own familiar environment. As a Rover sitter, I care for pets and homes exactly as I hope someone would care for mine. I have an established clientele of pups I care for in my home (since 2019) and have recently begun to enjoy in-home sitting as well, bringing the same dedication and attention to detail your pet deserves in their own home. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and I can’t imagine it any other way. Right now, I have two sweet senior cats and one young pup who keep me company. Because of them, I know the importance of patience, love, and consistency when it comes to caring for pets. I enjoy walking, hiking, and training dogs, and I have just as much love for cats. I live in a wonderful neighborhood with nearby parks, dog parks, and beautiful streets—perfect for fun, safe walks and happy pets. I’m currently in night school from 5–10:30 PM and typically wake up around 9 AM, which means my days are wide open for pet care. I already go on daily walks and hike weekly, so fitting your pet into my routine feels completely natural. I keep a consistent daily rhythm while staying flexible around your pet’s needs. I live in a spacious one-bedroom apartment in a walkable neighborhood with lots of nearby parks, perfect for daily walks and outdoor time. I have plenty of room for a crate if needed, and I can create a separate, comfortable space for your pet if they need some quiet or alone time.
