About: Just as no two people are alike, every animal needs tailored care and attention. Whether your pet is a puppy needing an active walk or a senior cat who prefers quiet companionship, my goal is to create a reliable environment where they feel safe and seen. I operate with a flexible daily schedule, making me available for consistent midday walks, last minute drop ins, or multi-visit vacation requests here in the LoHi/Highland area. I treat the process of meeting an animal for the first time with immense respect. During our initial meet & greet, I focus on establishing a baseline they can trust. My Experience: • Medical Care: Competent in administering various types of medications (oral, topical, etc). • All-Weather Walks: Ready to provide structured, safe exercise around your local neighborhood or parks. • Basic Grooming: Happy to assist with brushing, bathing, or wiping down paws. • Cats & Dogs: Grew up surrounded by both cats and dogs, giving me a deep understanding of their boundaries and body language. I look forward to meeting you and your pet to build a lasting routine they can count on. I have a flexible schedule and can visit your home during the day or night. Let me know what you need, and we can work something out. My priority is to maintain a secure environment by respecting your household rules and adhering to your specific instructions. I actively monitor your pet’s emotional cues and body language, finding natural moments to gain their trust, whether through play or calm moments. For pets requiring extra attention, such as aging seniors, anxious rescues, or pets recovering from illness, I ensure their care is meticulous and empathetic. I accommodate slow walks, frequent bathroom breaks, and specific medication schedules. As a lifelong pet owner, I have navigated unexpected medical emergencies with both my own and other people's animals. In these moments, I act urgently, logically, and calmly. My Safety Commitments: • Door Darting: I always block the door frame with my body when entering or exiting to prevent door darting. • Gear Checks: I verify that all collars, harnesses, and leashes are properly fitted and secure before stepping outside. • Distraction-Free Walking: My phone is only used to log your Rover Card or take photos; my eyes remain on your dog and the surrounding environment. • Local Vet: I will verify your preferred vet location during our initial meet & greet. I look forward to meeting you and your pet and establishing a routine both of you can count on.

About: While I haven’t owned a dog myself, I’ve spent many years caring for my own cat and understand how important routines, patience, and attention are for pets. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and always follow owners’ instructions carefully. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or giving your dog lots of love and attention, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I work a full-time schedule, but I’m available after work, on weekends, and for scheduled drop-in visits. I’m reliable, communicate well, and always make time to provide pets with the care, attention, and routine they need. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow all feeding, walking, and medication instructions, keep doors and gates secure, and pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs. I’ll treat your home with respect and care for your pet as if they were my own.
About: I've always taken care of animals growing up. I've had many dogs, cats, and fish. Taking care of them and making their lives more full has always been something I enjoy. I'm free to take care of your animals most weekdays from the early morning until 4 when I go visit my mom and go to the gym I love playing with dogs and going on walks. I'm used to picking up after animals from years of taking care of and training puppies.

“Mary is a very reliable pet sitter. We have used her twice now and each time she has shown great care for our animals in addition to her professionalism, friendliness, and respect.”

“We love Mariah! She walked my pup during my travel nursing contract in Denver and took great care of her! She always provided thorough updates and lots of photos/videos.”

“Rena is the BEST! Charlie is calm and happy when I get home, and I'm thankful maps/photos/report card letting me know he was well cared for. Communication with Rena was seamless, and she was flexible and understanding when there were some hiccups accessing my new apartment building. Highly recommend, with no reservations. THANK YOU RENA!”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and genuinely love getting to know each pet’s individual personality. I’m comfortable with dogs of different ages, sizes, and energy levels, and I’m happy to tailor walks, playtime, and care to what makes your pet happiest. I’m reliable, attentive, and will treat your pet like they’re my own! Plus, you can absolutely expect plenty of updates and cute pictures while they’re with me! And treats if allowed of course :) BACKGROUND CHECK FRIENDLY I work remotely from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, playtime, or house sitting. I’m able to give pets plenty of attention rather than leaving them alone for long stretches, and I’m happy to work around their normal routine as much as possible. I can always work on the go and will communicate my meeting schedule with you, so you know exactly what periods of the day I’ll need to be focused on work. Outside of those times, my schedule is very flexible, so I can easily accommodate walks, potty breaks, meals, playtime, and plenty of attention. All photos in my gallery are friends and family dogs that I care for regularly. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. I’ll follow your instructions closely, keep their feeding, walking, and potty routine consistent, and make sure they’re comfortable in my care. I live in an apartment, so pets staying with me will get regular walks and outdoor breaks. I’ll also keep you updated with pictures and messages so you know how they’re doing. I take this more seriously than anything! Your pet will become part of my family and I will always put their needs and safety first. “Chantel was fabulous! This was our first time leaving Roxie in our new home in Denver and we felt very comfortable leaving her in Chantel's care! We were out of the country and greatly appreciated the updates she sent us with pictures of our little doggie- Roxie looked very comfortable and happy on all her walks :) We would definitely recommend her and would certainly hire her again! Thanks again, Chantel!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Lodo
Madeline has been fantastic at working with our 5 month old puppy who isn’t fond of new people right away. Very understanding and accepting of what our girl has to offer as she gets more comfortable with her. And has been incredibly flexible with us as we try to get our puppy comfortable with her presence through small exposures and experiences! We can’t wait to continue working with Madeline!

Kanwala is amazing! So kind and patient with my pup who has bad separation anxiety. She is wonderful at taking such great care of my dog Toby and calming him, walking him and giving me such detailed updates. I totally recommend her. She’s reliable, friendly, caring and trustworthy.
