Animals are my people!
Sometimes I truly prefer to be around animals. The unconditional love and companionship they provide makes a stressful long day turn into one of pure joy. I've had at least one pet for almost my entire life. Mostly cats as an adult but I did have a dog growing up. In varying degrees I've taken care of family and friends animals. Whether house sitting my aunt's dogs while she was away or checking in on a neighbor's cat, I find caring for an animal is a responsibility I don't mind taking on.

At this point, hosting a pet in my home is not feasible. I'm happy to come to your home and care for your animal where they live.

Danielle was a fantastic housesitter! She was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. She left the house in great shape. Most importantly, our boy Jerry loved her! I would highly recommend her and we plan to use her again.

Danielle was an excellent sitter for our two dogs. She did a helpful meet and greet with us around the time of booking, came over with overlap ahead of our trip, and was communicative throughout. Our dogs looked like they had a great time with her from pictures over the weekend away. I'd happily book and work with Danielle again.

Ramsay was in such a good space when I got home, I know he had been well taken care of. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because questions I had asked in our communication were left unanswered. She did continue to give updates and pictures which was very appreciated.

Schedule
My schedule is pretty flexible on a weekly basis. I'm a freelance educator. If I'm not on an assignment, then I'm usually home prepping for the next one. That being said, I can schedule pet care in the mornings, afternoons or evenings depending on what is needed.

- Understanding some of the nuances of your pet would be helpful! (i.e. no head scratches, need a treat after a walk, etc.) I'd like to be able to mimic the care you give them as much as possible.
